8. The air gun clip according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the inner ring sides of the first half ring and the second half ring are further formed with annular grooves communicating with the pin key through groove.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of air guns, and particularly relates to an air gun clamp and an air gun using the same.

Background

An air gun is a general name for a gun that fires projectiles by compressed air or gas as a motive force. The air gun clamp is mainly used for connecting and fixing a sliding sleeve and a lower air chamber of an air gun, and can also be used as a suspension part for suspending the air gun, and the air gun clamp is generally formed by butt joint and assembly of two semi-annular clamps.

However, because the air gun can frequently shake the cotter key in the long-term use process for the wearing and tearing aggravation between cotter key and sliding sleeve, lower air chamber and the air gun checkpost leads to the cotter key to drop, thereby arouses the cotter key groove deformation of location sliding sleeve, lower air chamber, and then leads to the air gun trouble.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an air gun clamp and an air gun using the same in order to reduce the failure rate of the air gun.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an airgun clip comprising: the air gun clamp comprises a first half ring and a second half ring which are detachably butted, wherein a pin key through groove used for accommodating a part of pin keys is formed on the inner ring side of the first half ring and/or the second half ring, and the pin key through groove is provided with a stop piece capable of limiting the displacement of the pin keys along the axial direction of the air gun clamp.

Compared with the prior art, the air gun clip has the advantages that the pin key through groove is provided with the stop piece capable of limiting the displacement of the pin key along the axial direction of the air gun clip, so that the pin key can avoid the abrasion and the falling off of the air gun in the long-term use process, and the fault rate of the air gun is effectively reduced. In addition, the first support lug is configured to be capable of being fixedly attached to the third support lug in a vertical plane, and the second support lug is configured to be fixedly attached to the fourth support lug in a horizontal plane, so that when the first half ring and the second half ring are fixedly abutted, an operator can fix the first half ring and the second half ring in both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and the operability of the operator in multiple directions is improved. Especially for the air gun of the present invention, the operability in the horizontal direction can avoid the shielding of the air gun clip by the suspension rod or the fixing rod, so that the operator can rapidly install and detach the first half ring and the second half ring by using the electric wrench.

Detailed Description

For a better understanding of the objects, structure and function of the invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 to 3 show the structure of an air gun clip 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The air gun clip 100 includes: the butt joint of the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 can be disassembled, the inner ring side of the first half ring 1 and/or the second half ring 2 is provided with a pin key through groove 3 for accommodating a part of a pin key 4, wherein the pin key through groove 3 is provided with a stop piece 5 capable of limiting the displacement of the pin key 4 along the axial direction of the air gun clamp 100.

Referring to fig. 4, the air gun clip 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is used for fixing the lower air chamber 220 of the air gun and the sliding sleeve 210 to limit the rotation and axial displacement of the sliding sleeve 210 relative to the lower air chamber 220, and when the air gun clip 100 is used, the pin 4 is first inserted into the groove 230, the pin 4 protrudes out of the groove 230, and then the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 are butted together, and the pin 4 protruding out of the groove 230 can enter the pin through groove 3, so that after the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 are fixedly connected, the pin 4 can be confined in the space formed by the pin through groove 3, the groove 230 and the stopper 5. According to the air gun clip 100 disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the pin key through groove 3 is provided with the stop piece 5 capable of limiting the displacement of the pin key 4 along the axial direction of the air gun clip 100, so that the pin key 4 can avoid the abrasion and falling off of the air gun in the long-term use process, and the fault rate of the air gun is effectively reduced.

In a preferred embodiment, the pin-key through groove 3 may be formed at an inner ring side where the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 are butted, and the stopper 5 is a baffle formed at both opening sides of the pin-key through groove 3, wherein the baffle is formed on the first half ring 1 and/or the second half ring 2.

Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the baffles are formed on the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2, and the baffles include two first sub-baffles 51 formed on the inner end surface and the outer end surface of the first half ring 1, and two second sub-baffles 52 formed on the inner end surface and the outer end surface of the second half ring 2. After the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 are butted, the first sub baffle 51 and the second sub baffle 52 are butted together. Through the arrangement of the first sub-baffle 51 and the second sub-baffle 52, two ends of the pin key 4 can be limited by the first sub-baffle 51 and the second sub-baffle 52, so that the displacement of the pin key 4 in the axial direction of the air gun clip 100 is more stably limited; the first sub-baffle 51 and the second sub-baffle 52 are arranged to be abutted after the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 are abutted, that is, the first sub-baffle 51 and the second sub-baffle 52 can completely shield two openings of the pin key through groove 3, and the first sub-baffle 51 and the second sub-baffle 52 can shield the pin key 4 more tightly, so that the pin key 4 can be further prevented from coming off, external impurities can be prevented from entering the pin key through groove 3, and the abrasion of the impurities on the pin key 4 is avoided.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the baffle 5 is also formed on the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2, and the baffle 5 may include a third sub-baffle 53 formed on the outer end surface of the first half ring 1 and a fourth sub-baffle 54 formed on the inner end surface of the second half ring 2. In this embodiment, the third sub shutter 53 and the fourth sub shutter 54 may respectively stop one side top and the other side bottom of the pin 4, so that the pin 4 is confined in the pin-key passage groove 3. This embodiment has simplified the number of baffle 5 on the basis of realizing the spacing to the axial displacement of cotter 4, can shorten the preparation time of air gun checkpost 100 when simplifying the structure of air gun checkpost 100.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the baffle 5 may be formed on the first half ring 1 or the second half ring 2, the baffle 5 may include two fifth sub-baffles 55 formed on the inner end surface and the outer end surface of the first half ring 1, or the baffle 5 includes two sixth sub-baffles (not shown in the drawing) formed on the inner end surface and the outer end surface of the second half ring 2. In this embodiment, two fifth sub-fences 55 may respectively stop one side bottom and the other side bottom of the pin 4, so that the pin 4 is confined in the pin-passing groove 3. Likewise, the two sixth sub-fences may also respectively stop one side bottom and the other side bottom of the pin 4, so that the pin 4 is confined in the pin passage groove 3. This embodiment has also simplified the number of baffle 5 on the basis of realizing the spacing to the axial displacement of cotter 4, can further shorten the preparation time of air gun checkpost 100 when simplifying the structure of air gun checkpost 100.

