high hydroxyl resin: 3037 high hydroxyl acrylic resins available from Diegon (DIC) of Japan, commercially available from cobalt Pumerchandize, Guangzhou, but not limited thereto; the high hydroxyl acrylic resin can be used for improving the glossiness of a paint film and the weather resistance of the surface of the paint film, particularly the acid and alkali resistance and the gasoline corrosion resistance, but has poor adhesion to a plastic substrate.

Polyester resin: 2803 polyester resins from Zhan new company (Allnex, Nuplex Nepets) USA, commercially available from, but not limited to, the company of Rapid commerce, Guangzhou; the polyester resin can increase the fullness (DOI), the vividness and the flexibility of a paint film, but the formed paint film is too soft and is easy to scratch.

An environment-friendly solvent: diisobutyl ketone (DIBK) from DOW chemical company (DOW), available from, but not limited to, fast commercial ltd, guangzhou city; the environment-friendly solvent is an ether ester solvent with high boiling point, low surface tension and low volatility, has good solubility on paint polymers, is not easy to crack, has high solubility on polymers in a wide range, and has good solvent release performance on paint films, so that the paint films have good fluidity and uniform coating performance when being sprayed.

Leveling agent: BYK358N leveling agent from Picker, Germany, available from, but not limited to, Liliter trades, Inc. of Dongguan; the leveling agent is used for increasing the smoothness of the surface of a paint film, improving the leveling performance in the paint spraying process, preventing the formation of a Nade vortex and improving the wettability of a plastic substrate.

Defoaming agent: BYK141 defoamer, Picker, Germany, was obtained from, but not limited to, Cihel trades, Inc., Dongguan.
