1. An insulating tableware, comprising:

the accommodating part is used for accommodating an object to be insulated;

a body for accommodating the accommodating part, wherein a heat preservation part for accommodating heat preservation materials is formed at least in part between the body and the accommodating part;

a sealing part is correspondingly arranged between the matching positions of the body and the accommodating part, and the sealing part can elastically deform; wherein the accommodating part is provided with an extending part matched with the upper edge of the body; and

and the pressing piece is used for applying mutual pressing force to the matched position of the body and the accommodating part, and the pressing piece is used for assembling the body and the accommodating part according to the preset required position relation, so that the upper surface of the sealing part can be attached to the surface of the extension part, and the lower surface of the sealing part can be simultaneously attached to the upper edge of the body.

2. The insulating tableware according to claim 1, wherein said pressing member comprises a hollow ring-shaped portion and an engaging portion engaging with said body, said hollow ring-shaped portion having a width dimension matching a dimension of said extending portion.

The insulating tableware according to claim 2, wherein said pressing member is provided as a button assembly comprising said hollow ring portion, a rotatable button connected to said hollow ring portion, and a button on said body; when the rotatable button and the clasp are mated, the body and the receiving portion are assembled.

The heat-insulating tableware according to claim 1, wherein the pressing member is provided as a ring member including an internal thread, the ring member is provided at an inner side thereof with a retaining portion engaged with the extending portion, and outer sides of the body and the receiving portion intersecting each other are provided with external threads, respectively, and when the internal thread of the ring member is screwed with the external threads of the body and the receiving portion, the body and the receiving portion are assembled.

The heat-insulating tableware according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein two adjacent first surfaces and a second surface between the two adjacent first surfaces are provided at the position where the body or the receiving part is engaged, and a hollow part is formed between the two adjacent first surfaces and the second surface: and the void is arranged to:

after the body and the accommodating part are assembled, the sealing part capable of generating elastic deformation is extruded to fill the hollow part;

when the body and the accommodating part need to be separated, the sealing part capable of generating elastic deformation enables at least one part of the vacant part not to be extruded and filled by the sealing part under the action of the self elasticity and the supporting force of the two adjacent first surfaces.

6. The insulating tableware according to claim 5, wherein the upper surface of the body is annular, and the two adjacent first surfaces, the second surface and the vacant part are located on the upper surface of the body.

7. The insulating tableware according to any one of claim 6, wherein said second surface is a reference surface in said upper surface of said body, and said two adjacent first surfaces are located on surfaces extending from said upper surface by a pair of protrusions, respectively.

8. The heat-insulating tableware according to claim 7, wherein said body upper surface is provided with a plurality of pairs of said projections and a space between said projections, respectively.

9. The insulating tableware according to any one of claim 6, wherein the two adjacent first surfaces are reference surfaces in the upper surface of the body, the hollow portion is a groove formed in the upper surface of the body, and the second surface is a bottom surface of the groove.

10. The insulating tableware according to claim 1, wherein said body has a hollow layer or is dense.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of tableware, in particular to heat-preservation tableware.

Background

As the living standard of the materials is improved, the tableware is required to have higher requirements, for example, certain heat preservation effect is required, and particularly, the eating speed of each meal of children is slow, and the heat preservation is very important for the tableware of children.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems of inconvenient hot water injection, inconvenient cleaning, unsatisfactory heat preservation effect and the like caused by unreasonable structural layout design of a bowl body and a bowl sleeve of the heat preservation tableware in the prior art, the invention provides the edible tableware with simple structure, convenient heat preservation material injection and good heat preservation effect.

