the premixing system 1 comprises a premixing tank 11, an adhesion promoter tank 12 arranged above the premixing tank 11, a pigment tank 13 and a matrix polymer tank 14; the adhesion promoter tank 12, the pigment tank 13 and the matrix polymer tank 14 are communicated with the premixing tank 11 through a first pipeline 15, a stirring shaft 16 is transversely arranged in the premixing tank 11, a stirring rod 161 is arranged on the stirring shaft 16, and a motor 17 for driving the stirring shaft 16 to rotate is arranged on the outer side of the premixing tank 11;
