1. An electric brake control system, comprising:

the acquisition management unit is used for acquiring state data, operation data and fault data in the operation process of the circuit breaker;

the analysis processing unit is connected with the acquisition management unit and is used for analyzing and processing the state data and the operation data to generate a corresponding early warning signal and a first control signal and generate corresponding historical trend data according to the fault data; and

comparing the operating data with a preset early warning threshold and/or the historical trend data, and generating a pre-maintenance signal according to the comparison result;

the control protection unit is connected with the analysis processing unit and used for receiving the early warning signal and the first control signal and sending corresponding protection information to a user according to the early warning signal; and controlling the working state of the circuit breaker according to the first control signal and/or the pre-maintenance signal, wherein the working state comprises switching-off, switching-on, locking and unlocking.

2. The electric brake control system of claim 1, further comprising: the terminal equipment is in communication connection with the analysis processing unit and generates a corresponding instruction signal based on the operation preset by the user;

the analysis processing unit receives the instruction signal, generates a corresponding second control signal based on the instruction signal, and outputs the second control signal to the control protection unit;

and the control protection unit realizes remote control operation on the working state of the circuit breaker based on the second control signal.

3. The switch control system according to claim 2, characterized in that in said blocking state, a corresponding unlocking signal is sent by said terminal device, based on which the switching of said circuit breaker between said blocking and said unblocking is achieved.

4. The electric brake control system as claimed in claim 2, further comprising: the cloud management platform is connected with the acquisition management unit and the terminal equipment;

the cloud management platform is used for storing and classifying the state data, the operation data and the fault data, and sending the state data and/or the operation data and/or the fault data and/or the historical trend data to the terminal equipment based on the instruction signal.

The switch control system according to claim 6, further comprising an early warning processing unit connected to the analysis processing unit, wherein the early warning processing unit generates a corresponding early warning signal based on the comparison result, and sends the early warning signal to the terminal device.

The switch control system according to claim 2, wherein said collection management unit comprises a plurality of monitoring modules, said monitoring modules being configured to monitor said circuit breaker in real time and collect corresponding said status data, said operational data and said fault data.

9. The switch control system of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said switch control signals further comprise: the uninterrupted power supply unit is connected with the acquisition management unit;

when the circuit breaker is in a power-off state, the uninterrupted power supply unit supplies power to the acquisition management unit so as to realize continuous acquisition operation of the circuit breaker state data, the operation data, the fault data and the historical trend data.

10. A circuit breaker, characterized in that it comprises a switch control system according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of circuit breaker control, in particular to a switch control system and a circuit breaker.

Background

The circuit breaker is a switching device commonly used in an electric power distribution management system, and has wide application in families, industrial sites and buildings. In particular, in power distribution management in factories and markets, a plurality of circuit breakers are often installed in one power distribution cabinet.

Although the existing circuit breaker can perform overcurrent and leakage protection, the fault reason corresponding to overcurrent or leakage cannot be recorded, and a user only can passively acquire the circuit fault state in the circuit breaker; this condition easily causes that the timeliness to the fault handling is very poor, in the follow-up use of circuit breaker, has easily increaseed the loss that the trouble produced.

Therefore, how to effectively reduce the loss of the circuit breaker caused by the fault is an urgent problem to be solved in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a switch control system, which is used for solving the problems that the breaker in the prior art is unsafe in use and causes excessive loss due to unsafe use; still provide simultaneously a breaker of using this electric brake control system.

The specific technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:

an electric brake control system comprising:

the acquisition management unit is used for acquiring state data, operation data and fault data in the operation process of the circuit breaker;

the analysis processing unit is connected with the acquisition management unit and is used for analyzing and processing the state data and the operation data to generate a corresponding early warning signal and a first control signal and generate corresponding historical trend data according to the fault data; and

comparing the operating data with a preset early warning threshold and/or the historical trend data, and generating a pre-maintenance signal according to the comparison result;

the control protection unit is connected with the analysis processing unit and used for receiving the early warning signal and the first control signal and sending corresponding protection information to a user according to the early warning signal; and controlling the working state of the circuit breaker according to the first control signal and/or the pre-maintenance signal, wherein the working state comprises switching-off, switching-on, locking and unlocking.

