The diameter of the existing inner well cover corresponds to the caliber of the inspection well with the minimum specification, so that the inner well cover with the same caliber can be suitable for all inspection wells with the calibers larger than the caliber by the special support for the inner well cover, but the existing support has the following problems: if the support is too short, the compatibility of the inner manhole cover to different manhole calibers is poor; if the support is too long, the support is easy to form an inspection well access barrier, and the access of constructors to the inspection well is influenced.

meanwhile, a second connecting part at the head of the tripod is close to the upper end face of a lower connecting face at the tail of the tripod, a round hole on the second connecting part is aligned with a round hole on the lower connecting face and then a screw is inserted, and the screw passes through the round hole on the second connecting part and the round hole on the lower connecting face in sequence and then is screwed into a nut matched with the screw without being screwed;

the operation of installing the tripod tail part on the well wall of the inspection well in the step (3) comprises the following steps:

inserting a fixed screw on the well wall of each inspection well into a second long circular hole at the tail part of the tripod corresponding to the fixed screw, and screwing a nut matched with the fixed screw on the fixed screw without screwing;

the operation of installing the well curb base on the tripod in the step (3) comprises the following steps:

placing the well ring bases on the tripods, and enabling the arc-shaped slotted holes in the annular component to correspond to the first long round holes in the heads of the tripods one by one;

the fixing screw is screwed into the nut matched with the fixing screw after sequentially penetrating through the arc-shaped slotted hole on the annular component and the first long round hole on the head of the tripod and is not screwed tightly;

adjusting the positions of all the fixing screws arranged on the well wall in the second long round holes to enable the upper opening ends of the cylindrical components to be located in the horizontal plane, and then screwing nuts matched with all the fixing screws;

the operation of fixing the well ring base and the tripod and fixing the head and the tail of the tripod in the step (3) comprises the following steps:

screwing down a nut matched with a screw which sequentially penetrates through an arc-shaped slotted hole in the annular component and a first long round hole in the head of the tripod;

and screwing the nut matched with the screw which sequentially passes through the round hole in the second connecting part and the round hole in the lower connecting surface.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. in the case of inspection wells with different apertures on the market, only one specification of inner well cover needs to be produced, the diameter of the inner well cover corresponds to the aperture of the existing inspection well with the smallest specification, and the inner well covers with various specifications do not need to be produced.

2. In the case of inspection wells with different calibers on the market, only a manhole ring base and a tripod with one specification are required to be produced, the specification of the manhole ring base corresponds to that of an inner manhole cover, and various specifications are not required to be produced, so that the cost is greatly reduced; different inspection shaft calibers only correspond to different folding angles of the tripod, the corresponding relation between the cylindrical component and the inner well cover is always unchanged, the combination is tight, and the functions of opening and closing the lock and the lock are conveniently realized.

3. When the caliber of the inspection well is close to the outer diameter of the well ring base, a tripod is not needed, and the entrance and exit of the inspection well are not obstructed under the condition.

4. When the triangular frame is used for the inspection well with the largest caliber, the folding angle of the triangular frame is 90 degrees, the front end of the triangular frame main body is completely positioned between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the annular part of the well ring base (namely below the annular surface of the annular part), the triangular frame main body cannot be exposed at the entrance and exit of the inspection well, and the rest parts of the triangular frame are positioned outside the outer diameter of the well ring base.

7. each arc-shaped slotted hole of the annular component has a certain length, so that the installation does not need to require the same interval of all the triangular frames on the inspection well wall, and the field construction is convenient.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

as shown in fig. 1, the special bracket for the manhole cover in the inspection well of the invention comprises: the structure of the well curb base and the tripod is as follows:

1. well ring base

The walling crib base comprises: the device comprises a cylindrical part and an annular part, wherein two ends of the cylindrical part are provided with openings and are respectively an upper opening end and a lower opening end, the radius of a large circle of the annular part is the same as the diameter of the cylindrical part, the outer edge of the annular part is fixedly connected with the lower opening end of the cylindrical part, and the plane where the lower opening end of the cylindrical part is located is parallel to the plane where the annular part is located.

