Scooter with pedals (1), at least one rear wheel (7) and two steerable front wheels (4, 5) supported on a front axle (12), characterized in that: wherein the front axle is mounted on a rotatable plate (6) connected to the footplate (1) by a connecting block (10), wherein a first eccentric disc (30) having a sawtooth-shaped profile with projecting teeth (33) and tooth flanks (34) is fastened to the plate (6), the teeth and flanks meshing to correspondingly shaped teeth (37) and flanks (38) of the second eccentric disc (35), wherein the second eccentric disc (35) has a sawtooth-shaped profile on both its top side and its bottom side with teeth (37, 39) and flanks (36, 38) which are inclined in opposite circumferential directions, wherein the teeth (39) and flanks (38) mesh with the teeth (42) and flanks (41) of a third eccentric disc (40) on the underside of the second eccentric disc (35), and wherein the three eccentric discs (30, 35, 40) are bolted together with the connecting block (10).

2. The scooter of claim 1, wherein: a spring element (46) is mounted between the third eccentric disc (40) and the connecting block (10).

3. The scooter of claim 2, wherein: the spring element (46) is connected to the connecting piece (10) via a conical disk (48).

4. The scooter of any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the first eccentric disc (30) is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a flange plate (16) which is connected to the plate (6) by means of a centering pin (31).

5. Scooter according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the connection piece (10) has a shape such that the rotation axis (8) perpendicular to the plate (6) is inclined at an angle (α) in relation to the footplate (1).

6. Scooter according to claim 4, characterized in that the flange plate (16) is supported with its cylindrical section in a plate central opening (26) of the plate (6), thereby forming a deflection axis for the front axle (12).

7. The scooter of any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the three eccentric disks (30, 35, 40) have teeth and flanks which are distributed uniformly in the circumferential direction, wherein each unit of one tooth and one flank extends over a circumferential angle of 60 °.

8. The scooter of any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the range of rotation of the plate (6) relative to the pedal (1) is limited to a maximum of 60 °.

9. The scooter of any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the position of the front axle (12) of the wheels (4, 5) can be adjusted relative to the plate member (6).

10. The scooter of any one of claims 2-3, wherein: the spring element (46) is made of an elastomer.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a convertible scooter. And in particular to a steering device for such a scooter, also generally referred to as a skateboard. But according to the invention it may also be referred to herein as a scooter.

Background

DE 202008006764U 1 describes a scooter with a handle element as a steering member for the wheels, which are arranged in a rotatable manner about a steering axis transverse to their axis in the steering movement of the scooter.

DE 202010010305U 1 shows a scooter with a top cover serving as a bearing surface as well as two tilt-activated steering axles and four wheels.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a scooter with a precise steering device.

The solution of the present invention to achieve the above object is: scooter with a pedal, at least one rear wheel and two steerable front wheels supported on a front axle, wherein the front axle is mounted on a rotatable plate connected with the pedal by means of a connecting block, wherein a first eccentric disc with a sawtooth-shaped profile with teeth and flanks is fastened on the plate, which teeth and flanks mesh to correspondingly shaped teeth and flanks of a second eccentric disc, wherein the second eccentric disc has on its top side and on its bottom side a sawtooth-shaped profile with teeth and flanks inclined in opposite circumferential directions, wherein the teeth and flanks mesh on the bottom side of the second eccentric disc with teeth and flanks of a third eccentric disc, and wherein the three eccentric discs are connected with the connecting block by means of bolts.

Preferably, a spring element is mounted between the third eccentric disc and the connecting block.

Preferably, the spring element is connected to the connecting piece by means of a conical disk.

Preferably, the first eccentric disc is connected to a flange plate, which is connected to the plate element, in a rotationally fixed manner by means of a centering pin.

Preferably, the connecting block has a shape such that an axis perpendicular to the plate is inclined at an angle α with respect to the pedal.

Preferably, the flange plate is supported by means of a cylindrical section thereof in a plate central opening of the plate, thereby forming a deflection axis for the front axle.

Preferably, the three eccentric disks have teeth and flanks which are distributed uniformly in the circumferential direction, wherein each unit of one tooth and one flank extends over a circumferential angle of 60 °.

Preferably, the range of rotation of the plate relative to the pedal is limited to a maximum of 60 °.

Preferably, the position of the front axle of the wheel is adjustable relative to the plate member.

Preferably, the spring element is made of an elastomer.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the scooter with the pedal and the two steerable front wheels is characterized in that the plate of the front shaft is connected with the pedal through a connecting block. By means of three eccentric discs with a saw-tooth profile, the plate can be deflected about a rotational axis by tilting the footplate and the connecting piece, in order to execute a turning movement about its longitudinal axis by tilting the footplate. A particularly precise steering can thus be achieved by the inclination of the tooth flanks.
