Various physical interfaces and communication protocols make the development of the circuit breaker very inconvenient. The communication function is not the work of the circuit breaker, but various communication interfaces occupy part of the internal space of the circuit breaker at present, so that the mould is more complex, and the development cost is increased. And once the mould is opened, the functions need to be added and changed at the later stage, so that the cost is very high, and some of the moulds can not be modified. The integration of various communication interfaces and communication protocols consumes a large amount of software and hardware resources, so that the cost of the software and the hardware is greatly increased.

The signal acquisition and processing module comprises a signal acquisition module and a signal processing module; the signal acquisition module is arranged in a main loop of the circuit breaker and used for acquiring the electrical parameters of the circuit breaker and transmitting the electrical parameters to the signal processing module; and the signal processing module generates operation data after performing operation processing on the electrical parameters and transmits the operation data to the host main control module.

The data analysis and comprehensive processing module is used for receiving the operation data through the host main control module, analyzing and processing the operation data to generate state data, sending the state data to the host local wireless communication module and/or receiving the control data of the host local wireless communication module and transmitting the control data to the host main control module.

The main control module of the main machine is used for receiving the operation data sent by the signal acquisition and processing module and sending instruction data to the circuit breaker control mechanism according to the operation data, and is used for receiving the control data transmitted by the data analysis and comprehensive processing module and sending instruction data to the circuit breaker control mechanism according to the control data and/or is used for receiving the operation data sent by the signal acquisition and processing module and transmitting the operation data to the data analysis and comprehensive processing module.

A local wireless control method of a circuit breaker comprises the following steps:

inputting control data in a host signal input and output module;

the host main control module generates instruction data according to the control data, transmits the instruction data to the circuit breaker control mechanism and controls the state of the circuit breaker;

the host main control module controls the state data to be displayed on the host signal input and output module.

the main control module of the host transmits the operation data of the circuit breaker to the data analysis and comprehensive processing module;

The invention replaces the traditional voltmeter, ammeter, multifunctional meter, voltage transformer, current transformer, indicator light, button and the like. The secondary circuit in the power distribution cabinet and the power distribution box is greatly simplified, and even under the most simplified condition, the secondary circuit only needs 1 fuse and two power lines, so that various parameters, states and controls of all circuit breakers in the cabinet can be realized. Compared with the prior art, the switch board of the 7-path outgoing line breaker needs 7 multifunctional meters, 21 current transformers, 28 fuses, 14 push-button switches and 105 wires. Therefore, the material cost, the labor cost and the maintenance cost of the invention are greatly reduced, and the economic benefit is considerable.

Because the high integration of this body function of circuit breaker for on switch board cabinet door, the information that can look over is more comprehensive to patrol and examine, for example female temperature of arranging, circuit breaker contact life-span, circuit breaker mechanical life, these information all can't realize the counter face with traditional table meter and show.

Through the remote control device and the related display device, the patrol personnel can also directly set the parameters of the circuit breaker and look up information such as diagnosis data, fault data and the like under the conditions that the drawer cabinet does not draw out the drawer and the fixed cabinet does not open the cabinet door. According to the invention, due to the addition of the wireless remote control and display device, the problem that physical interfaces and communication protocols are different in the access of the Internet of things can be solved well. The invention puts some work of external remote communication to the remote control device. Because the communication protocol of the circuit breaker body and the remote control device is relatively independent and fixed, the circuit breaker body and the remote control device are basically not modified after the design is finished. No matter what new requirements are needed outside, the main circuit breaker body part does not need to be changed, and only the remote control device needs to be modified. The local wireless end of the auxiliary machine has a simple structure, so that the cost of the die is relatively low; the function is single, the cost of software and hardware is lower, and the conversion processing of various protocols of remote communication can be better played. The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a pairing of a circuit breaker control device and a remote control device. As shown in fig. 1, the circuit breaker control device and the remote control device in the embodiment may be used in pair. The signal acquisition module is arranged in a main loop of the circuit breaker and used for acquiring the electrical parameters of the circuit breaker and transmitting the electrical parameters to the signal processing module. Electrical parameters refer to data information indicative of the properties of the circuit, e.g., current, voltage, power, temperature, etc., measured directly by various measuring instruments. In an embodiment, the signal acquisition module may include a current acquisition device, a voltage acquisition device, and/or a temperature acquisition device. The current collecting device can be a high-precision current transformer and is used for collecting the current of the circuit breaker. The voltage acquisition device can be a voltage transformer and is used for acquiring the voltage of the circuit breaker. The temperature acquisition device can be a temperature sensor and is used for acquiring the operating temperature of the circuit breaker.

The signal processing module generates operation data after carrying out operation processing on the directly acquired electrical parameters and transmits the operation data to the host main control module. The real-time operation data acquired by the signal acquisition module may change and be unstable at any time, or interference data and the like exist, and the operation data with reference value is generated and transmitted to the host main control module through calculation and processing of the signal processing module. For example, the operational data may be interference-free voltage, current, or calculated power statistics, power quality data, current rms, voltage rms, and the like.

And the host local wireless communication module is used for receiving control data sent by a remote control device matched with the circuit breaker control device and/or sending state data to the remote control device. In an embodiment, the host local wireless communication module is specifically configured to receive the operation data through the host main control module, perform analysis processing on the operation data to generate state data, and send the state data to the host local wireless communication module and/or receive control data of the host local wireless communication module and transmit the control data to the host main control module.

Control data refers to data information input by an operator from an associated input module for controlling the circuit breaker. For example, an opening button is pressed at the input module to make the circuit breaker in an opening state.

The state data refers to data information which can indicate the working state of the circuit breaker and is analyzed and processed by the data analysis and comprehensive processing module, for example, according to the electric energy statistical data, the electric energy quality data, the current effective value, the voltage effective value and the like, the abrasion condition of the contact of the circuit breaker is diagnosed, and then the abrasion condition of a mechanical structure is synthesized to provide a maintenance suggestion, or the service life of the circuit breaker is analyzed and the like.

The data analysis comprehensive processing module is in communication connection with the host local wireless communication module; is in communication connection with the host main control module; for analyzing and comprehensively processing the received data. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

the data analysis and comprehensive processing module is used for receiving the operating data through the host main control module, analyzing and processing the operating data to generate state data, sending the state data to the host local wireless communication module and/or receiving the control data of the host local wireless communication module and transmitting the control data to the host main control module.

The host main control module can be an MCU. And the control device is used for generating instruction data according to the received operation data and/or control data and sending the instruction data to the circuit breaker control mechanism.

In a specific embodiment, the host main control module is configured to receive the operation data sent by the signal acquisition and processing module and send instruction data to the circuit breaker control mechanism according to the operation data. For example, when the current signal, the voltage signal or the temperature signal of the circuit breaker is abnormal, the instruction data is sent out to open the circuit breaker.

And the host main control module is used for receiving the control data transmitted by the data analysis and comprehensive processing module and sending instruction data to the circuit breaker control mechanism according to the control data. The control data is sent by the host local wireless communication module and is used for controlling the state of the circuit breaker. In embodiments, the control data may also be input by the host signal input output module or may also be input by the host telecommunications module.

The host main control module is also used for receiving the operation data sent by the signal acquisition and processing module and transmitting the operation data to the data analysis and comprehensive processing module. The same effect of directly operating the circuit breaker control device is achieved by remotely operating the remote control device, so that if the interface and the communication protocol are changed, only the remote control device needs to be replaced.

With reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the local wireless control method for the circuit breaker mainly includes two processes, one is a signal input and control process for the circuit breaker, and the other is a display process for the working state of the circuit breaker.
