1. A cup body, comprising:

putting the formed combined structure of the key ring and the elastic keys into a corresponding position in a forming die of the cup body, curing and forming the combined structure and raw materials for preparing the cup body together in the forming die of the cup body into the cup body, wherein the side wall of the cup body is provided with a first through hole;

wherein the key ring and the elastic key seal the first through hole.

8. The method of claim 7,

the method comprises the following steps of curing and forming the cup body together with raw materials for preparing the cup body in the cup body mold into the cup body before the step of:

placing the raw material for preparing the view window body into a forming die of the view window body to be cured and formed into the view window body;

and placing the formed window body into a position corresponding to a forming die of the cup body.

9. The method of claim 7,

the forming die of elasticity button is liquid silica gel mould, the material of elasticity button is silica gel, the material of cup body is at least one of PC, ABS, the button ring material is PC.

Technical Field

Background

The cup is a common utensil in daily life and is a container for containing liquid. The intelligent vacuum cup comprises a cup body, a cup cover and a cup bottom, wherein an inner container is arranged inside the cup body, and an electronic component is arranged on the outer side surface of the inner container.

S102: and placing the formed key ring into a position corresponding to a forming die of the elastic key, adding raw materials for preparing the elastic key into the forming die of the elastic key, and curing and forming the raw materials together to form a combined structure of the key ring 11 and the elastic key 12, wherein the elastic key 12 at least covers the second through hole 15.

The raw material for preparing the elastic key 12 can be at least one of silica gel, TPE, TPV, TPR and TPSiV, and the materials have elasticity and good high temperature resistance, wherein the good high temperature resistance can mean that the elastic key 12 can not deform or melt in the temperature environment of 100 ℃, 110 ℃, 120 ℃, 130 ℃, 140 ℃, 150 ℃ or above. The materials have high bonding strength with the key ring 11, the bonding strength of the elastic keys 12 and the key ring 11 is improved, and the cup is elastic, so that the requirement that the cup can be used for switching on and off a circuit arranged on the inner container by pressing the elastic keys 12 can be met.

S103: the formed combined structure of the key ring 11 and the elastic keys 12 is put into a corresponding position in a forming die of the cup body, and is solidified and formed into the cup body 16 together with the raw materials for preparing the cup body in the forming die of the cup body, and the side wall of the cup body 13 is provided with a first through hole 14.

Wherein, the forming die of elasticity button can select for use liquid silicone mould, and the material of elasticity button 12 is at least one in silica gel, TPE, TPV, TPR and the TPSiV, and the material of cup body 13 is at least one in PC, the ABS, and the material of key ring 11 is PC.

The elastic keys 12 can be made of liquid silica gel or solid silica gel, so that the elastic keys 12 can be prevented from being trapped and carbonized when air is not added or exhausted smoothly in the stage of preparing the cup body 13, and at least part of raw materials of the elastic keys 12 can be prevented from being flushed out by high pressure from the exhaust position when air is added or exhausted in the stage of preparing the cup body 13.

The curing and forming mode in the above steps includes, but is not limited to, an injection molding mode, a silica gel vulcanization forming mode, an ultraviolet curing forming mode and an ultrasonic forming mode.

In this embodiment, the elastic keys 12 are fixedly arranged on the key ring 11, so that the elastic keys 12 can be effectively prevented from being deformed or displaced by long-term pressing and directly contacting with the electric element switch, and the service life of the cup body 16 is prolonged. Referring to fig. 6-8, fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a second embodiment of the cup body 27 of the present invention, fig. 7 is an enlarged schematic cross-sectional view at B of the second embodiment of the cup body 27 of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of the cup body 23 of the second embodiment of the cup body 27 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the cup body 27 includes a key ring 21, elastic keys 22 and a cup body 23; the side wall of the cup body 23 is provided with a first through hole 24; the key ring 21 is fixed in the first through hole 24, and the center of the key ring 21 is provided with a second through hole 25; the elastic key 22 is fixedly arranged on the key ring 21 and at least covers the second through hole 25.

