the synthesis gas flows into the nitrogen purification tower to be purified and changed into pure nitrogen;

and a part of the pure nitrogen flows into the gas storage tank for storage, and a part of the pure nitrogen is mixed with the cooled waste oil in the waste oil storage tank and sprayed into the cooling tower to cool the mixed gas.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the high-efficiency environment-friendly treatment system for the steel rolling oil sludge provided by the invention can be used for continuously treating the oil sludge, is high in treatment efficiency, utilizes the flue gas generated by a combustion furnace to heat the pretreatment tank, reduces the energy consumption, utilizes the oil sludge nozzle to spray the oil sludge into the pyrolysis tower for pyrolysis, and utilizes the spraying mode to carry out pyrolysis, thereby avoiding the problems of coking and wall sticking.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the invention provides a high-efficiency environment-friendly treatment system for rolled steel oil sludge, which comprises a pretreatment tank 1, a sludge transfer pump 2, a combustion furnace 3, a pyrolysis furnace 4, a cooling tower 5, a waste oil storage tank 6 and a nitrogen purification tower 7.

The periphery of the pretreatment pool 1 is provided with a heating interlayer 11, the heating interlayer 11 is used for heating the pretreatment pool 1, thereby carrying out heating pretreatment on the oil sludge fed into the pretreatment pool 1, and the heating temperature of the pretreatment is controlled to be 120-plus-150 ℃. The pretreatment tank 1 is also provided with a stirring paddle 12 for stirring the oil sludge fed into the pretreatment tank 1, so that the oil sludge is uniformly heated, and the flowability of the oil sludge is increased.

The sludge inlet of the sludge delivery pump 2 is communicated with the sludge outlet of the pretreatment tank 1, and the sludge delivery pump 2 can be a booster pump such as a plunger pump and the like and is used for boosting the pretreated sludge in the pretreatment tank 1 so as to achieve the purpose of effective delivery.

The combustion furnace 3 is provided with a heat exchange pipe 31, and the air inlet of the heat exchange pipe 31 is communicated with the air outlet of the air storage tank 8. Of course, a booster pump is further installed between the air inlet of the heat exchange tube 31 and the air outlet of the air storage tank 8 for boosting the nitrogen so that the nitrogen is changed into high-temperature and high-pressure nitrogen after passing through the heat exchange tube, and then is sprayed out from the nitrogen nozzle 42, and meanwhile, a valve is further installed for controlling the circulation of the nitrogen in the channel. The flue gas outlet of the combustion furnace 3 is communicated with the air inlet of the heating interlayer 11. The nitrogen in the gas storage tank 8 is sent into the heat exchange pipe 31 and heated by the combustion furnace 3. And the flue gas in the combustion furnace 3 enters the heating interlayer 11 to heat the pretreatment tank 1, and the flue gas waste heat generated in the combustion furnace 3 is utilized to heat the pretreatment tank 1, so that the purpose of waste heat utilization is achieved.

The top of the pyrolysis furnace 4 is provided with an oil sludge nozzle 41, the bottom of the pyrolysis furnace 4 is provided with a nitrogen nozzle 42, the nitrogen nozzle is used for converting oil sludge into oil sludge drops and then spraying the oil sludge drops into the pyrolysis furnace 4, and a sludge inlet of the oil sludge nozzle 41 is communicated with a sludge outlet of the oil sludge transfer pump 2. The oil sludge pressurized by the oil sludge transfer pump 2 is sprayed into the pyrolysis furnace 4 from the oil sludge nozzle 41 for pyrolysis, and the pyrolysis temperature is controlled to be 380-420 ℃. The oil sludge is changed into oil sludge drops under the action of the oil sludge nozzle 41 and is sprayed into the pyrolysis furnace 4, so that the purposes of full heating and full pyrolysis are achieved.

The inlet of the nitrogen nozzle 42 communicates with the outlet of the heat exchange pipe 31. The nitrogen gas heated in the heat exchange pipe 31 is injected into the pyrolysis furnace 4 through the nitrogen gas nozzle 42 to supply heat required for pyrolysis. And stable nitrogen is used as a heat transfer medium and a carrier for conveying pyrolysis synthesis gas to construct an oxygen-free environment of the system.

