Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide paper roll copy-back equipment and a copy-back method aiming at the technical defects of the prior art, and aims to solve the technical problems that the conventional copy-back process of paper rolls has potential safety hazards, wastes manpower and is low in efficiency in the prior art.

The invention aims to solve another technical problem that mechanical equipment capable of conveniently and quickly returning the paper-making roll is lacked in the prior art.

2) extending the tail end of the paper wound on the paper roll to be rewound into the dry loss pool, and opening the white water pipe;

3) the flowing white water carries paper sheets downwards to enter a hydrapulper; the paper sheet moving downward rotates the paper sheet to be rewound, thereby releasing the paper sheet wound thereon.

Preferably, the method further comprises the following step 4): in the hydropulper, the paper sheet mixed with white water is subjected to a pulping process.

The paper copying roller does not need to be split, and the working efficiency of the paper copying roller is improved.

2. slowly arranging the paper 4 into the dry loss pool 6, and under the action of the white water conveyed by the white water pipe 5, slowly driving the paper roller 2 to be rewound to rotate by the paper 4 and gradually increasing the speed to a certain speed;

3. the mixed white water of the paper 4 reaches a hydrapulper 7, is processed by the hydrapulper 7 to complete the back-copying operation, and then enters the subsequent processes.