The cylindrical component is provided with a plurality of U-shaped slotted holes which are uniformly distributed on the circumference, the openings of the U-shaped slotted holes are positioned at the lower opening end of the cylindrical component, and the height direction of the U-shaped slotted holes is parallel to the central axis of the cylindrical component. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, wherein fig. 2 is the expansion effect of the cylindrical component (taking four slots as an example), fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the U-shaped slot, the width d of the U-shaped slot corresponds to the diameter of the fixing screw installed on the well wall (i.e. the fixing screw can pass through the U-shaped slot), and the height h corresponds to the height adjustment range of the well ring base (because the installation of the fixing screw on the well wall is difficult to ensure to be in the same horizontal plane during actual construction, and the upper open end of the well ring base is located in the horizontal plane after the well ring base is installed, the height of the well ring base is adjusted by the height of each U-shaped slot, i.e. the height of each fixing screw in the U-shaped slot where the fixing screw is located is adjusted to adjust the height of the well ring base, thereby ensuring that the upper open end of the well.

The annular component is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped slotted holes which are uniformly distributed on the circumference and a plurality of square slotted holes which are uniformly distributed on the circumference, the arc-shaped slotted holes and the square slotted holes are alternately arranged on the circumference at equal intervals, namely both sides of one arc-shaped slotted hole are the square slotted holes, and both sides of one square slotted hole are the arc-shaped slotted holes, so that the uniform stress of the whole component can be ensured, as shown in figure 4, the number of the arc-shaped slotted holes is consistent with that of the U-shaped slotted holes in the cylindrical component, the number of the square slotted holes is also the same as that of the U-shaped slotted holes, namely the U-shaped slotted holes, the arc-shaped slotted holes and the square slotted holes. The height direction of each square slotted hole and the radius direction of the annular component are located on the same straight line, the opening is located at the outer edge of the annular component, each arc slotted hole and the annular component are concentric, the axis of the radian direction of each arc slotted hole is located on the middle circumferential line of the annular component, the middle circumferential line is circular, and the radius of each arc slotted hole is plus (the large circular radius of the annular component-the small circular radius of the annular component)/2, namely (the small circular radius of the annular component plus the large circular radius of the annular component)/2.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of arc-shaped slotted holes, wherein the hole width d corresponds to the diameter of a fixing screw for connecting the well ring base with a tripod, and the hole length l corresponds to the rotation angle adjusting range of the installation well ring base, namely, the center of each arc-shaped slotted hole is positioned at the center of the connecting line of two square slotted holes, and the hole length l is equal to 1/4 of the arc length clamped by the two square slotted holes, so that the adjusting range and the structural stress can be balanced. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a square slotted hole, where the hole width d corresponds to the diameter of a fixing screw installed on the well wall (i.e., the fixing screw can pass through the square slotted hole), i.e., the width of the U-shaped slotted hole on the cylindrical component is the same, the hole height h matches with the length of the fixing screw installed on the well wall, and the width, height, and number of the U-shaped slotted hole, the arc-shaped slotted hole, and the square slotted hole can be designed according to actual needs.

When the cylindrical component and the annular component are connected, if the cylindrical component and the annular component are both made of metal materials, the outer edge of the annular component and the lower opening end of the cylindrical component can be fixedly connected by adopting a welding mode, the plane of the lower opening end of the cylindrical component is parallel to the plane of the annular component, namely, the plane of the annular component is vertical to the central axis of the cylindrical component, if the cylindrical component and the annular component are made of other materials, the cylindrical component and the annular component are fixedly connected and processed by adopting a corresponding fixed connection processing mode with other materials, when the cylindrical component and the annular component are connected, the U-shaped slotted hole of the cylindrical component are aligned with the square slotted hole of the annular component, the openings of the cylindrical component and the annular component are opposite, and are communicated into an L-shaped slotted hole (seen from the axial section of the cylindrical component), the manhole base effect model is shown in fig. 7, wherein the central hole of the annular component (namely, the hole formed by the small circle of the annular component) becomes a manhole access opening, namely, the radius of the manhole opening is the small circle of the annular component, and a constructor enters or exits from the manhole.

When placing interior well lid, can directly place interior well lid on cylindric part's the upper shed end, also can connect a turn-ups on cylindric part's the upper shed end, place interior well lid on the turn-ups, can also adopt other multiple structures to provide the contact surface with interior well lid.