The air inlet of the cooling tower 5 is communicated with the air outlet of the pyrolysis furnace 4. The oil sludge fully pyrolyzed by the pyrolysis furnace 4 becomes residue and mixed gas containing waste oil and nitrogen, the residue is discharged from an outlet at the bottom of the pyrolysis furnace 4 under the action of gravity, and the mixed gas in the pyrolysis furnace 4 enters a cooling tower 5 for cooling.

Cooling interlayer 61 is installed to the periphery of waste oil reservoir 6 for the waste oil that the cooling flowed into in the waste oil reservoir, its oil inlet and cooling tower 5's oil-out intercommunication, the mist that comes in from pyrolysis oven 4 cools off through cooling tower 5, refines the waste oil wherein, and waste oil flows into the waste oil reservoir 6 of bottom under the effect of gravity and stores, and carries out further cooling in waste oil reservoir 6.

And the air inlet of the nitrogen purification tower 7 is communicated with the air outlet of the cooling tower 5. The mixed gas cooled in the cooling tower 5 becomes waste oil and nitrogen synthetic gas containing solid impurities, moisture and oxides, hereinafter referred to as synthetic gas, the waste oil flows into a waste oil storage tank 6 for storage, the synthetic gas flows into a nitrogen purification tower 7 from the cooling tower 5 for purification treatment, and the nitrogen purification tower 7 is internally provided with a multilayer filter membrane 71 which can remove the solid impurities, the moisture and the oxides in the synthetic gas. The air outlet of the nitrogen purification tower 7 is communicated with the air inlet of the air storage tank 8. Of course, a booster pump is installed between the nitrogen gas purification tower 7 and the gas tank 8 so that nitrogen gas flows from the nitrogen gas purification tower 7 into the gas tank 8 to be stored. The synthetic gas is purified in the nitrogen purification tower 7 to become pure nitrogen, and the pure nitrogen is sent into the gas storage tank 8 from the nitrogen purification tower 7 to be stored, so that the purpose of recycling is achieved.

When the device is used, the oil sludge is poured into the pretreatment tank 1 for pretreatment, and under the action of the heating interlayer 11 and the stirring paddle 12, the oil sludge is heated and stirred, so that the oil sludge is uniformly heated, and the flowability of the oil sludge is enhanced. The pretreated sludge is transferred into the pyrolysis furnace 4 by the sludge transfer pump 2, and fine sludge droplets are ejected from the sludge nozzle 41 and uniformly distributed in the upper region in the pyrolysis furnace 4. Store the nitrogen gas in the gas holder 8, send into the heat exchange tube 31 in firing burning furnace 3 through the air pump, heat in firing burning furnace 3, high temperature high pressure nitrogen gas after the heating pressurization is spouted into pyrolysis oven 4 through nitrogen gas nozzle 42 in, form ascending hot gas flow in pyrolysis oven 4, fully contact and the heat transfer with the fatlute drop that upper portion sprayed, in order to be heated the water content and the oil content in the fatlute drop and volatilize and decompose, become the residue behind fatlute drop desorption water content and the oil content, the residue export discharge of residue from pyrolysis oven 4 bottom. The mist that forms in the pyrolysis oven 4 gets into cooling tower 5 at the pressure differential effect to waste oil is retrieved in the cooling, and waste oil flows into waste oil reservoir 6 from the oil-out of waste oil cooling tower 5 bottom after the cooling and stores.

The cooled gas mixture becomes synthesis gas, the main component of which is nitrogen and contains a small amount of other impurities, and the synthesis gas enters a nitrogen purification tower 7 for purification. The purified nitrogen is pumped into a gas storage tank 8 by a pump for storage and then is recycled.

And the residual residues after pyrolysis are sintered and recycled in a steel plant, and the waste oil obtained by pyrolysis is sold to an oil refinery for recycling, so that the effects of recycling and harmless treatment of the steel rolling oil sludge are achieved.

In one embodiment, the oil sludge nozzle 41 includes an oil sludge nozzle body 411 and a hollow steel ball 412, the oil sludge nozzle body 411 is provided with an oil sludge passage 4111, an oil sludge spraying cavity 4112 and an oil sludge spray hole 4113, the oil sludge passage 4111 is communicated with a sludge inlet of the oil sludge nozzle, the oil sludge spraying cavity 4112 is communicated with the oil sludge passage 4111, the oil sludge spray hole 4113 is communicated with the oil sludge spraying cavity 4112, and the hollow steel ball 412 is installed in the oil sludge spraying cavity 4112.