Optionally, the electric brake control system further comprises: the terminal equipment is in communication connection with the analysis processing unit and generates a corresponding instruction signal based on the operation preset by the user;

the analysis processing unit receives the instruction signal, generates a corresponding second control signal based on the instruction signal, and outputs the second control signal to the control protection unit;

and the control protection unit realizes remote control operation on the working state of the circuit breaker based on the second control signal.

Optionally, in the locked state, the terminal device sends a corresponding unlocking signal, and the circuit breaker is switched between the locking state and the unlocking state based on the unlocking signal.

Optionally, the electric brake control system further comprises: the cloud management platform is connected with the acquisition management unit and the terminal equipment;

the cloud management platform is used for storing and classifying the state data, the operation data and the fault data, and sending the state data and/or the operation data and/or the fault data and/or the historical trend data to the terminal equipment based on the instruction signal.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In order to solve the problem that the loss caused by the fault is large when the breaker breaks down in the conventional technology, in the embodiment, a switch control system is particularly provided. The electric brake control system can perform effective fault protection operation based on actual state data, operation data and fault data of the circuit breaker so as to reduce the loss of the circuit breaker caused by faults.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the electric brake control system includes: the system comprises an acquisition management unit 100, an analysis processing unit 110 and a control protection unit 120; the analysis processing unit 110 is connected to the acquisition management unit 100 and the control protection unit 120.

Specifically, the acquisition management unit 100 is configured to acquire state data, operation data, and fault data during the operation of the circuit breaker; the state data indicates that the circuit breaker is in an operating state, a fault state, a switching-off state, a switching-on state or a maintenance state and the like; the operation data refers to the data of current, voltage, temperature and the like in the circuit breaker in an operation state for reflecting the actual working process of the circuit breaker; the fault data refers to the time and the frequency of the fault of the circuit breaker and the corresponding operation data when the fault occurs.

The analysis processing unit 110 is configured to analyze and process the state data and the operation data to generate a corresponding early warning signal and a corresponding first control signal, and form corresponding trend data based on the fault data, where the trend data refers to an operation data trend or trend of the circuit breaker when a fault is about to occur, compare the fault data with a preset early warning threshold and/or historical trend data, and generate a pre-maintenance signal according to a comparison result. Specifically, on one hand, the analysis processing unit 110 can perform corresponding analysis processing based on the state data and/or the operation data, so that the state of the circuit breaker can be monitored and known in real time; on the other hand, compare the processing with state and fault data under the circuit breaker real-time supervision, when the data that circuit breaker state corresponds under the real-time supervision were close to with fault data mutually, can carry out early warning in advance, was favorable to promoting the safety in utilization of circuit breaker.

The control protection unit 120 is configured to receive the early warning signal and the first control signal, and send corresponding protection information to a user according to the early warning signal; and controlling the working state of the circuit breaker according to the first control signal and/or the pre-maintenance signal, wherein the working state comprises opening, closing, locking and unlocking. The opening finger is disconnected with the power supply connecting equipment through the breaker, namely, power failure processing is carried out; otherwise, switching on; the circuit breaker is controlled to be in a switching-off state by locking, and switching-on and/or switching-off operations cannot be realized in a manual operation mode; the unlocking finger can realize switching-on and/or switching-off operation in a manual operation mode; through increasing the shutting control function to the circuit breaker, can avoid carrying out the combined floodgate operation under the condition that the trouble of circuit breaker is not got rid of, be favorable to promoting the safe operation of circuit breaker.

Specifically, the early warning signal is generated based on state data and/or operation data, the first control signal is generated based on the state data and/or the operation data, and the pre-maintenance signal is generated based on comparison between fault data and an early warning threshold value and/or between operation data and historical trend data, that is, effective fault judgment can be performed based on the fault data through the control protection unit 120, and effective maintenance can be performed before a fault occurs or timely emergency repair can be performed after the fault occurs based on the actual operation state of the circuit breaker.