placing the raw material for preparing the view window body into a forming die of the view window body to be cured and formed into a view window body 35;

placing the formed viewing window body 35 into a position corresponding to a forming die of the key ring, adding raw materials for preparing the key ring 31 into the forming die of the key ring, curing and forming the raw materials together into a combined structure of the key ring 31 and the viewing window body 35, wherein the center of the key ring 31 is provided with a second through hole 39;

placing the formed combined structure of the key ring 31 and the window body 35 into a position corresponding to a forming mold of the elastic key, adding a material for preparing the elastic key 32 into the forming mold of the elastic key, and curing and forming the combined structure of the key ring 31, the window body 35 and the elastic key 32 together, wherein the elastic key 32 at least covers the second through hole 39;

the formed combined structure of the key ring 31, the window body 35 and the elastic keys 32 is put into a corresponding position in a forming die of the cup body, and is cured and formed into the cup body 36 together with the material for preparing the cup body 33 in the forming die of the cup body.

And the third is that:

raw materials for preparing the view window body 35 and the key ring 31 are placed into a forming die of the view window body 35 and the key ring 31 to be solidified and formed into an integral structure of the view window body 35 and the key ring 31, and a second through hole 39 is formed in the center of the key ring 31;

placing the formed integral structure of the view window body 35 and the key ring 31 into a position corresponding to a forming mold of the elastic key, adding raw materials for preparing the elastic key 32 into the forming mold of the elastic key, and curing and forming the raw materials together into a combined structure of the key ring 31, the view window body 35 and the elastic key 32, wherein the elastic key 32 at least covers the second through hole 39;

the formed combined structure of the key ring 31, the window body 35 and the elastic keys 32 is put into a corresponding position of a forming die of the cup body, and raw materials for preparing the cup body 33 are added into the forming die of the cup body and are solidified and formed together to form the cup body 36.

And fourthly:

putting the raw materials for preparing the key ring 31 into a forming die of the key ring, and curing and forming the key ring 31, wherein the center of the key ring 31 is provided with a second through hole 39;

placing the formed key ring 31 into a position corresponding to a forming die of the view window body, adding raw materials for preparing the view window body 35 into the forming die of the view window body, and curing and forming the raw materials together to form a combined structure of the key ring 31 and the view window body 35;

placing the formed combined structure of the key ring 31 and the window body 35 into a position corresponding to a forming mold of the elastic key, adding raw materials for preparing the elastic key 32 into the forming mold of the elastic key, and curing and forming the raw materials together into the combined structure of the key ring 31, the window body 35 and the elastic key 32, wherein the elastic key 32 at least covers the second through hole 39;

the formed combined structure of the key ring 31, the window body 35 and the elastic keys 32 is put into a corresponding position in a forming die of the cup body, and is solidified and formed into the cup body 36 together with the raw materials for preparing the cup body 33 in the forming die of the cup body.

The cup body 36 manufactured by the manufacturing method and material 4 in this embodiment is not only good in waterproof performance, but also the cup body 36 manufactured by this method rarely or even does not have poor product, i.e., product with poor sealing performance and waterproof performance.

In the present embodiment, the elastic keys 32 are disposed on the key ring 31 by curing molding, so that the elastic keys 32 and the key ring 31 are connected seamlessly; with cup body 33 through solidification moulding in the integrated configuration of elasticity button 32 and key ring 31, on the window body 35, make the integrated configuration of cup body 33 and elasticity button 32 and key ring 31, window body 35 seamless connection, reinforcing cup body 33 and elasticity button 32 and key ring 31, bonding strength between the window body 35, prevent that outside water or steam from passing through the gap between cup body 33 and key ring 31 and the gap between cup body 33 and elasticity button 32, the gap between elasticity button 32 and key ring 31, the gap between cup body 33 and the window body 35 gets into cup 36 inside and makes electronic components damage, thereby improve the waterproof performance and the sealing performance of cup body 36, improve the stability and the security of the cup of using this cup body 36, prolong the life of this cup.
