Technical Field

The present invention relates to a portable dishwasher, and more particularly, to a machine for washing dishes and dishes at home using electricity as power.

Background

In recent years, the dish washing machine becomes the biggest hotspot of the kitchen electric industry in China, and is worthy of being pushed by various large kitchen electric enterprises, and more consumers consider purchasing the dish washing machine when decorating new houses. Dishwashers have become a standard kitchen era and are accelerating to our move. However, the phenomenon of 'water and soil inadequacy' still exists in China in the rapidly-outbreak dishwasher industry, and it is not uncommon for consumers to 'buy but not use' or 'use but not happy', and the implementation of thorough 'Chinese style' modification on the dishwasher industry is imperative. Dishwashers have been born for over 100 years to date, and electric dishwashers have also had a history of nearly 90 years. However, in China, the popularity of the dish-washing machine is less than 3%, which is far away from the popularity of 60% in European and American countries, even far lower than the popularity of 45% in Chinese urban families of microwave ovens, and is not comparable to color TV sets, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners. Generally, the existing traditional European dish washer in the market is not suitable for diversified characteristics of Chinese tableware and eating habits of heavy Chinese food, and is the cause of symptoms. Some have bought a dishwasher to hold rice, many families have no dishwasher or a low usage rate, and through deep observation, consumers have three urgent needs for dishwashers:

1. the operation must be simplified;

2. drying after washing and sterile storage must be realized;

3. it is necessary to ensure that the washing is clean.

Corresponding to the requirements of consumers, the existing dish washing machines in the market have three disadvantages:

1. the design is tedious and the operation is complex-of course, this is for the elderly user, but please not forget, they are the main users of the kitchen, dishwasher;

2. the washing time is too long-compared with the washing time by hand in the traditional European dish washer;

3. the volume is too large, and the storage and the transportation are inconvenient. The kitchens of many Chinese families are not large, various electric appliances are required to be stored, and the existing dish-washing machine occupies too large kitchen space.

Obviously, the dishwasher company does have a lot of consideration when designing products. Therefore, a novel dish washing machine which is simple in operation, convenient to carry, high in washing efficiency and small in occupied space needs to be researched.

In view of the above, the main object of the present invention is to provide a portable dishwasher which uses a rechargeable battery as a power source, has a small size, is simple and convenient to operate, has a good oil stain washing effect, a high washing efficiency, a low cost, and is easy to clean, and it is necessary to develop such a device which can meet the requirements of washing dishes and dish in kitchens of China.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

a portable dishwasher employing a rechargeable battery as a power source, comprising: the handle, lower brush yoke, go up the brush, the head brush, go up the rotor, lower rotor, arm one is held to arm one, holds arm two, wire rope one, wire rope two, pulls the handle, adjust pillar one, adjust pillar two, fixing base one, fixing base two, the button panel, the button signal line, the motor control line, power cord one, power cord two, the battery cover, the charging wire, the circuit board, the motor frame, the shaft coupling, the lower gear, go up the gear, the lower transmission shaft goes up the transmission shaft. When the clamping device is used, one end of a dish or a bowl is inserted into a gap between the upper rotating roller and the lower rotating roller, the positioning grooves in the first adjusting support and the second adjusting support are used for positioning the dish, and the pulling handle drives the first holding arm and the second holding arm to bend inwards to hook the edge of the dish or the bowl. The power button on the button panel is pressed down, the motor drives the upper rotating roller, the lower rotating roller rotates, the upper rotating roller and the lower rotating roller drive the dish to rotate at a high speed by friction force, and the process of washing the dish or the bowl is completed under the washing of external water flow.
