The control panel 4 identifies whether the human body sits in front of the computer display screen through the first camera device 33, then controls the telescopic end 34 to move the second camera device 35 and the infrared measurer 36 so as to determine the sitting height of the human body when sitting down, and then raises or lowers the height of the computer display screen, so that the phenomenon that the neck of the human body is damaged due to the fact that a user keeps bending the neck for a long time is avoided; meanwhile, the control panel 4 adjusts the brightness of the screen through the photosensitive sensor 37, so that the eyesight of a user is prevented from being influenced by dazzling or dim light, the height and the brightness of the computer screen are automatically adjusted through the control panel 4, and the eyesight and the neck injury of a human body caused by incorrect use of a computer can be prevented.

Specifically, the control panel 4 comprises a loudspeaker, the control panel 4 confirms the sitting posture of the user through the first camera device 33, and when the sitting posture is successfully confirmed, the control panel 4 controls each component to measure the sitting height of the human body and adjust the height of the lifting plate 22, so that the user can watch the computer screen in a head-up mode; when the sitting posture is not confirmed successfully, the control panel 4 enables the computer to enter a pause state through the wireless communicator, so that the computer cannot be used. The lifting plate 22 and the partition plates form a lifting box body, so that hands or other objects are prevented from falling into the lifting opening 14 during lifting.