Specifically, the control and protection of the circuit breaker can be realized through the acquisition management unit 100, the analysis processing unit 110 and the control protection unit 120. Illustratively, when the collection management unit 100 collects the operation data of the circuit breaker, such as: the voltage data or the current data are acquired by the acquisition management unit 100, and all fault data corresponding to the fault sent by the circuit breaker are acquired by the acquisition management unit 100, so that when the voltage data or the current data acquired by the acquisition management unit 100 are close to the voltage data and/or the current data corresponding to the fault in any fault data, an early warning that a fault is about to occur in one circuit breaker can be given, or the circuit breaker is controlled to be in a locking state through the control protection unit 120.

According to the data acquisition function of the acquisition management unit 100, data corresponding to different states of the circuit breaker can be acquired; whether the breaker has a fault can be determined through the analysis processing result of the analysis processing unit 110; based on the analysis processing result of the analysis processing unit 110, the control protection unit 120 can perform a corresponding protection operation; therefore, when the working state of the circuit breaker is monitored through the electric brake control system, the circuit breaker can be effectively protected from faults, and loss caused by faults is avoided or reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the switch control system further includes: the terminal device 140 is in communication connection with the analysis processing unit 110, and the terminal device 140 generates a corresponding instruction signal based on an operation preset by a user; that is, based on the actual demand of the user, the terminal device 140 may send instruction signals corresponding to different operations to the analysis processing unit 110, the analysis processing unit 110 performs analysis processing on the instruction signals, generates corresponding second control signals and outputs the second control signals, and the control protection unit 120 performs control operation on the operating state of the circuit breaker based on the second control signals.

The communication mode between the terminal device 140 and the analysis processing unit 110 may be WIFI, bluetooth, or the like; as can be seen from the communication relationship among the terminal device 140, the analysis processing unit 110, and the control protection unit 120, the remote control operation of the circuit breaker can be realized by the terminal device 140.

In one embodiment, the terminal device 140 may be a mobile device such as a computer, an IPAD, a mobile phone, and the like, and since the terminal device 140 and the analysis processing unit 110 may perform real-time communication, not only the terminal device 140 may send a corresponding instruction signal to the analysis processing unit 110, but also the terminal device 140 may receive the status data, the operation data, and the historical status data collected by the collection management unit 100, and the mobile phone, the IPAD, the computer, and the like are generally provided with a human-computer interaction interface, so that a user can know the working state of the circuit breaker in real time.

Specifically, in one embodiment, the circuit breaker can be remotely controlled through an APP with a corresponding function in the terminal device 140; the circuit breaker can also be remotely controlled in a message sending mode.

Through setting up terminal equipment 140, can realize the remote control to the circuit breaker to based on the interactive operation between terminal equipment 140 and the user, be convenient for in time, understand the actual operating condition of circuit breaker directly perceivedly to the user.

In one embodiment, the control of the latching operation of the circuit breaker by the switch control system is accomplished through terminal equipment 140. Specifically, when the circuit breaker fails or performs fault maintenance based on the pre-maintenance signal, the corresponding blocking signal may be sent to the analysis processing unit 110 through the terminal device 140, and a corresponding second control signal may be generated by analyzing and processing the blocking signal through the analysis processing unit 110, so as to control the circuit breaker to switch the working state from closing to opening and further to locking; or switching from opening to closing, thus realizing the operation of forbidding closing of the circuit breaker and leading the circuit breaker to be in a closed state; when the circuit breaker is locked, the circuit breaker cannot be remotely controlled in a manual operation mode or a terminal device, and switching-on or switching-off operation is achieved.

Similarly, in order to ensure that someone carries out switching-on operation on the circuit breaker carelessly or unknowingly under the condition of maintenance or fault, when the circuit breaker is in a locked state, corresponding switching-off or switching-on operation can be realized only when the terminal device 140 sends a corresponding unlocking signal to switch the circuit breaker from a locked state to an unlocked state. Specifically, the analysis processing unit 110 analyzes and processes the unlocking signal, and then the control protection unit 120 performs switching operation on the operating state of the circuit breaker, that is, the circuit breaker is switched from a locked state to an unlocked state.

As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the switch control system further includes: a cloud management platform 130 connected to the acquisition management unit 100 and the terminal device 140; the cloud management platform 130 is used for storing and classifying the status data, the operation data and the fault data, and transmits the status data and/or the operation data and/or the fault data to the terminal device 140 based on the instruction signal.

