Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of contactors, and particularly relates to a movable contact assembly and a contactor with the same.

Background

A contactor is an electronic control device having an input loop and an output loop, which is commonly used in automatic control circuits, and which is actually an "automatic switch" that uses a small current to control a large current. The circuit plays the roles of automatic cut-off, safety protection, circuit conversion and the like.

As shown in fig. 1, a first moving contact 1 of a contactor in the prior art is usually fixed on a transmission rod 3, and the transmission rod 3 drives the first moving contact 1 to move through electromagnetic attraction and spring restoring force, so as to realize attraction and disconnection of the first moving contact 1 and a fixed contact. The first movable contact 1 is usually fixed on the transmission rod 3 through an E-shaped clamp spring 2, although the operation is convenient, a gap exists in the structure of the E-shaped clamp spring 2, namely a single-arm fixing mode, so that the parallelism of the assembled first movable contact 1 is poor, when the movable contact is broken, the reverse acting force of the spring is completely concentrated on the E-shaped clamp spring 2, the E-shaped clamp spring 2 is not uniformly stressed, and therefore after the contact is repeatedly attracted and broken for many times, the E-shaped clamp spring 2 is deformed, the relative position of the first movable contact 1 of a product is changed, namely, the loosening or rotating phenomenon occurs, at the moment, the two ends of the first movable contact 1 are difficult to be ensured to be simultaneously contacted with corresponding static contacts, the contact rebound is large, and the electrical life and the mechanical life of the first movable contact 1 are reduced; even if the E-shaped clamp spring 2 falls off, the first movable contact 1 falls off, and the contactor fails.

Disclosure of Invention

The movable contact is provided with a round table, a first spring is arranged between the movable contact and the bottom plate, the upper end of the first spring is attached to the movable contact, the upper end of the first spring is sleeved on the outer ring of the round table to limit the first spring to shake, the stability of the movable contact is improved, the lower end of the first spring is attached to the bottom plate, the lower end of the first spring is sleeved outside the upper end of the transmission rod, and the movable contact is guaranteed to be in stable contact with the fixed support under the action of the elastic force of the spring, so that the contact stability of the contact is guaranteed.

Different from the scheme, in another scheme, the lower end of the insulating ring is provided with a convex ring, the outer ring of the ring platform is sleeved with the inner ring of the convex ring, the outer ring of the convex ring is sleeved with the hole, and an extended creepage path is formed between the transmission rod and the bottom plate, so that the creepage path distance is increased, the voltage resistance is further improved, and the high-voltage load capacity of a contactor product is improved.

The diameter of the outer ring of the insulating ring is larger than that of the outer ring of the ring platform, so that the bottom plate is clamped between the insulating plate and the insulating ring.

The upper end of the insulating ring is provided with a counter bore, a welding ring is arranged in the counter bore, the welding ring is welded and fixed with the upper end of the transmission rod, the insulating plate and the insulating ring are fixed at the upper end of the transmission rod, a bottom plate clamped between the insulating plate and the insulating ring is fixed at the upper end of the transmission rod, the movable contact is fixed at the upper end of the transmission rod, and the movable contact moves along with the transmission rod.

The upper part of the side wall where the clamping hole is located is bent outwards, so that bosses on two sides of the movable contact can be conveniently inserted into the clamping hole.

The invention also provides a contactor comprising the movable contact assembly, and the contactor further comprises an iron core, a second spring and an armature, wherein a through hole is formed in the center of the iron core, a ring groove matched with the limiting circular truncated cone is formed in the upper end of the through hole of the iron core, a transmission rod is inserted into and penetrates through the through hole of the iron core, the lower end of the transmission rod is fixedly connected with the armature, the second spring is arranged between the armature and the iron core, and a stationary contact is arranged above the movable contact.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

compared with the prior art, the movable contact is fixed through the double-arm structure, the bridge type contact is reliable and stable when the product is sucked, the smooth movement and the no abnormity of the action of the product are further ensured, the movable contact is stably contacted with the static contact, the contact bounce is small, the capacity of prolonging the electric service life and the mechanical service life of the product is facilitated, and the performance of a contactor product is improved. The spring is arranged between the movable contact and the fixed support, and under the action of the elastic force of the spring, the movable contact is ensured to be stably contacted with the fixed support, so that the contact stability of the contact is ensured.