In any of the embodiments shown in fig. 1-3, according to the present invention, first half ring 1 may include a first half ring body 11 and first and second lugs 12 and 13 extending beyond the two free ends of first half ring body 11, and second half ring 2 may include a second half ring body 21 and third and fourth lugs 22 and 23 extending beyond the two free ends of second half ring body 21. The first lug 12 is configured to be fittingly fixed with the third lug 22 on a vertical plane, and the second lug 13 is configured to be fittingly fixed with the fourth lug 23 on a horizontal plane. By the arrangement, when the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 are fixedly butted, an operator can fix the first half ring and the second half ring in both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, so that the operability of the operator in multiple directions is improved.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first lug 12 and the third lug 22 may be formed with a first fixing hole 7 for coupling by a bolt, the second lug 13 and the fourth lug 23 may be formed with a second fixing hole 8 for coupling by a bolt, and an axis of the first fixing hole 7 is perpendicular to an axis of the second fixing hole 8.

Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the fourth lug 23 may further include an insertion hole 25 communicating with the second fixing hole 8, and a screwdriver may be inserted into the insertion hole 25 to pry the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 apart for disassembly.

According to the present invention, the first half ring 1 may further include a hanging lug 14 formed on an outer circumferential side of the first half ring 1, and the second half ring 2 may further include a fixing lug 24 formed on an outer circumferential side of the second half ring 2, the fixing lug 24 being disposed opposite to the hanging lug 14 in a vertical direction.

Further, the inner ring sides of the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 are also formed with an annular groove 6 communicated with the pin-key through groove 3. The structure and function of the annular groove 6 can be seen from the description below.

Fig. 5 shows the structure of an air gun 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the air gun 200 includes at least one gun body 201, and the gun body 201 includes a lower air chamber 220, a sliding sleeve 210 sleeved in the lower air chamber 220, and the air gun clip 100 connected to the radial abutment of the lower air chamber 220 and the sliding sleeve 210. Wherein, the radial abutting part of the lower air chamber 220 and the sliding sleeve 210 is provided with a groove 230, and the pin 4 is accommodated in a space formed by the groove 230, the pin through groove 3 and the stop piece 5.

As shown in fig. 4, when the air gun 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention is installed, an annular boss 240 may be formed at a radial abutting portion of the lower air chamber 220 and the sliding sleeve 210, and the annular boss 240 may be engaged with the annular groove 6 of the air gun clip 100, so as to limit axial displacement of the sliding sleeve 210 relative to the lower air chamber 220, and meanwhile, due to the combined action of the pin-key through groove 3, the groove 230, the stopper 5 and the pin key 4, axial displacement and rotational displacement of the sliding sleeve 210 relative to the lower air chamber 220 may be further limited, so that the connection between the sliding sleeve 210 and the lower air chamber 220 is more stable, and the pin key 4 is less prone to wear and drop during long-term use of the air gun 200, thereby effectively reducing a failure rate of the air gun 200.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the air gun 200 may include two gun bodies 201 fixedly connected by a rod 202, the rod 202 includes a fixing rod 2022 and a hanging rod 2021, both ends of the fixing rod 2022 are respectively connected to the fixing lugs 24 of the two gun bodies 201, and both ends of the hanging rod 2021 are respectively connected to the hanging lugs 14 of the two gun bodies 201. Since the first lug 12 and the third lug 22 of the air gun clip 100 of the air gun 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention can be fixed in a vertical plane in an attaching manner, and the second lug 13 and the fourth lug 23 can be fixed in a horizontal plane in an attaching manner. Therefore, the operator can fix the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 in both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the arrangement increases the operability of the operator in multiple directions, and the difficulty of installation and disassembly caused by the shielding of the suspension rod 2021 or the fixing rod 2022 can be avoided.

Compared with the prior art in which the air gun clip can only be manually assembled and disassembled on the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 in the vertical direction, the air gun 200 of the embodiment of the invention adds an operation function in the horizontal direction, which can avoid the shielding of the air gun clip 100 by the hanging rod 2021 or the fixing rod 2022, so that an operator can rapidly assemble and disassemble the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 by using an electric wrench.
