1. An assembly (2) comprising:

-at least one substrate (3) for dyeing keratin fibres, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair, comprising a surface coated with at least one layer constituted by a dye composition comprising one or more oxidation dyes; and

-at least one protective substrate (4a, 4b) comprising a surface coated with at least one layer consisting of a composition comprising one or more preservatives;

it is understood that the dyed substrate (3) is different from the protective substrate (4a, 4 b).

2. Assembly (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that said dyeing substrate (3) is in contact with at least one protective substrate (4a, 4 b).

3. Assembly (2) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said dyeing substrate (3) is comprised between two protective substrates (4a, 4 b).

4. Assembly (2) according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that a protective substrate (4a, 4b) partially or totally encloses said dyeing substrate (3).

5. Assembly (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said dyeing substrate (3) is an element in sheet form.

6. Assembly (2) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the element in sheet form is made of: plastics, in particular thermoplastics, paper, metals, in particular aluminum, woven fabrics, non-absorbent fibers, in particular of cellulose or derivatives thereof, or polyamides 6, 6.

7. Assembly (2) according to either one of claims 5 and 6, characterized in that the element in sheet form comprises an adhesive layer on which the oxidation dye is deposited.

8. Component (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the oxidation dye is chosen from oxidation bases and optionally couplers, and preferably comprises at least one oxidation base and at least one coupler.

9. Component (2) according to claim 8, characterized in that the oxidation base is chosen from para-phenylenediamine, bis (phenyl) alkylenediamines, para-aminophenols, ortho-aminophenols and heterocyclic bases, and addition salts thereof, and is chosen in particular from para-phenylenediamine, 1-methyl-2, 5-diaminobenzene, para-aminophenols, 1-hydroxyethyl-4, 5-diaminopyrazole sulphate and 2, 3-diaminodihydroxypyrazolone dimethyl sulphonate, and addition salts thereof, and mixtures thereof.

Component (2) according to claim 8, characterized in that said couplers are chosen from meta-phenylenediamines, meta-aminophenols, meta-diphenols, naphthalene-based couplers and heterocyclic couplers, and addition salts thereof, and in particular from resorcinol, 2-methylresorcinol, 5-N- (β -hydroxyethyl) amino-2-methylphenol, 2-methyl-5-aminophenol, 1- β -hydroxyethoxy-2, 4-diaminobenzene dihydrochloride, 3-aminophenol, addition salts thereof and mixtures thereof.

Assembly (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the preserving agent is chosen from sulfites, bisulfites, sulfinates, sugars, hydrides, thiolated sulfurous reducing agents, organic reducing agents of the reducing ketone type, agents capable of slowing down oxidative condensation reactions, and mixtures thereof; preferably, the preservative is selected from the group consisting of sulfites, bisulfites, thiolated reducing agents, organic reducing agents of the reducing ketone type, agents capable of slowing the oxidative condensation reaction, and mixtures thereof.

12. The assembly (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the preservative is selected from ammonium sulfites and bisulfites, alkali or alkaline earth metal sulfites and alkali or alkaline earth metal bisulfites, reducing acids, ascorbic acid, erythoronic acid or isoascorbic acid, thioglycolic acid, thiolactic acid, cysteine, cysteamine, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), citric acid, and mixtures thereof.

13. Component (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the preservative is present in a total amount ranging from 0.1% to 60% by weight, preferably from 4% to 40% by weight, more preferably from 5% to 30% by weight, even more preferably from 8% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition comprising the preservative.

14. A device (1) for dispensing an assembly (2) as defined according to any one of claims 1 to 13.

15. The dispensing device (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that it comprises means (7) for cutting said assembly (2).

16. The device (1) for dispensing an assembly (2) as defined in claims 1 and 2 and 3, according to claim 14, characterized in that it comprises means (6) for separating the two protective substrates (4a, 4b) from the dyed substrate (3), and means (7) for cutting the dyed substrate (3).

17. A process for the oxidation dyeing of keratin fibres, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair, comprising:

i) comprising the step of removing the protective substrate (4a, 4b) as defined in any one of claims 1 to 4 and 10 to 13 from the assembly (2) as defined in any one of claims 1 to 13;

ii) a step of applying to said fibers a dyed substrate (3) as defined according to any one of claims 1 to 10; and

iii) a step of applying to said fibres an oxidizing aqueous composition comprising one or more chemical oxidizing agents, and optionally one or more alkaline agents.
