8. The lighting system of claim 6, further comprising an elastic wire, wherein one end of the elastic wire is inserted into the light pole assembly, and the other end of the elastic wire passes through the connecting structure and is fixedly connected with the light head assembly.

9. The lighting system of claim 6, further comprising a camera assembly and an elastic wire, wherein the camera assembly is disposed on the connecting base, one end of the elastic wire is fixedly connected with the camera assembly, and the other end of the elastic wire penetrates through the lamp post assembly.

10. The illumination system of claim 9, wherein the camera assembly comprises:

a camera;

one end of the elastic wire penetrates through the connecting rod and is fixedly connected with the camera;

the connecting joint is used for connecting two ends of the connecting rod with the camera and the connecting structure respectively; and

and the adjusting device is used for fixing the connecting joint on the connecting rod or loosening the connecting joint from the connecting rod.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lamps, in particular to a connecting structure and a lighting system.

Background

The mobile lamp inspection place is mainly used for outdoor operation, the current mobile lamp with a single lighting function cannot meet the operation requirement, and the current mobile lamp is developed towards a trend of a mobile lighting system integrating multiple functions of lighting, photographing and shooting, picture identification and analysis and the like. That is, the lighting system includes a lamp head assembly, and also includes a camera assembly and the like. Therefore, the lamp cap assembly and the camera shooting assembly are required to change angles in real time so as to meet the requirement of multi-direction routing inspection. Most of the existing movable lamps do not have the angle adjusting function, but the lamp holder is manually adjusted to further drive the irradiation angle of the lamp holder assembly, so that the lamps detect field equipment in all directions, but the adjustment is very inconvenient. There is a lamp with adjustable rotation angle of lamp holder, but it has the disadvantage of small rotation angle, so the irradiation angle and irradiation range are too small.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a connection structure and an illumination system, and the illumination system in this embodiment has a larger illumination angle and a wider illumination range.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a connection structure comprising:

a connecting seat;

one end of the first rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the connecting seat, and the central axis of the first rotating shaft is in the vertical direction; and

the second rotating shaft is arranged at the other end of the first rotating shaft, and the central axis of the second rotating shaft is in the horizontal direction.

The connecting seat comprises a seat body assembly and a connecting sleeve, a fixing hole matched with the connecting sleeve is formed in the seat body assembly, the connecting sleeve is installed in the fixing hole, and the first rotating shaft is rotatably installed on the connecting sleeve.

The connecting sleeve comprises a buckle, a clamping groove communicated with the fixing hole is formed in the base body assembly, and the buckle is clamped into the clamping groove.

The seat body assembly comprises a first seat body and a second seat body, the first seat body and the second seat body are oppositely arranged to clamp the connecting sleeve, and the second seat body is detachably connected with the first seat body.

The connecting sleeve comprises a first side cylinder and a second side cylinder, and the first side cylinder and the second side cylinder are oppositely arranged to clamp the first rotating shaft.

This embodiment still includes the elastic wire, the one end of elastic wire wears to establish in the lamp pole subassembly, the other end of elastic wire passes connection structure with lamp holder subassembly fixed connection.

This embodiment still includes camera subassembly and elastic wire, the camera subassembly sets up on the connecting seat, the one end of elastic wire with camera subassembly fixed connection, the other end of elastic wire wears to establish in the lamp pole subassembly.

The camera shooting assembly comprises:

a camera;

one end of the elastic wire penetrates through the connecting rod and is fixedly connected with the camera;

the connecting joint is used for connecting two ends of the connecting rod with the camera and the connecting structure respectively; and

and the adjusting device is used for fixing the connecting joint on the connecting rod or loosening the connecting joint from the connecting rod.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 3, the present embodiment provides an illumination system, which includes a connection structure 100, a lamp post assembly 200, a lamp cap assembly 300, a camera assembly 400 and a lamp socket 500, wherein the lamp cap assembly 300 and the camera assembly 400 are respectively mounted on the connection structure 100, one end of the lamp post assembly 200 is mounted on the connection structure 100, the heights of the lamp cap assembly 300 and the camera assembly 400 can be raised or lowered through the lamp post assembly 200, the other end of the lamp post assembly 200 is mounted on the lamp socket 500, and preferably, the other end of the lamp post assembly 200 is rotatably mounted on the lamp socket 500. Specifically, the lamp head assembly 300 is rotatably mounted on the second rotating shaft 130, and further preferably, the lamp head assembly 300 is mounted on the connecting arm 150, and the angle of rotation adjustment is realized by the relative rotation of the connecting arm 150 and the second rotating shaft 130, and in this embodiment, two lamp head assemblies 300 are preferably provided; in this embodiment, one end of the elastic wire 140 is respectively fixedly connected to the lamp holder assembly 300 and the camera assembly 400, and the other end thereof penetrates through the lamp post assembly 200, and may be fixed to the lamp post assembly 200 or fixed to the lamp holder 500 through the lamp post assembly 200. Preferably, the lighting system of the present embodiment is foldable, the lamp holder 500 has a cavity, and after being folded, the connecting structure 100, the lamp post assembly 200, the lamp cap assembly 300, and the camera assembly 400 can be placed in the cavity of the lamp holder 500.

In some embodiments, the camera assembly 400 includes: the camera comprises a camera, a connecting rod, a connecting joint and an adjusting device, wherein one end of the elastic wire 140 penetrates through the connecting rod and is fixedly connected with the camera; the two ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected with the camera and the connecting structure 100 through the connecting joints; the adjusting device is used for fixing the connecting joint on the connecting rod or loosening the connecting joint from the connecting rod.
