The plane conveying type smoke oil pump shown in fig. 1-3 comprises an oil conveying pipe 1 and a flow velocity adjusting mechanism, wherein the flow velocity adjusting mechanism is in transmission connection with the oil conveying pipe 1, the oil conveying pipe 1 is used for conveying smoke oil, the flow velocity adjusting mechanism can extrude the oil conveying pipe 1, the oil conveying pipe 1 is extruded to deform to extrude air in the oil conveying pipe 1 to generate local vacuum, and when the flow velocity adjusting mechanism rotates, the smoke oil can be input from one end part of the oil conveying pipe 1 and output from the other end part of the oil conveying pipe 1; and then the speed of generating vacuum in the oil pipeline 1 can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the flow speed adjusting mechanism, thereby adjusting the flow speed of the smog oil in the oil pipeline 1.

The working principle is as follows: when the control circuit board gives a signal to drive the motor 6 to rotate, the broadband switching power supply supplies power to the drive motor 6, meanwhile, the output shaft of the driving motor 6 rotates in one direction, the output shaft of the driving motor 6 drives the driving gear 9 connected with the output shaft to synchronously rotate, and all the driving gears 9 are enabled to rotate in the same direction through the power transmission action of the transmission gear 5, as the driving gears 9 can drive the rollers 4 to synchronously rotate, that is, all the rollers 4 can rotate in the same direction, the oil pipeline 1 is squeezed by the rollers 4 to be in a flattened state, the rollers 4 can make the air in the oil pipeline 1 flow in one direction when rotating, and the inside of the oil pipeline 1 is in a partial vacuum state, the smoke oil is pumped into the oil pipeline 1 by the vacuum effect, even if the smoke oil is input from the oil pipe joint 3 on one end portion of the oil delivery pipe 1 and is output from the oil pipe joint 3 on the other end portion of the oil delivery pipe 1.

3. the stepping motor is adopted for driving, the flow speed adjusting mechanism is formed by a plurality of driving gears 9, transmission gears 5 and rollers 4, the rollers 4 extrude the oil conveying pipe 1 to generate vacuum for oil pumping operation, simultaneously the gear technology is quite mature, the interchangeability is high, the transmission of gear torque is the most stable in all transmission mechanisms, so that the rotating speed of the stepping motor is stable and controllable, the gear torque transmission is stable, the speed of the vacuum generated in the oil conveying pipe 1 is also stable and controllable, the flowing speed of oil mass is further controlled, and the fine control of the oil pumping mass is facilitated;

4. the rotation direction of the stepping motor is controllable, the flowing direction of the smoke oil can be rapidly determined, and the possibility of oil spilling is avoided.
