The fire extinguishing spraying device 6 adopts aerosol which is harmless to human bodies and pollution-free to the environment, solid particles contained in the aerosol have the diameter smaller than 1 mu m, and the aerosol has gas fluidity, does not corrode equipment, has less settlement and does not harm electric elements of the fracturing truck.

a bottom program runs in an embedded controller arranged in a control box 7, the embedded controller is the brain of the whole fire fighting device and plays a role of core operation, infrared thermal radiation signals of monitoring equipment on a fracturing truck are converted into electric signals through an imaging circuit assembly and transmitted to a fire fighting control box, the electric signals are analyzed and operated through the embedded controller, when the temperature of the monitoring equipment of the fracturing truck exceeds a set alarm value, an alarm indicator lamp on a panel of the control box is on, when the temperature exceeds a set trigger value, a fire extinguishing control signal is sent out, after the electric signals are transmitted to a fire extinguishing spraying device through a trigger cable, aerosol is released to extinguish a fire, an acousto-optic alarm device sends out fire alarm sound, and the fire indicator lamp is on; meanwhile, the embedded controller sends out an engine flameout instruction through the IO interface board, and the engine ECU device automatically stops the engine; the alarm signal and the trigger signal are simultaneously transmitted to an instrument vehicle or other remote control centers through the Ethernet interface of the control box and a network cable, and the upper computer is communicated with the instrument vehicle or other remote control centers through the Ethernet to collect state information such as alarm and fire extinguishing and remotely control fire extinguishing.

The controller also has a self-diagnosis function, and when the difference between the fire extinguishing injection device and the thermal imager is larger than the normal resistance value, the controller can output a fault signal to the panel to remind the user to replace the fire extinguisher or the thermal imager;

the controller has three working modes: automatic fire extinguishing, manual fire extinguishing, long-range fire extinguishing, three kinds of modes work simultaneously.

2) Manual fire extinguishing mode.

No matter whether the temperature signal of the thermal imager reaches a set value or not, the embedded controller directly outputs a fire extinguishing signal and an engine flameout signal without delaying as long as a corresponding key is pressed down, and the embedded controller is suitable for pressing down an emergency fire extinguishing key on a control box panel of a fire fighting device of the fracturing truck and emergently triggering a fire extinguishing injection device to extinguish fire when an operator finds that the fracturing truck does not send a fire alarm signal but has a fire sign under emergency conditions.

3) Remote fire suppression mode.

In an instrument vehicle or other places far away from a fire-fighting device control box, a computer runs control software, a fire-fighting instruction is directly issued when necessary, and a signal is remotely transmitted to a fire-fighting controller through the Ethernet to trigger a fire-fighting injection device to extinguish fire.

Referring to fig. 5, when it is necessary to arrange a plurality of fire extinguishing spray devices to increase fire extinguishing coverage, the plurality of fire extinguishing spray devices may adopt a bus type structure, and it is sufficient to connect a plurality of sets of unit cables into one bus using deutsch electrical connectors in the trigger control wire harness 5.