Specifically, the cloud management platform 130 is mainly used for classifying and storing data. Since the state data, the operation data and the fault data of the circuit breaker need to be effectively managed and stored, and the storage space required by the state data, the operation data and the fault data is large, on one hand, the data storage pressure of the acquisition management unit 100 can be reduced through the cloud management platform 130; and moreover, more convenient and faster data transmission operation with the terminal device 140 can be realized through the cloud management platform 130.

In another embodiment, in order to facilitate a user to know the state of the circuit breaker more intuitively, any combination of the state data, the operation data and the fault data is counted by the cloud management platform 130 to obtain corresponding statistical data, for example, the state of opening, closing and locking of the circuit breaker within a period of time and the data of voltage, current, temperature and the like corresponding to the opening, closing and locking are counted by a table, and then the state data and the operation data are subjected to associated statistics; similarly, the correlation statistics can be carried out on the operation data and the fault data, or the correlation statistics can be carried out on the state data and the fault data; or performing correlation statistics on the state data, the operation data and the fault data.

In an embodiment, the cloud management platform 140 is implemented by an existing cloud platform, such as an ari cloud, and the implementation principles and processes thereof are not described herein again.

The state data, the operation data and the fault data are subjected to association statistics in any combination, and the corresponding statistical data after the association statistics are sent to the terminal equipment 140, so that a user can conveniently know the actual working state of the circuit breaker in time.

And through cloud management platform 130, based on the data processing ability of cloud management platform, through effectively managing the work data that the circuit breaker is relevant, to the analysis and the processing of the big data about circuit breaker work promptly, be favorable to promoting the intellectuality of circuit breaker.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a determining module 111 for comparing fault data with an early warning threshold and/or operation data is further disposed in the analysis processing unit 110 to generate the result corresponding to the comparison. Specifically, the early warning threshold value can be set according to fault data, namely, an early warning value is determined according to a specific data value of the circuit breaker when the circuit breaker breaks down. For example, if a fault such as an over-open circuit or a fire occurs when a voltage value of a certain breaker is 400V, the early warning threshold may be set to be 380V, 390V, or the like, which is smaller than voltage data corresponding to the historical fault.

The operation data is all corresponding operation data of the breaker in the actual working process, and the fault data and the operation data are compared through the judgment module 111, so that a very clear result judgment can be carried out, and whether the breaker breaks down or not is further determined.

In an embodiment, the determining module 111 may implement its comparing function through a comparator or a comparing circuit.

Through setting up judgment module 111, can be in view of the state data, the operation data etc. that the circuit breaker corresponds in the actual work process, whether can break down to the circuit breaker and carry out the early warning in advance, effectively avoid the trouble that the circuit breaker probably appears in the use, promote the security of using.

Correspondingly, in order to adapt the early warning function of the determining module 111, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the switch control system is further provided with an early warning processing unit 150 connected to the analyzing processing unit 110; specifically, the early warning processing unit 150 generates a corresponding early warning signal based on the result of the corresponding comparison in the analysis processing unit 110, and sends the early warning signal to the terminal device 140.

The early warning processing unit 150 is provided to avoid or reduce the occurrence of a fault in the circuit breaker, that is, before the fault occurs or may occur, the user is notified in advance to perform advanced maintenance or corresponding control on the circuit breaker, so as to reduce the probability of the possible fault of the circuit breaker, or avoid the occurrence of the fault of the circuit breaker.

In one embodiment, the early warning processing unit 150 includes a buzzer, a short message reminder, or a flashing indicator light, etc.

In one embodiment, a stepped early warning threshold setting may be set in conjunction with the analysis processing unit 110 and the early warning processing unit 150. Exemplarily, assuming that the operating voltage of the circuit breaker is used as the early warning threshold value, the voltage value corresponding to the fault is 400V, and the indicator lamp is used as the early warning processing unit 150, three stepped early warning threshold values, for example, three 350V, 370V and 390V, may be set, and the indicator lamp is correspondingly set with three red and yellow-blue indication colors. In the actual operation process, when the voltage data acquired by the acquisition management unit 100 is 350V, the blue lamp in the indicator lamp flickers; when the voltage data acquired by the acquisition management unit 100 is 370V, a yellow lamp in the indicator lamps flickers; when the voltage data collected by the collection management unit 100 is 390V, the red light in the indicator lights flashes.

