1. A refrigerator is provided with:

a main body;

a door for opening and closing the front opening of the main body;

a lighting device which is arranged in the refrigerator inside the main body and is lighted when the door is opened;

a control unit for controlling the operation of the lighting device; and

a shelf for dividing the interior of the refrigerator,

the shelf is formed of a transmission member that transmits light,

the illumination device is configured to irradiate light from the side surface of the shelf to the interior of the shelf,

the shelf is formed with a diffuse reflection area for diffusely reflecting light.

2. The refrigerator according to claim 1,

the diffuse reflection area is formed by irregularities indicating one or both of characters and figures.

3. The refrigerator according to claim 2,

the characters and the figures are used for showing information related to the action of the refrigerator.

4. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 3,

at least 1 of the side surfaces of the shelf except the side surface on which the lighting device is arranged is provided with a reflecting component for reflecting light.

5. The refrigerator according to claim 4,

the reflecting member is provided to cover only the side of the shelf.

6. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 5,

the shelf and the lighting device are formed separately.

7. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 6,

the diffuse reflection region is formed of irregularities, and the interval between the irregularities is formed to be wider as the distance from the illumination device is longer.

Background

Conventionally, in a refrigerator, it is considered that a lighting device is provided at an end portion of a shelf partitioning the inside of the refrigerator (for example, see patent document 1). However, in this case, it is difficult to make sufficient light reach the region facing the end where the lighting device is disposed, and it is difficult to sufficiently improve visibility of stored items such as food and food materials stored in the refrigerator. In order to improve the visibility, it is conceivable to dispose the lighting device at the center of the shelf or the like, but in doing so, there is another problem that the storage height of the stored object at the position where the lighting device is disposed is reduced, and the storage property of the stored object is lowered.