The oil sludge entering the oil sludge nozzle 41 enters the oil sludge spraying cavity 4112 through the oil sludge channel 4111, and then is changed into oil sludge drops to be sprayed into the pyrolysis furnace 4 under the action of the oil sludge spraying hole 4113. Arrange hollow steel ball 412 in fatlute spouts chamber 4112 and has reduced fatlute and has spouted chamber 4112's volume to improve fatlute and spout the pressure in chamber 4112, simultaneously, because fatlute spouts the pressure of the fatlute in each direction in chamber 4112 uneven, lead to hollow steel ball 412 irregularly roll in fatlute spouts chamber 4112, thereby spout the fatlute in chamber 4112 to fatlute, bond in reducing fatlute spouts chamber 4112, and then reduced the possibility that fatlute orifice 4113 blockked.

In one embodiment, the sludge nozzle body 411 is provided with a nitrogen channel 4114, and the nitrogen channel 4114 is communicated with the outlet of the heat exchange pipe 31. Of course, a valve is further installed between the outlet of the heat exchange tube and the nitrogen passage 4114 to control the flow of nitrogen, a partition 4115 is rotatably installed in the nitrogen passage 4114, and a power input end of the partition 4115 is connected to a power output end of a rotary motor (not shown in the drawings).

After the oil sludge in the oil sludge spraying cavity 4112 blocks oil sludge spray holes due to cooling and solidification, high-temperature and high-pressure nitrogen in the heat exchange tube 31 enters the oil sludge spraying cavity 4112 through the nitrogen channel 4114 to heat the oil sludge therein, so that the oil sludge is heated and softened, and the oil sludge is discharged from the oil sludge spray holes under the action of the high-pressure nitrogen to dredge the oil sludge spray holes. Simultaneously baffle 4115 at nitrogen gas passageway 4114 internal rotation under rotating electrical machines's effect to divide into the two parts that the velocity of flow is different with the nitrogen gas that gets into in nitrogen gas passageway 4114, further make the nitrogen gas pressure intensity that gets into fatlute and spout in the chamber 4112 distribute unevenly, thereby strengthen the roll of hollow steel ball in fatlute spouts the chamber 4112, in order to stir fatlute, thereby accelerate the softening of fatlute.

In one embodiment, the sludge nozzle 41 is opened with a plurality of sludge injection holes 4113, the sludge injection holes 4113 are uniformly distributed at the outlet end of the sludge nozzle 41, and the outlet directions of the sludge injection holes 4113 are different from each other. Preferably, the outlet end of the sludge nozzle 41 is hemispherical, so that the sludge can be sprayed in all directions, and the sludge drops are more dispersed and more uniform. The sludge nozzle 41 having such a structure disperses the ejected sludge droplets more uniformly.

In one embodiment, the nitrogen nozzle 42 includes a nitrogen nozzle body 421, the nitrogen nozzle body 421 is provided with a nitrogen compression chamber 4211, a nitrogen injection chamber 4212 and a nitrogen injection hole 4213, the nitrogen compression chamber 4211 is communicated with an air inlet of the nitrogen nozzle 42, the nitrogen injection chamber 4212 is communicated with the nitrogen compression chamber 4211, and the nitrogen injection hole 4213 is communicated with the nitrogen injection chamber 4212.

The nitrogen gas heated by the combustion furnace 3 is supplied to the nitrogen gas nozzle 42, pressurized by the nitrogen gas compression chamber 4211, and injected into the pyrolysis furnace 4 through the nitrogen gas injection hole 4213 to supply energy required for pyrolysis to the sludge.

In one embodiment, the nitrogen nozzle 42 is opened with a plurality of nitrogen injection holes 4213, the nitrogen injection holes 4213 are uniformly distributed at the outlet end of the nitrogen nozzle 42, and the outlet direction of each nitrogen injection hole 4213 is different. Preferably, the outlet end of the nitrogen nozzle 42 has a hemispherical shape, and the nitrogen injection holes 4213 are uniformly distributed on the hemispherical shape, so that nitrogen can be injected in all directions, and the nitrogen flow is more uniform. The nitrogen nozzle 42 with the structure enables nitrogen airflow in the pyrolysis furnace 4 to be more uniform, and is beneficial to full pyrolysis of oil sludge.