2. Tripod

The tripod is formed by connecting the head part and the tail part of the tripod.

The unfolded plane view of the tripod head is shown in fig. 8, and comprises a first connecting part, a body and a second connecting part which are connected into a whole, and the three parts are of a plane structure. The body is used for connecting the first connecting part and the second connecting part, the shape of the body can adopt various shapes, such as rectangle, triangle and the like, but in order to prevent the edge of the body from causing damage to constructors and enhance the strength of the joint with the annular part, the shape of the body is preferably a right trapezoid, which comprises an upper bottom, a lower bottom, a right-angled waist and an oblique waist, the upper bottom and the lower bottom are parallel, the right-angled waist is perpendicular to the upper bottom and the lower bottom, the oblique waist and the lower bottom are intersected to form an acute angle, and the acute angle at the intersection of the lower bottom and the oblique waist of the right trapezoid is cut off to form a short side parallel to the right-angled waist.

The first connecting part comprises a first quarter round surface 4, a first rectangular surface and a half round surface 1 (if a right angle is adopted, a corner is exposed in a round hole of the annular component after being folded to form a barrier for an inspection well to go in and out), the first quarter round surface 4, the first rectangular surface and the half round surface 1 are connected to form a long strip-shaped plate structure with two circular ends, the radius of the first quarter round surface 4, the width of the first rectangular surface and the diameter of the half round surface 1 are the same, the radius of the first quarter round surface 4, the long side of the first rectangular surface and the tangential direction of the half round surface 1 are positioned on the same straight line, the radius of the first quarter round surface 4 and the long side of the first rectangular surface on the same straight line form a connecting edge of the first connecting part, the connecting edge is fixedly connected with the right-angled waist of the body, after the connection, the straight line where the bottom of the body is positioned is tangent to the outer edge of the first quarter round surface 4, the straight line where the upper bottom of the body is located and the diameter of the half round surface 1 are located on the same straight line, so that when the folding angle is 90 degrees, the weight of the annular part is directly transmitted to the half round surface 1, and powerful support is provided for the half round surface 1 through the upper bottom of the body. A round hole 3 is formed in the center of the first quarter round surface 4, a first long round hole 2 is formed in the first connecting portion, and the length direction of the first long round hole 2 is parallel to the connecting edge.

The second connecting part comprises a second quarter round surface 5 and a second rectangular surface which are sequentially connected, the radius of the second quarter round surface 5 is the same as the width of the second rectangular surface, one radius of the second quarter round surface 5 and one long side of the second rectangular surface are positioned on the same straight line to form a connecting side of the second connecting part, the connecting side is fixedly connected with the short side on the body and is equal to the length of the short side of the body, and the other long side of the second rectangular surface is tangent to the outer edge of the second quarter round surface 5; the straight line where the lower bottom of the body is located is tangent to the outer edge of the second quarter-circle surface 5. The width direction of the second rectangular surface is parallel to the upper bottom and the lower bottom of the body. The centers of the first quarter-circle surface 4 and the second quarter-circle surface 5 are positioned on the same straight line, and the radiuses of the first quarter-circle surface and the second quarter-circle surface are equal. The second connecting part 5 is provided with a round hole 3, and the circle centers of the two round holes 3 are also positioned on the same straight line. The purpose of adding the rectangular surface in the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part is to increase the strength of the connecting part.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the first long round hole 2, where the hole width d corresponds to the diameter of a fixing screw connecting the collar base and the tripod, that is, the hole width d is the same as the hole width d of an arc-shaped slotted hole on the annular component, and the hole length l corresponds to the adjustment range of the aperture of the inner manhole cover (the hole length l is independent of the length of the arc-shaped slotted hole on the annular component and corresponds to the difference between the outer diameter of the collar base and the maximum manhole aperture supported and installed (the hole length l is greater than or equal to the radius of the manhole aperture minus the radius of the collar base outer diameter plus half of the width of the annular component, the width of the annular component is the large-small-circle radius of the annular component), and the two dotted lines in fig. 8 are bent in the same direction by 90 degrees to form a tripod head, and the effect diagram is shown in fig. 10, where the plane where the first connecting portion 1001 is parallel to the plane where the second connecting portion 1003 is located, and both are perpendicular with the plane that body 1002 place to be located the homonymy of body 1002, two round holes 3 align, and the central axis of both is located same straight line. The tripod head can be formed by bending a whole steel plate after cutting, and can also be formed by welding after processing each surface independently.

