Technical Field

The invention relates to a C-arm machine shooting technology, in particular to an auxiliary device for realizing accurate shooting of a C-arm machine and the C-arm machine for realizing accurate shooting by utilizing the auxiliary device.

Background

The perspective range of the current C-arm machine used clinically is small, and the C-arm machine hardly has a pre-alignment function. When shooting in the art, the corresponding relation between the C-arm machine and the target shooting area cannot be accurately judged due to visual inspection, so that the shooting effect is influenced. Multiple adjustments and repeated shooting are usually required to obtain a relatively effective shooting effect. The multiple shooting increases unnecessary ionizing radiation injury of the doctor and the patient, prolongs the operation time, increases the bleeding amount in the operation, and increases the occurrence frequency of adverse events such as postoperative infection, thrombosis and the like.

In order to solve the above problems, a plurality of students in China have designed a C-arm machine pre-positioning device to improve the shooting accuracy. The scholars tightly attach the laser pen to the central point of the image intensifier, and pre-judge the central point of the shooting area by means of the laser point. However, this method has several disadvantages: 1) the laser pen is not firmly fixed, and can deviate due to gravity, so that pre-positioning deviation is caused; 2) the laser pen shields X-rays, and the target imaging is incomplete; 3) the laser pen must be sterilized and adjusted by the operation of the operating personnel, so that the infection is feared; 4) only one laser beam is used to locate the center point of the target area, rather than locating the entire perspective of the target area. More advanced, a laser double-positioning system scheme is reported by Xucovei et al, namely, two lasers are respectively arranged on the side of an image intensifier of a C-arm machine and a transmitter, and the device is subjected to pre-positioning by utilizing the 'cross' formed by two linear laser lines, and the positioning error of the device is reported to be within 2.9 mm. However, the design does not mention how the laser lamp is effectively fixed on the C-arm machine, and clinical verification research is not shown.

The inventor of the application discovers that Chinese patents Z L200720103875, X, Z L201120184190.9, Z L201120184190.9 and Z L201520023242.2 all disclose devices for positioning by assisting a C-arm machine with a laser pen, but the devices have the defects of high manufacturing cost, poor universality, difficult replacement, insufficient precision in positioning, unstable performance and the like, and cannot be converted into mature products and cannot be popularized specifically.

The inventor of the present application has conducted a continuous improvement design for years of the above-mentioned design pain point and filed a plurality of patent applications (for example: 201910470550.2, a precision shooting device for an auxiliary C-arm machine), and found that their precision positioning performance cannot be stably maintained for a long time and the deviation is easy to occur after trial of the prototype of the related patent. The fundamental reason for the design defects is that the C-arm machine has too many models and different diameters and shapes, so that the connection among parts is too much, the integrity of the product is poor, and the displacement is easy to generate. The inventor of the application then statistically classifies the shapes and diameters of the image intensifiers of nearly one hundred C-arm machines in dozens of hospitals at home, and finds that more than 95% of the C-arm machines are circular, the diameters of the C-arm machines do not exceed a fixed value (a), the variation range is less than 1cm, and namely more than 95% of the diameters of the image intensifiers of the C-arm machines are within an interval [ a-1, a ]. In view of this, if a laser positioning device compatible with the above 95% C-arm machine is developed, so that accurate positioning can be maintained for a long time after installation is completed, it is expected to be popularized.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the auxiliary device for realizing the accurate shooting of the C-arm machine, and the auxiliary device is arranged on the C-arm machine, has good stability, is not easy to displace, can keep accurate positioning for a long time and is more convenient to use; in addition, the auxiliary device for realizing accurate shooting of the C-arm machine has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost, strong sense of unity, strong sense of science and technology, convenience in installation and high compatibility. As an optimization, in the auxiliary device for realizing accurate shooting of the C-arm machine, the A arc-shaped support and the B arc-shaped support can be respectively provided with a level gauge. During installation, firstly, the image intensifier of the C-arm machine is adjusted right above the C-arm machine, and after initial installation, the image intensifier is adjusted through the horizontal plane of the level gauge so as to achieve the purpose of horizontal accurate installation, and the installation process is convenient.

Referring to fig. 1-7, the auxiliary device for realizing accurate shooting of the C-arm camera comprises two arc-shaped supports with the same curvature radius, namely an arc-shaped support A1 and an arc-shaped support B2; two ends of the arc-shaped support A1 are respectively connected with two ends of the arc-shaped support B2 through bolt structures to form a circular ring shape; the arc-shaped support 1A and the arc-shaped support 2B are respectively provided with a group of lasers 3 which are fixedly connected in a detachable mode; in the two groups of lasers 3, at least two lasers 3 are line lasers, and the emission route of the line lasers passes through the curvature center of the arc-shaped support fixedly connected with the line lasers; correspondingly, the arc-shaped support 1A and the arc-shaped support 2B are respectively provided with a control module for controlling the respective laser 3 to work and a battery 4 for supplying power to the respective laser 3 and the control module.
