Background

In order to realize 2G, 3G and 4G signal coverage and power transmission, operators erect signal towers in a certain range to realize information exchange between a communication exchange center and a mobile communication terminal, and power grid companies lay telegraph poles to erect electric wires. However, if the signal tower and the utility pole are located in a region with large wind power, the signal tower and the utility pole may be inclined in the process of long-term use, and if the inclination angle is too large, normal use is affected, and particularly in remote areas, it is difficult to find out abnormality of the signal tower and the utility pole in use in time due to traffic inconvenience and rare personnel.

In view of the shortcomings of the background art, the invention provides an asset management terminal which can detect the inclination abnormality of a signal tower or a telegraph pole in real time when the signal tower or the telegraph pole is used.

The microprocessor is also electrically connected with an indicator light circuit, and the microprocessor displays the power-on state and the running state of the terminal, the signal state of the NB/GSM communication module and the signal state of the positioning module through the indicator light circuit.

The NB/GSM communication module comprises an M5313 module, a first antenna electrically connected with the M5313 module, a SIM card and a second antenna electrically connected with the SIM card.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.

As shown in figures 1-4, the asset management terminal comprises a shell, a positioning module, a power supply module 3, a microprocessor, an NB/GSM communication module 2, a download port and an attitude sensor, wherein the positioning module, the power supply module 3, the microprocessor, the NB/GSM communication module 2 and the attitude sensor are located in the shell, the power supply module 3 supplies working voltage to the microprocessor, the positioning module, the NB/GSM communication module 2 and the attitude sensor, the microprocessor selects a single chip microcomputer with the model of STM 32L 051C8T6, the positioning module is N303-3, the attitude sensor is MPU6050, the download port is electrically connected with a serial communication port of the microprocessor, an external operation end downloads running firmware to the microprocessor through the download port, the positioning module, the NB/GSM communication module 2 and the attitude sensor are electrically connected with the microprocessor, the microprocessor realizes positioning monitoring through the positioning module, realizes inclination detection and vibration detection through the attitude sensor, and remotely sends alarm information.

In fig. 2, the power module 1 includes a lithium battery, a boosting unit and a voltage detection unit, the circuit diagram of the boosting unit is as shown in fig. 3, the input end of the boosting unit and the input end of the voltage detection unit are both electrically connected with the lithium battery, the output end of the boosting unit provides working voltage for the NB/GSM communication module 2, the output end of the voltage detection unit is electrically connected with a digital-to-analog conversion interface of the microprocessor, and the lithium battery supplies power for the microprocessor, the positioning module and the attitude sensor respectively.

In addition, the microprocessor sends battery under-voltage alarm information to the internet platform 1 when the lithium battery is under-voltage.

The microprocessor is also electrically connected with an indicator light circuit, the indicator light circuit comprises a red L ED lamp and a green L ED lamp, the microprocessor displays the power-on state and the running state of the terminal, the signal state of the NB/GSM communication module 2 and the signal state of the positioning module through the indicator light circuit, and the specific display effect is as shown in the table I.

As shown in fig. 4, the NB/GSM communication module 2 includes an M5313 module, a first antenna electrically connected to the M5313 module, a SIM card, and a second antenna electrically connected to the SIM card.

The frequency band supported by GSM is B3/B8, B3 is up: 1710-1785 MHz; b3 goes down: 1805-1880 MHz; b8 frequency band, B8 uplink: 880-915 MHz; b8 goes down: 925-960 MHz; the frequency band supported by NBIOT is B8 frequency band, uplink: 880-915 MHz; descending: 925-960 MHz.

The SIM card is a flip-cover Nano SIM card, supports a 1.8/3.3V USIM card and reserves a patch card of 5 x 6mm/2 x 2 mm.

And (4) displacement alarm: when the position of the terminal is changed after calibration and the working equipment is normal, the microprocessor sends displacement alarm to the internet platform 1.

And (3) position query: when the terminal is in an operating state, the internet platform 1 searches or positions the position of the equipment provided with the terminal through GPRS/Beidou.

Track playback: when the equipment provided with the terminal is stolen, the track playback of the positioning information in the equipment can be carried out through the Internet platform.

And (4) vibration alarm: when the equipment provided with the terminal is considered to be knocked, damaged or abnormally vibrated, the microprocessor sends an alarm prompt to the Internet platform 1.

And (4) alarming when the vehicle is inclined: when the device is tilted at a calibrated angle exceeding a set tilt threshold, the microprocessor sends a warning message to the internet platform 1.

Off-line alarming: when the terminal on the equipment breaks down, the Internet platform 1 has an offline alarm of the equipment

And (3) alarm query: when the terminal on the device sends an alarm, the internet platform 1 can search the position of the numbered device.

Alarm statistics: the internet platform 1 can count and count the alarmed devices.
