An expanding manual ball valve as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 wherein the locking pin is slidably connected to the valve body, the valve body is provided with a telescopic spring, one end of the telescopic spring is connected to the valve body, and the other end of the telescopic spring is connected to the valve stem.

7. An expanding manual ball valve as claimed in claim 6 wherein the end of the locking pin remote from the valve stem is provided with an operating block which is secured to the locking pin.

8. An expanding manual ball valve as claimed in claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 wherein said locking pin is threadably connected to the valve body.

An expansion type manual ball valve according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein a limiting block is arranged on the valve rod and is arranged outside the valve body; and a handle is arranged at one end of the valve rod, which is positioned outside the expansion cavity, and the handle is fixed and vertical to the valve rod.

The ball valve can be divided into a floating ball valve and a fixed ball valve according to different fixing modes of the ball body. In a general conventional floating ball valve, a ball floats and is sealed by being attached to a downstream valve seat under the action of upstream medium pressure, namely, the so-called post-valve sealing; the fixed ball valve has the advantages that the fixed ball valve is fixed, the valve seat is floating and is acted by media, the upstream valve seat is attached to the ball body for sealing, namely, the valve front sealing is realized, the two sealing modes can only realize one-way sealing, the media on the upstream and the downstream of the ball valve can not be guaranteed to keep a pressure environment, and the sealing effect is not ideal. And the two ball valve types are difficult to realize the function of bidirectional simultaneous sealing before and after the valve. Therefore, a ball valve which can simultaneously shut off the upstream and downstream channels to achieve the effect of bidirectional sealing is needed to be invented, and the ball valve can play a good protection role in the environment with medium pressure on the upstream and downstream.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an expansion type manual ball valve, aiming at overcoming the defect that the ball valve in the prior art can only seal one side, the expansion type manual ball valve can perform bidirectional sealing when the ball valve is turned off, has a good protection effect on the environment with medium pressure at the upstream and the downstream, and has a better sealing effect.
