Background

In designing the air intake system, the air duct assembly is classified into two types, a hose and a hard tube, depending on the layout boundary and the material. The air pipe hard tube is made of nylon materials, cannot be directly assembled with a turbocharger or an air filter, and needs to be additionally provided with a sealing ring to realize connection of the hard tube and the hard tube. The sealing ring is compressed by the hoop, so that the tightness between the air pipe hard pipe and the assembly part is ensured.

However, when the hoop fixes the air pipe rigid pipe and the fitting part, the position of the hoop cannot be fixed, which not only causes difficulty in assembly, but also cannot ensure the sealing effect. Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a pipe connection structure according to the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view of the pipe connection structure shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pipe connecting structure 10 includes a packing 11, a hard pipe 12, a fitting 13, and a collar 14.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the sealing ring 11 is a tubular structure, and the sealing ring 11 is used for connecting the hard tube 12 and the fitting 13. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, one end of the fitting 13 is disposed in the gasket 11, the end of the fitting 13 abuts against the stop ring 115, the hoop 14 is sleeved on the hard tube 12, the hoop 14 and the second boss 113 are matched to fasten the hard tube 12, the gasket 11 and the fitting 13, and when the hoop 14 fastens the hard tube 12, the gasket 11 and the fitting 13, each gasket 114 elastically abuts against the fitting 13, so that a multi-layer sealing effect is formed between the gasket 11 and the fitting 13, and the sealing performance between the hard tube 12 and the fitting 13 can be effectively ensured.

Further, the assembly part 13 is an air cleaner or a turbocharger, the assembly part 13 is provided with a connecting pipe 131 matched with the sealing ring 11, one end of the connecting pipe 131 is arranged in the installation cavity 101, the outer wall of the connecting pipe 131 is provided with a stop block 132, the stop block 132 is arranged outside the installation cavity 101, the stop block 132 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the connecting pipe 131, and the second end 11b of the sealing ring 11 abuts against the stop block 132. In the present embodiment, the connection pipe 131 is made of steel, i.e., the connection pipe 131 is also a hard pipe.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the locking groove 104 is formed on the hoop 14, the second protrusion 113 is disposed in the locking groove 104, the second protrusion 113 cooperates with the locking groove 104 to position the hoop 14, and the hoop 14 can be easily detached from the hard tube 12. When the second boss 113 is engaged with the locking groove 104, the column 113a of the second boss 113 is located in the locking groove 104, and the position-limiting head 113b of the second boss 113 is located outside the locking groove 104, so as to position the hoop 14.

The outer wall of a sealing ring 11 of the pipeline connecting structure 10 is provided with a first boss 112 and a second boss 113, a mounting cavity 101 is arranged in the sealing ring 11, a first positioning hole 103 and a second positioning hole 104 are arranged on a hard pipe 12, one end of the sealing ring 11 is arranged in the hard pipe 12, the first boss 112 is arranged in the first positioning hole 103, the second boss 113 penetrates through the second positioning hole 104, one end of an assembly part 13 is arranged in the sealing ring 11, a hoop 14 is sleeved on the hard pipe 12, and the hoop 14 is matched with the second boss 113 to fasten the hard pipe 12, the sealing ring 11 and the assembly part 13. The pipeline connecting structure 10 can limit the installation position of the hoop 14, is convenient to disassemble and assemble, has good sealing performance, and improves the reliability of the connection between the hard pipe 12 and the assembly part 13.

Moreover, when the hoop 14 fastens the hard tube 12, the seal ring 11 and the assembly 13, each seal ring 114 elastically abuts against the assembly 13, each seal ring 114 enables the connection between the hard tube 12 and the assembly 13 to be more reliable, the hard tube and the assembly 13 cannot be overturned, elastic deformation gaps exist among the seal rings 114, the contact surface with the connecting tube 131 of the assembly 13 is increased, a multi-layer sealing effect is formed, and the sealing effect is good.

In addition, the pipeline connecting structure 10 of the invention can realize the assembly of the hard pipe and the hard pipe, reduces the structure of the mutual connection of the hard pipe, the hose and the hard pipe in the design process, not only facilitates the arrangement of the connecting structure, but also reduces the production cost. The pipe connecting structure 10 of the present invention has a larger design space for the hard pipe 12 and the corresponding fitting 13 according to different vehicle types.
