Background

Known cookware is a necessary utensil for daily cooking, and is used for frying, boiling, frying and baking. In the cooking process, the pan body of the pan is in direct contact with the fire source, so that the pan body can obtain enough heat energy to convert the raw and cold food materials in the pan body into hot and soar food. The cookware is mostly made of metal, so that the cookware has good heat conductivity coefficient, and when the cookware obtains heat energy, the heat energy can be transferred to other parts, such as: the pan handle can also obtain heat energy. Moreover, the longer the cooking time, no matter the pot body or the pot handle, the considerable heat energy can be obtained, so that the pot handle has high temperature and is difficult to hold.

Various types of cookware have been developed according to different cooking methods, such as: ceramic pot, stainless steel pot, cast iron pot, etc. Taking a cast iron pan as an example, the cast iron pan can be placed on a gas stove to fry the surface of the food material first to seal the delicacy of the food material, and then the cast iron pan and the food material are placed in an oven to heat the food material continuously at the temperature of the oven until the interior of the food material reaches a certain degree of ripeness. However, since the cast iron pan has a pan body and a pan handle, when the cast iron pan is placed in the oven for cooking, only the pan body contains food materials, but the pan handle still occupies a part of the space, so that the use efficiency inside the oven is low. Furthermore, the oven needs to have a certain space to accommodate the cast iron pan for cooking the food material.

Therefore, if the cooking mode is to use the oven for cooking, the pot occupies most of the oven space when the pot is built in the oven, resulting in low use efficiency of the oven. In addition, the oven is comprehensive for heating the pot, and the pot body and the pot handle are heated simultaneously, so that the temperature of the pot handle of the pot arranged in the oven is more difficult to hold and use compared with the temperature of the pot handle used on a gas stove.

Therefore, the design of the conventional pot is still not perfect and needs to be improved.

Detailed Description

In order to more clearly illustrate the present invention, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a combined pot 100 according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: a pot body 10, at least one pot ear 20 and a pot handle 40, wherein:

the pot body 10 has a bottom 12 and a side wall 14 integrally formed, the bottom 12 is in a circular plate shape, the side wall 14 extends upward from the bottom 12 and surrounds the bottom 12, and the outer edge of the side wall 14 is in a convex arc shape. In this embodiment, the material of the pot 10 may be metal, for example: cast iron pan bodies, aluminum pan bodies, and the like; the pot 10 may also be made of non-metal materials, such as: glass pot bodies, ceramic pot bodies and the like.

The number of the at least one handle 20 is two in this embodiment, the two handles 20 are connected to two opposite sides of the sidewall 14, and in this embodiment, the two handles 20 and the sidewall 14 are integrally formed. In practice, the two lugs 20 can also be connected to the side wall 14 in a locking manner. The two pot ears 20 have the same structure, and hereinafter, one pot ear 20 is described as an example.

The handle 20 has a holding hole 20c penetrating the top surface 20a and the bottom surface 20b of the handle 20, and the holding hole 20c is an arc-shaped hole in this embodiment for the fingers of the user to pass through. The two sides of the handle 20 in the short axis direction of the holding hole 20c are respectively an inner edge 22 and an outer edge 24, in other words, the inner edge 22 is located between the pot 10 and the holding hole 20c, and the holding hole 20c is located between the inner edge 22 and the outer edge 24; the outer edge 24 is adapted to be gripped by the fingers of a user. In this embodiment, the top of the outer edge portion 24 of the pot handle 20 is lower than the top of the inner edge portion 22 in a vertical direction.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the handle 20 further has a blocking wall 26, and the blocking wall 26 is integrally connected to the bottom of the inner edge portion 22 and extends downward. A tabling groove 28 is formed between the blocking wall 26 and the side wall 14 of the pot body 10, the tabling groove 28 is concave inward toward the bottom of the inner edge 22, and two ends of the tabling groove 28 are respectively provided with a blocking plate 32.

The handle 40 includes a holding section 42 and a combining section 44 connected together, the holding section 42 is held by a user, and the thickness of the holding section 42 is gradually increased toward a direction departing from the combining section 44, so that the user can stably hold the handle 40. In this embodiment, the pan handle 40 may be made of metal, for example: cast iron panhandle, aluminum panhandle, etc.; the handle 40 may also be made of non-metal material, such as: wood pot handles, bakelite, and the like.