The unfolded plan view of the tripod tail is shown in fig. 11, and comprises: the bottom surface, the side that are the rectangle, go up and connect the face, connect down, go up and connect one side of face and be connected with the upper end of bottom surface, the another side is connected with the upper end of side, connect one side of face and be connected with the lower extreme of bottom surface down, the another side is connected with the lower extreme of side. Round holes 101 are formed in the upper connecting surface and the lower connecting surface, a second long circular hole 102 is formed in the bottom surface, the hole width d of the second long circular hole 102 is matched with the diameter of a fixing screw installed on a well wall, namely the hole width d is slightly larger than the diameter of the fixing screw, the fixing screw can be inserted into the hole, and the hole height l corresponds to the tripod height adjusting range. The size of the upper connecting surface and the size of the lower connecting surface are the same, the long edge of the upper connecting surface is connected with one short edge of the bottom surface, the long edge of the lower connecting surface is connected with the other short edge of the bottom surface, and the long edge of the side surface is connected with one long edge of the bottom surface. And (2) bending the three dotted lines in fig. 11 in the same direction by 90 degrees to form a tripod tail, where an effect model diagram is shown in fig. 12, an upper connecting surface 1201, a lower connecting surface 1203, and a side surface 1204 are all perpendicular to the bottom surface 1202 and are all located on the same side of the bottom surface 1202, the upper connecting surface 1201 is parallel to the lower connecting surface 1203, one short side of the upper connecting surface 1201 is connected to one short side of the side surface 1204, and the other short side of the side surface 1204 is connected to one short side of the lower connecting surface 1203. The tail part of the tripod can be formed by bending a whole steel plate after cutting, and can also be formed by welding after processing each surface independently.

When the tripod head connecting device is installed, a first connecting part of the tripod head is close to an upper connecting surface of the tripod tail, a round hole 3 in the first connecting part is aligned with a round hole 101 in the upper connecting surface, a screw is inserted after the alignment, and the screw penetrates through the round hole 3 in the first connecting part and the round hole 101 in the upper connecting surface; meanwhile, a second connecting part of the head of the tripod is close to a lower connecting surface of the tripod, a round hole 3 on the second connecting part is aligned with a round hole 101 on the lower connecting surface, a screw is inserted after the alignment, and the screw passes through the round hole 3 on the second connecting part and the round hole 101 on the lower connecting surface; the two round holes 3 are connected with the tail part of the tripod through respective screws, and the effect model after connection is shown in figure 13. The screw in the round hole 3 on the first connecting part is for preventing tripod head and tripod afterbody from breaking away, prevent external force not hard up this screw simultaneously, specific practice can be with the head of screw by nut upper edge screw in, when screw head and nut lower edge parallel and level, fix screw and nut relative position, can adopt welding or all the other modes, the purpose can not lift the screw off with spanner or screwdriver, but tripod head and tripod afterbody flexible rotation (the 1/4 circle of quarter disc 4, second connecting part 5 department is exactly for carrying out nimble rotation), the two can not part this moment, the screw also can't be followed the nut and unscrewed. when the caliber of the inspection well is close to the outer diameter of the well ring base (namely the diameter of a great circle of the annular component) (the judgment standard is that a screw is installed on the wall of the inspection well before installation according to engineering standard during construction, expansion screws are generally adopted, if all expansion screw screws can be exposed out of U-shaped slotted holes of the cylindrical component and the exposed length is enough to install matched nuts), a tripod is not needed in the case, the well ring base is directly installed on the wall of the inspection well, namely, the well ring base is arranged downwards along the central axial direction of the inspection well, the fixing screws fixed on the wall of the inspection well penetrate through the square slot holes on the annular component and then enter the U-shaped slot holes on the cylindrical component, after the positions of the fixing screws are adjusted, and nuts matched with the screws are screwed down, so that the well ring base is fixed by the fixing screws and the nuts on the wall of the inspection well.