In one embodiment, the top of the cooling tower 5 is provided with an oil-gas nozzle 51, and an oil inlet of the oil-gas nozzle 51 is communicated with the waste oil reservoir 6.

The waste oil cooled in the waste oil storage tank 6 is changed into oil drops through the oil gas nozzle 51 to be sprayed into the cooling tower 5 to be fully contacted with the synthesis gas coming from the pyrolysis furnace 4, and the purpose of fully cooling the synthesis gas is further achieved. The cooled waste oil is sprayed into the cooling tower 5 by the oil-gas nozzle 51, so that a cooling source, namely the waste oil is fully contacted with the synthesis gas, the purpose of fully cooling is achieved, the purpose of recycling the waste oil is achieved, and resources are saved.

In one embodiment, the oil and gas nozzle 51 comprises an oil and gas nozzle body 511, the oil and gas nozzle body 511 is provided with a waste oil flow passage 5111, a nitrogen flow passage 5112, a waste oil compression chamber 5113, an oil and gas mixing chamber 5114, an oil and gas spraying chamber 5115 and an oil and gas spraying hole 5116, the waste oil flow passage 5111 is communicated with an oil inlet of the oil and gas nozzle 51, an air inlet of the nitrogen flow passage 5112 is communicated with an air outlet of the nitrogen purification tower 7, the waste oil compression chamber 5113 is communicated with the waste oil flow passage 5111, the oil and gas mixing chamber 5114 is communicated with the waste oil compression chamber 5113 and the nitrogen flow passage 5112, and the oil and gas spraying hole.

The waste oil cooled in the waste oil reservoir 6 is fed into the waste oil flow path 5111, and then pressurized by the waste oil compression chamber 5113, and mixed with nitrogen flowing from the nitrogen flow path 5112 in the oil gas mixing chamber 5114 to form a mixture of nitrogen and waste oil, and then sprayed into the cooling tower 5 from the oil gas spray hole 5116 after passing through the oil gas spray chamber 5115 to cool the mixed gas in the cooling tower 5. The oil gas nozzle 51 with the structure mixes the waste oil and the nitrogen gas, so that the waste oil can be better atomized and then sprayed into the cooling tower 5 to be fully contacted with the mixed gas in the cooling tower 5, and the purpose of fully cooling is achieved.

In one embodiment, the oil and gas nozzle 51 is provided with a plurality of oil and gas jet holes 5116, the oil and gas jet holes 5116 are uniformly distributed at the outlet end of the oil and gas nozzle 51, and the outlet directions of the oil and gas jet holes 5116 are different. The oil gas jet hole 5116 with the structure can uniformly spray the mixed gas of waste oil and nitrogen into the cooling tower 5, thereby being beneficial to full cooling.

As shown in fig. 5, the invention provides a treatment method of the above-mentioned efficient and environment-friendly treatment system for rolled steel sludge, comprising the following steps:

the sludge is introduced into the pretreatment tank 1, pretreated to increase its fluidity, and the combustion furnace 3 heats the nitrogen gas sent from the gas tank 8 to turn it into high-temperature nitrogen gas.

And spraying the pretreated oil sludge and the heated nitrogen into a pyrolysis tower 4 for pyrolysis treatment to generate residues and mixed gas.

The mixed gas flows into a cooling tower 5 to be cooled, and waste oil in the mixed gas is condensed out, so that the mixed gas is changed into the waste oil and the synthesis gas.

The waste oil flows into the waste oil storage tank 6 for storage and cooling.

The synthesis gas flows into a nitrogen purification tower 7 to be purified and changed into pure nitrogen.

And a part of the pure nitrogen flows into the gas storage tank 8 for storage, and a part of the pure nitrogen is mixed with the waste oil cooled in the waste oil storage tank 6 and sprayed into the cooling tower 5 to cool the mixed gas.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when the device is used, the oil sludge is poured into the pretreatment tank 1 for pretreatment, and under the action of the heating interlayer 11 and the stirring paddle 12, the oil sludge is heated and stirred, so that the oil sludge is uniformly heated, and the flowability of the oil sludge is enhanced.

The pretreated oil sludge is conveyed into the pyrolysis furnace 4 by the oil sludge conveying pump 2, and fine oil sludge drops are sprayed out by the oil sludge nozzle 41 and uniformly distributed in an upper area in the pyrolysis furnace 4.