The connecting section 44 has a first abutting portion 44a, a second abutting portion 44b and a connecting portion 44c, and the connecting portion 44c is connected between the first abutting portion 44a and the second abutting portion 44 b. The handle 40 is detachably connected to any one of the two handle members 20 through the connecting section 44, the handle 40 sequentially passes through the handle members 20 through the first abutting portion 44a and the connecting portion 44c of the connecting section 44, and then the handle 40 is horizontally arranged (see fig. 3) such that the first abutting portion 44a abuts against the bottom of the inner edge portion 22 from bottom to top, the connecting portion 44c passes through and is located in the holding hole 20c, and the second abutting portion 44b abuts against the top of the outer edge portion 24 from top to bottom.

More specifically, the coupling section 44 of the handle 40 has a first section 442, a second section 444 and a third section 446 upward along the long axis of the handle 40, wherein the first section 442 is close to the pan body 10, the first section 442 has a front end surface 442a, the front end surface 442a is concave and faces away from the holding section 42, the top surface of the first section 442 forms the first abutting portion 44a, the second section 444 forms the connecting portion 44c, the second section 444 has a groove 444a, the groove 444a is located on one side of the first section 442, and both ends of the groove 444a are open, the third section 446 connects the holding section 42, and the bottom of the third section 446 forms the second abutting portion 44b, the width of the third section 446 is gradually reduced toward the holding section 42 after the handle 40 is coupled with the pan handle 20, the blocking wall 26 extends into the groove 444a, the first section 442 is located in the engaging groove 28, and the first section 44a abuts against the inner wall of the pan handle 40, and the bottom of the first section L is engaged with the inner wall of the engaging groove L, and the bottom of the first section 442 is engaged with the inner wall 32, and the bottom of the groove L, so that the bottom of the first section 442 is engaged with the bottom of the groove 32, and the bottom of the groove can prevent the first section 442 from accidentally sliding along the axis of the groove 32.

Because the top of the outer edge 24 of the handle 20 is lower than the top of the inner edge 22, the position of the holding section 42 of the handle 40 can be lowered to be relatively close to horizontal after the handle 40 is combined with the handle 20, and the holding section 42 is prevented from being excessively lifted. In addition, the positions of the ears on both sides of the outer edge 24 are higher than the outer edge 24, so that the handle 40 can be limited in the outer edge 24, and the pan body 10 can be prevented from shaking.

In practice, the blocking wall 26 is not required to be disposed on the pot body 10, and the first abutting portion 44a can abut against the bottom of the inner rim 22.

Referring to fig. 5, the handle 40 is reversely fastened to the handle 20, for the purpose of being able to be reversely fastened, the groove 444a of the connecting portion 44c forms a first width W1 in the longitudinal axis direction of the handle 40, the outer edge portion 24 forms a second width W2 on a reference axis L corresponding to the longitudinal axis direction of the handle 40, the second width W2 is smaller than the first width W1, so the second width W2 can be accommodated in the first width W1, thereby the groove 444a can be fastened to the outer edge portion 24, and the pot 10 can be moved, for example, when the pot is placed in a roaster, the handle 40 can be firstly taken off and reversely fastened to the outer edge portion 24 of the handle 20, and the pot can be pulled or pushed to move by the handle 40.

Referring to fig. 6, after the handle 40 is separated from the handle 20, the front end face 442a of the coupling section 44 having a concave arc shape pushes against the outer edge of the sidewall 14 having a convex arc shape of the pot 10, so that the pot 10 can be stably pushed by the cooperation of the concave arc and the convex arc without the occurrence of the deviation of the pot 10.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a modular cookware 200 according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention has a structure substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that a positioning post 30 'is further disposed in the engaging groove 28' of the present embodiment, and the positioning post 30 'is vertically disposed in the engaging groove 28'; the first abutting portion 44a ' of the handle 40 ' of the embodiment is recessed to form a groove 48 ', and the groove 48 ' is used for accommodating the positioning post 30 '. Therefore, after the handle 40 'is combined with the handle 20', the positioning column 30 'can protrude into the groove 48', and the groove 48 'limits the positioning column 30', so that the pot body 10 'and the handle 40' can be stably buckled, and the combined pot 200 can be stable and does not shake.

As mentioned above, the combined pot of the present invention can be separated from the handle, so as to reduce the space occupied by the pot as a whole, and the pot body can be taken up by the handle, thereby improving the flexibility of using the pot. After the pan handle is separated, the heat energy can be prevented from being conducted to the pan handle during cooking, and the inconvenience brought by the conventional pan during use is effectively improved.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications to the present invention as described and claimed should be included in the scope of the present invention.