In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution provided by the present invention comprises:

the accommodating part is used for accommodating an object to be insulated;

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pressing member includes a hollow annular portion having a width dimension matching a dimension of the extension portion and an engaging portion engaged with the body.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the pressing member is provided as a button assembly comprising the hollow annular portion, a rotatable button connected to the hollow annular portion, and a button located on the body; when the rotatable button and the clasp are mated, the body and the receiving portion are assembled.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pressing member is provided as a circular ring assembly including an internal thread, the inner side of the circular ring assembly is provided with an anti-falling portion engaged with the extending portion, and the outer sides of the intersection of the body and the accommodating portion are respectively provided with an external thread, and when the internal thread of the circular ring assembly is screwed with the external threads of the body and the accommodating portion, the body and the accommodating portion are assembled.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, two adjacent first surfaces and a second surface located between the two adjacent first surfaces are disposed at a position where the body or the accommodating portion is engaged, and a gap portion is formed between the two adjacent first surfaces and the second surface: and the void is arranged to:

In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the body is annularly provided with a plurality of pairs of the protrusions, and the vacant portions are respectively located between the protrusions.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the two adjacent first surfaces are reference surfaces in the upper surface of the body, the hollow portion is a groove formed in the upper surface of the body, and the second surface is a bottom surface of the groove.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sealing portion is a silicone gasket. In an embodiment of the invention, the body has a hollow layer or is dense.

By adopting the technical schemes provided by the invention, at least the following beneficial effects can be respectively obtained:

1. at least one part between the body and the accommodating part is provided with a heat insulation part for accommodating heat insulation materials, so that the heat insulation materials can be directly added into the heat insulation materials (such as hot water) through an opening on the body under the condition that the accommodating part is not arranged in the body, and the operation is more convenient; and correspond between body and the portion complex position that holds and be provided with sealing, can let the sealed effect of heat preservation portion better, especially exert mutual extrusion force to body and the portion complex position that holds through compressing tightly the piece for sealing is inseparabler with body and the portion complex position laminating, compresses tightly piece itself in addition and also can adopt injection moulding, need not to increase the technology complexity that whole heat preservation tableware was made.

2. After the body and the accommodating part are assembled, the sealing part capable of generating elastic deformation is extruded to fill the hollow part, so that the heat-insulating part between the body and the accommodating part can be well sealed, the heat-insulating time is longer, and heat-insulating materials cannot leak; when body and holding portion need be separately (expect that the holding portion separates from the body promptly, cancel and exert during the cooperation pressure between the two), elastic deformation's sealing can take place under self elasticity and two adjacent first surface holding power effects for vacancy portion has at least partly not filled by the sealing extrusion, and the outside air will flow into heat preservation portion like this, avoids like this to have the negative pressure in leading to heat preservation portion because the insulation material cooling, and body and holding portion can not be separated or separate hard.

3. In a preferred embodiment, the second surface is a reference surface in the upper surface of the body, and two adjacent first surfaces are respectively located on surfaces extending from the upper surface to a pair of protrusions; or the two adjacent first surfaces are respectively reference surfaces in the upper surface of the body, the hollow part is a groove on the upper surface of the body, and the second surface is the bottom surface of the groove; namely, one or more pairs of adjacent protrusions are added on the edge of the existing body, and one or more grooves are also added on the edge of the existing body, so that the technical problem that the body and the accommodating part cannot be separated or are difficultly separated due to negative pressure can be solved.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be provided with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to apply the technical means to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented. Specifically, the present invention provides a heat-insulating tableware, comprising:

Because the heat preservation part for containing the heat preservation material is formed at least in part between the body and the containing part, the heat preservation material can be directly added into the heat preservation material (such as hot water) through the opening on the body under the condition that the containing part is not arranged in the body, and the operation is more convenient; and correspond between body and the portion complex position that holds and be provided with sealing, can let the sealed effect of heat preservation portion better, especially exert mutual extrusion force to body and the portion complex position that holds through compressing tightly the piece for sealing is inseparabler with body and the portion complex position laminating, compresses tightly piece itself in addition and also can adopt injection moulding, need not to increase the technology complexity that whole heat preservation tableware was made.

In a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the body is annular, and two adjacent first surfaces, second surfaces and the vacant part are located on the upper surface of the body. Of course, two adjacent first surfaces, second surfaces and the gap may be located on the accommodating portion, and these different embodiments are all within the scope of the present invention.
