Detailed Description

The following describes an automated inspection and packaging integrated production apparatus according to the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Features in the embodiments described below may be combined with each other without conflict.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides an integrated automatic detection and packaging production apparatus for automatic detection of products. The automatic detection and packaging integrated production equipment comprises a detection assembly 1, wherein the detection assembly 1 comprises a product bearing plate 11, a detection device bearing plate 12, a plurality of detection devices 14 arranged on the detection device bearing plate 12 and a plurality of first manipulators 13 correspondingly arranged with the detection devices 14. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the cleaning assembly 2 includes a conveyor belt 22 and an air supply device, the air supply device includes a fan and an air supply channel 23 with openings at two ends, the air supply channel 23 is enclosed outside the conveyor belt 22, and the fan blows air into the air supply channel 23. A plurality of air supply pipes 24 are arranged in the air supply channel 23, and air outlet holes arranged in rows are formed in the air supply pipes 24, so that the products 6 can be cleaned by blowing air in the whole process in the process of transmitting the products 6 on the conveyor belt 22.
