The invention relates to a novel bookcase, in particular to a cylindrical three-dimensional bookcase capable of being rotated by 360 degrees electrically or manually, and particularly relates to a rotary bookhouse.

Background

Bookcases or bookshelves have a long history, and are available before the spring, autumn and warring countries. Ancient times do not have papermaking, culture and knowledge are engraved on bamboo slips, the manufacturing cost is high, the manufacturing time is long, and only major households have the bamboo slips. In order to better store the bamboo slips, ancient people invented a bookshelf and a bookcase (similar to a bookshelf with a door) for storing books. Most of bookcases seen in our lives are long-strip-shaped at present, and are suitable for being fixedly placed on walls or corners.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a rotary bookroom which can be placed at any position in a room and is convenient for reading books at any position in the bookroom.

The electric control turntable comprises a lower bracket, an upper gland, a gear ring, a lower gland, a steel ball retainer and a rotary tray; a lower gland and an upper gland are correspondingly arranged on the lower end face and the upper end face of the gear ring, grooves are formed in the lower gland and the upper gland, steel ball retainers are arranged in the grooves, tens of steel balls are embedded in the steel ball retainers, the lower gland is arranged on the upper end face of the lower bracket, a rotating tray is arranged on the upper end face of the upper gland, and the rotating tray is fixedly connected with the bookshelf component; the output end of the motor is provided with a pinion which is meshed with the gear ring. The motor drives the gear ring to rotate through the pinion, so that the rotary tray is driven to rotate, and the bookshelf assembly is driven to rotate integrally.

The bookshelf assembly comprises a plurality of layers of bookshelf trays, and the two layers of bookshelf trays are fixedly connected through a short connecting column; a bookshelf is arranged on the bookshelf tray. The bottom surface of the bookshelf tray is provided with a lighting lamp for lighting the lower layer books.

The light-transmitting outer cover comprises a middle ring, stand columns and a top cover, the middle ring divides the light-transmitting outer cover into an upper layer and a lower layer, the upper end face and the lower end face of the middle ring are fixedly connected with a plurality of stand columns, the upper end of the stand column at the upper end face of the middle ring is fixedly connected with the top cover, the lower end of the stand column at the lower end face of the middle ring is fixedly connected with the base, and fixed glass or sliding glass is arranged between two; the sliding glass is used as a sliding door.

The transparent outer cover is used for totally sealing the bookshelf component, so that books can be kept clean and sanitary without dust falling, and the sliding glass serving as the sliding door is opened to take and place the books.

The invention relates to a totally enclosed modern integral bookcase capable of rotating 360 degrees and combining machines and electricity, which is characterized in that an internal bookcase part can rotate, but an external cover part does not rotate, and the bookcase has a display function. As shown in fig. 1 and 2: a rotatory book room which characterized in that: comprises a base 1, an electric control turntable 2, a bookshelf component 3 and a light-transmitting outer cover 4; an electric control turntable 2 is arranged on the base 1, a bookshelf component 3 is arranged on the electric control turntable 2, a light-transmitting outer cover 4 is arranged on the outer edge of the base 1 and is positioned on the peripheries of the bookshelf component 3 and the electric control turntable 2, and a space W1 is arranged between the light-transmitting outer cover and the electric control turntable 2 and between the light-transmitting outer cover and the bookshelf component 3.

The electronic control turntable 2 is arranged on the base 1 and used for providing rotating power for the bookshelf component 3 to enable the bookshelf component 3 to rotate 360 degrees to display books in the book room. The space W1 ensures that the bookshelf assembly 3 will not touch the transparent cover 4 when rotating.

The motor 101 drives the gear ring 203 to rotate through the pinion 103, so as to drive the rotating tray 201 to rotate, and further drive the bookshelf assembly 3 to rotate integrally. See fig. 6; the lower bracket 206 is provided with lower bracket bayonets 207 corresponding to the positions matched with the number of the support ribs 112, and the support ribs 112 are clamped in the lower bracket bayonets 207 to fixedly support the lower part of the electric control turntable 2.

The assembly steps of the electrically controlled rotary table 2 are roughly as follows: the lower bracket 206 is firstly provided with a lower pressing cover 202, the lower pressing cover 202 is internally provided with a steel ball retainer 204, steel balls 205 are embedded into holes of the steel ball retainer 204 in advance, a gear ring 203 is arranged on the steel balls 205, a layer of steel ball retainer 204 is arranged on the gear ring 203, an upper pressing cover 208 is arranged on the steel balls 205, and finally the tray 201 is arranged on the upper pressing cover 208.

The transmission relationship can be seen in fig. 6: when the motor 101 is powered on to rotate, the pinion 103 on the shaft of the motor 101 drives the gear ring 203 of the electric control turntable 2 to rotate, so as to drive the tray 201 to rotate, and further drive the bookshelf assembly 3 to rotate integrally. As can be seen from fig. 5, two layers of steel balls are mounted on the upper and lower parts of the gear ring 203, and when the motor rotates, the steel balls on the lower layer rotate; if an external force acts on the bookshelf component 3 to prevent the bookshelf component from rotating, the upper steel balls start to rotate, and the bookshelf component 3 is in a static state, so that the safety of a user is ensured.

As shown in fig. 7: the bookshelf component 3 comprises a plurality of layers of bookshelf trays 302, and a frame-type bookshelf 303 is arranged on each layer of bookshelf tray 302; the bookshelf trays 302 in the embodiment are four layers, two layers of bookshelf trays 302 are fixedly connected through the connecting short column 301, the upper end of the connecting short column 301 of the bookshelf tray 302 at the top layer is fixedly connected with the stabilizing ring 309, and the diameter of the stabilizing ring 309 is slightly larger than that of the bookshelf tray 302; a second spacing W2 is provided between the stabilizing ring 309 and the transparent cover 4, and the second spacing W2 is smaller than the spacing W1. The second spacing W2 prevents the shelf unit 3 from further lateral movement by preventing friction when the shelf unit 3 is pushed laterally by external forces, and by preventing the side surfaces of the stabilizing rings 309 from being caught by the inner surface of the light-transmissive cover top 401.

The fixed glass 402 and the sliding glass 405 may be made of a light-transmitting material such as acrylic plate, organic glass, or tempered glass. The planting plate connection short column 301 can also be made of light-transmitting materials such as acrylic plates, organic glass and toughened glass, so that the light-transmitting effect is further enhanced.