By arranging the early warning processing unit 150, a user or a manager can conveniently and conveniently perform an early warning operation; and if set up early warning processing unit 150 for cascaded, then can have corresponding early warning buffering time, simultaneously, be favorable to avoiding appearing the condition that administrator or user did not see the early warning for the first time, be favorable to promoting the actual action of early warning promptly, and then carry out effectual protection to the circuit breaker.

Specifically, the monitoring module 101 may be a device for monitoring and acquiring status data, such as a camera, and the acquisition, i.e., monitoring, of the operation data may be implemented by, for example, a voltage sensor, a current sensor, a temperature sensor, and the like; the fault data can be combined with the state data and the operation data acquisition equipment to obtain corresponding fault data.

For example, in one embodiment, the load amount of the load side of the circuit breaker may be monitored by the monitoring module 101 to obtain the charge amount of the load side, so as to avoid occurrence of a three-phase imbalance phenomenon of the power supply device due to an excessive charge amount of the load side.

The monitoring module 101 is arranged to effectively monitor the state of the circuit breaker in real time, and corresponding monitoring data can be effectively managed through the cloud management platform 130 and sent to the terminal device 140; therefore, a user or a manager can timely, comprehensively and clearly know the working state of the circuit breaker and corresponding data, so that the intellectualization of the circuit breaker is promoted, and the application expansion of the circuit breaker is facilitated; on the other hand, the use safety of the circuit breaker is improved.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, since it is necessary to avoid performing a closing operation of the circuit breaker when the circuit breaker fails or is repaired; for this reason, the operating state of the circuit breaker needs to be continuously controlled to be locked, and based on this, an uninterruptible power supply unit 160 is provided in the switch control system, and the uninterruptible power supply unit 160 is connected to the acquisition management unit 100, the analysis processing unit 110, and the control protection unit 120.

Specifically, when the circuit breaker is in the power-off state, it means that the power supply cannot be realized at the preceding stage power-off of the circuit breaker or the area position where the circuit breaker is located, and since the power supply to the circuit breaker cannot be realized from the external power supply, at this time, in order to maintain the collection operation of the collection management unit 100, the continuous collection operation of corresponding state data, and/or operation data and/or fault data in the power-off state of the circuit breaker can be realized by the power supply of the uninterruptible power supply unit 160.

The uninterrupted power supply unit 160 is used for supplying power to the switch control system uninterruptedly, so that the acquisition management unit 110 can be ensured to acquire fault data of the circuit breaker continuously, namely, state data, operation data and fault data corresponding to the circuit breaker are added, and more accurate judgment of faults in subsequent application of the circuit breaker is facilitated.

In conclusion, the electric brake control system of the embodiment can realize comprehensive and timely monitoring of the working state of the circuit breaker, and can provide comprehensive and timely state data of the circuit breaker for a user or a manager; the circuit breaker protection device is beneficial to the management and protection of the circuit breaker, reduces the fault probability of the circuit breaker and reduces the loss caused by the fault.

Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a circuit breaker, which is applied to the electric brake control system in any one of the above embodiments. It should be noted that, the implementation of the circuit breaker in this embodiment is consistent with the implementation idea of the electric brake control system, and the implementation principle is not described herein again, and specific reference may be made to corresponding contents in the electric brake control system.

After the electric brake control system and the circuit breaker are adopted, the state data and the operation data in the use process of the circuit breaker can be acquired through the acquisition management unit, and the acquisition of the fault data of the circuit breaker can be realized; the analysis processing unit can perform analysis processing based on the state data, the operation data and the fault data, generate a corresponding first control signal and/or early warning signal according to the state data and the operation data, and generate a corresponding pre-maintenance signal according to historical trend data after generating corresponding historical trend data based on the fault data; therefore, the control protection unit can control the working state of the circuit breaker based on the first control signal and/or the early warning signal and/or the pre-maintenance signal. This embodiment is through the control to the operating condition of circuit breaker to realize the switching operation of circuit breaker between different operating condition, thereby can take corresponding protection or maintenance measure based on different operating condition, and then be favorable to promoting the safety in utilization of circuit breaker, avoid breaking down and unnecessary loss that causes.
