Background

The existing vacuum pressure-maintaining portable cup is basically divided into two types: one is that the vacuum pumping and pressure maintaining can be realized, but when a user drinks the fruit juice inside, the user needs to open all the cup covers to drink the fruit juice inside, so that the operation is very complicated, and the user experience is poor; the other type is a portable cup with a suction nozzle, but the vacuum pumping and pressure maintaining functions are not provided, so that the fruit juice in the portable cup is easily oxidized quickly, and the nutrition is lost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of avoiding the defects of the prior art and provides a portable vacuum pressure maintaining cup with the functions of vacuum pressure maintaining and suction nozzle.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description is to be read with reference to the best mode embodiment as shown in the drawings.

The vacuum pressure maintaining portable cup comprises a cup body 10, a cup cover 20, an upper cover 30 and a suction nozzle assembly 40, wherein the suction nozzle assembly 40 comprises a suction nozzle cap 41, a suction nozzle 42, a one-way valve 43 and a suction pipe 44; the one-way valve 43 comprises a valve plate 431 and a connecting part 432, and the suction nozzle 42 penetrates into the one-way valve 43 and is communicated with the suction pipe 44 at the lower end; a through hole 21 and a small air suction hole 22 are formed in the bottom plate of the cup cover 20, a connecting part 432 of the one-way valve 43 penetrates through the through hole 21, and a valve plate 431 of the one-way valve 43 covers the air suction hole 22; the cup cover 20 is screwed with the cup body 10, and the upper cover 30 is covered on the cup cover 20.

In the invention, as shown in fig. 4, a blocking piece 433 is formed at the lower end of the connecting part 432 of the one-way valve 43 along the radial direction, a vertical wall 23 is formed around the through hole 21 of the cup cover 20 and the vertical wall 23 is formed downwards, and with reference to fig. 7, when the drinking cup is used, the suction nozzle assembly 40 is pulled up for a certain distance, and the blocking piece 433 is blocked by the vertical wall 23, so that the upward pulling distance of the suction nozzle assembly 42 is effectively controlled, and the operation is more accurate and convenient. As shown in fig. 4 and 8, in the present invention, at least one ring of flange 434 is radially formed on the connecting portion 432 of the check valve 43; a circle of bulges 24 are formed inwards on the bottom plate of the cup cover 20 and around the through hole 21, when the suction nozzle component 40 is pulled up for drinking, the bulges 24 can abut against the flange 434, and the suction nozzle component 40 can be effectively prevented from automatically sliding off under the action of gravity.

In order to further ensure the vacuum pressure maintaining sealing effect of the portable cup, as shown in fig. 3, a sealing ring 50 is arranged between the cup cover 20 and the cup body 10.

When the portable vacuum pressure maintaining cup is used for containing fresh fruit juice, the cup cover 20 is unscrewed, the fresh fruit juice is filled, the cup cover 20 (together with the sealing ring 50) is screwed on the cup body 10, the suction nozzle cap 41 is correctly covered on the suction nozzle 42, the whole suction nozzle assembly 40 is pressed downwards, the valve plate 431 of the one-way valve 43 is attached to the bottom plate of the cup cover 20, so that the air suction hole 22 is covered, at the moment, the whole cup body 10 is a sealed container capable of being vacuumized, the matched vacuum sucking disc 60 is adopted to vacuumize the inside of the cup body 10, the upper cover 30 is covered on the cup cover 20 after the vacuum pumping is finished, outside air cannot enter the cup body 10 again under the condition of no external force, so that a vacuum effect is formed, and the fresh fruit juice in the cup can keep fresh under the vacuum state. When the fruit juice needs to be drunk, the upper cover 30 is opened, the suction nozzle cap 41 is uncovered, and the whole suction nozzle assembly 40 is pulled upwards, at the moment, the valve plate 431 of the one-way valve 43 is separated from the bottom plate of the cup cover 20 and does not cover the suction hole 22 any more, the outside air enters the cup body 20 through the suction hole 22 to play an air compensation role, and a user can suck the fruit juice in the cup through the suction nozzle 42.

The vacuum pressure-maintaining portable cup can play a role in automatically prompting and effectively preventing misloading so as to prevent the problem of non-vacuum fresh-keeping state and even leakage when containing juice, and the following brief description is provided with reference to fig. 8 to 11. As shown in fig. 8, when the nozzle cap 41 is not properly covered on the nozzle, the nozzle cap 41 is in an extended state, and if the vacuum suction cup 60 is used for vacuum pumping, the nozzle cap 41 will be abutted against the vacuum suction cup for washing the disc, a sealing effect cannot be formed, air leakage during vacuum pumping is caused, and the air pressure inside the vacuum suction cup 60 is not changed to recognize and alarm, so that the user is prompted to carry out false installation. As shown in FIG. 9, when the suction nozzle assembly 40 is lifted, the valve plate 431 of the check valve 43 is separated from the bottom plate of the cup cover 20 and fails to cover the suction hole 22, so that the cup body 10 cannot form a sealing effect, and if the vacuum suction cup 60 is used for vacuum suction, the interior of the vacuum suction cup 60 is also identified and alarmed by no change in air pressure. As shown in FIG. 10, when the suction nozzle assembly 40 is lifted, and the upper cover 30 is closed, the suction nozzle cap 41 will abut against the upper cover 30, so that the upper cover 30 cannot be closed normally, and if the user forcibly closes the upper cover 30, the user will press down together with the whole suction nozzle assembly 40, so that the suction nozzle assembly 40 returns to the vacuum pressure maintaining state (i.e. the state that the valve plate 431 of the check valve 43 abuts against the bottom plate of the cup cover 20 to cover the suction hole 22). As shown in FIG. 11, when the nozzle cap 41 is not properly attached to the nozzle, the nozzle cap 41 is in an extended state, and the upper cover 30 is caught by the nozzle cap 41 and is not properly attached when it is attached.
