10. A method for preparing the antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano-silver as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

a1. weighing the components according to the proportion;

a2. pouring a part of solvent into a container, adding the surfactant into the container, and heating while stirring until the surfactant is completely dissolved;

a3. adding the humectant, the pearling agent, the chelating agent, the preservative and the nano-silver antibacterial disinfectant into a container, heating and stirring the mixture until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, pouring the residual pure water into the container, and cooling the container to room temperature;

a4. respectively adding a pH regulator and a thickening agent into a container, and adjusting the pH value and the viscosity;

a5. dissolving the mixed liquid in the dissolver by using ultrasonic, removing bubbles, and aging to prepare the antibacterial and disinfectant hand sanitizer containing nano silver.