When the caliber of the inspection well is not similar to that of the well ring base, namely the difference is large, the tail part of the tripod (the tail part of the tripod and the head part of the tripod are movably connected into a whole at the moment) is installed on the fixed screw on the well wall of the inspection well, the tripod is not screwed tightly at the moment, then the well ring base is installed on the tripod, the position of each fixed screw installed on the well wall in the second slotted hole is adjusted to enable the upper opening end of the cylindrical part to be located in the horizontal plane, and then nuts matched with each fixed screw installed on the well wall are screwed tightly. The long round hole 2 on the first connecting part of the tripod head is connected with the arc-shaped slotted hole on the annular part on the well ring base through a fixing screw, and the tripod head is not screwed tightly at the moment.

When the folding angle of the tripod (the folding angle of the bracket refers to an included angle formed by the body of the head of the tripod and the bottom surface of the tail of the tripod) is 90 degrees (namely the body of the head of the tripod is vertical to the bottom surface of the tail of the tripod), the special bracket for the inner well cover disclosed by the invention has reached the maximum caliber capable of mounting the inspection well. When the caliber of the inspection well is between the minimum caliber and the maximum caliber, the folding angle of the bracket can be adjusted to a corresponding angle (firstly, screws are inserted between all arc-shaped slotted holes on the annular component and the first long round holes of the heads of the corresponding tripods but are not screwed tightly, then the whole well ring base is rotated until the well ring base is not rotated, at the moment, the half round surface 1 of the first connecting part of the head of the tripods and one part of the first rectangular surface are completely positioned below the annular component, other parts of the first rectangular surface and the tail parts of the tripods are positioned outside the outer diameter of the annular component, namely, the tripods are not exposed in the inner diameter of the annular component (namely, the tripods are not positioned in the small circle of the annular component), and then, the fixing screws on the second connecting part and the screws connected with the first connecting part and the annular component are screwed, so that the connection and fixation. Meanwhile, all the tripod heads can be completely put in the inner ring of the well ring base, so that obstacles cannot be formed on an inspection well access, and the condition that constructors go in and out of the inspection well cannot be influenced.

The fixing screws on the inspection well wall penetrate into the second long round holes 102 in the tail parts of the tripods, the second long round holes in the tail parts of the tripods are convenient for adjusting the heights of the tripods, and because all the tripods arranged on the inspection well wall need to support a well ring base together, the upper surfaces of the upper connecting parts of the heads of all the tripods are in the same plane. In actual construction, the installation of the fixing screws is difficult to ensure that the fixing screws are positioned on the same horizontal plane, so that the heights of the tripods can be adjusted through the respective oblong holes, the upper surfaces of the upper connecting parts of the tripod heads of all the triangular angle frames are ensured to be positioned on the same plane, and the upper opening end of the well ring base is ensured to be positioned in the horizontal plane.

In conclusion, when the caliber of the inspection well is close to the outer diameter of the well ring base, the well ring base is directly arranged on the inspection well wall through the U-shaped slot hole, and a tripod is not needed. When the difference between the caliber of the inspection well and the caliber of the well ring base is more, the well ring base is required to be matched with the tripod for use. The second long circular hole on the bottom surface of the tail part of the tripod is arranged on the inspection well wall through a fixing screw on the well wall, the first long circular hole at the head part of the tripod is connected with the annular groove hole on the well ring base through the fixing screw, the folded angle of the tripod is adjusted to a proper angle, the well ring base is connected and fixed with the tripod, and meanwhile, the heads of all the tripod can be completely retracted out of the inner ring of the well ring base. When the folding angle is adjusted, all arc-shaped slotted holes in the annular component are equidistant, if the fixing screws on the inspection well wall are equidistant, the folding angles of all the triangular supports are the same, but the fixing screws on the inspection well wall are difficult to be completely equidistant in the actual construction process, so that all the triangular supports are not uniformly distributed in the inspection well wall, the folding angles of all the triangular supports are not completely the same, and the annular component can be suitable for the fixing screws with unequal intervals through different folding angles.

The bracket provided by the invention is used for supporting the inner well covers with the same size in inspection wells with different diameters, and how the inner well covers are prevented from being stolen and other related designs of the inner well covers are not related to the bracket provided by the invention, so that the detailed description is omitted in the invention.
