step a: respectively weighing 20-75 parts by mass of an organic solvent and 2-8 parts by mass of a plasticizer, adding the organic solvent and the plasticizer into a glue making reaction kettle, stirring and mixing, and then weighing 10-25 parts by mass of PVB resin, and adding the PVB resin into the glue making reaction kettle under the stirring condition;

step b: heating the glue making reaction kettle, stirring and dissolving all materials until a glue solution is clear and transparent;

step c: and d, guiding out the glue solution prepared in the step b, and cooling to prepare the PVB liquid adhesive.

5. The process for preparing a PVB liquid adhesive according to claim 4, wherein the heating temperature in step b is kept to be 55-65 ℃ in the adhesive-making reaction kettle.

6. The process of claim 5, wherein the agitation is at a rate of 30 to 60 r/min.

7. A tempered art glass ceramic composite tile comprising a tempered art glass, a tile green body and the PVB liquid adhesive of any of claims 1-3.

8. The method for preparing a tempered art glass ceramic composite brick as claimed in claim 7, comprising the steps of:

step a: respectively preparing the tempered art glass and the ceramic tile biscuit;

step b: respectively coating the PVB liquid adhesive on the pattern surface of the toughened artistic glass and the smooth surface of the ceramic tile biscuit;

step c: superposing the glue applying surface of the tempered art glass and the glue applying surface of the ceramic tile biscuit, and applying pressure to carry out glue homogenizing and glue driving to obtain a pre-bonded superposed body of the tempered art glass and the ceramic tile biscuit;

step d: and (3) placing the pre-bonded laminated body of the tempered art glass and the ceramic tile biscuit in a vacuum drying oven, and drying in vacuum at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ to obtain the tempered art glass ceramic composite brick.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration materials, in particular to a PVB liquid adhesive for a toughened artistic glass ceramic composite brick and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The glass becomes an indispensable material for space decoration in modern society, is applied to decoration aspects such as buildings, houses, exhibitions and the like, has various shapes, mysterious colors and glittering and translucent colors, comprehensively improves the grade and the impression of the decoration, has excellent special performances such as environmental protection, light transmission, visibility, heat insulation, sound insulation and the like which cannot be replaced by other materials, and represents elegant and extraordinary fashionable life taste. UV (ultraviolet) printing colored glass and thermal transfer printing colored glass are widely applied high-grade glass varieties. They are directly painted on glass by using special pigment and technological process, and can be vividly copied to original picture, and its painting film adhesion is strong. According to the needs of indoor chroma, select UV to print colored glass and heat-transfer seal colored glass for use, can fuse drawing, color, light in an organic whole. For example, it can be used for copying landscape, beach and jungle painting, etc. and can be used in courtyard and living room to cut the living and vitality of nature. But glass has always been of a fragile nature and is discouraged by people, and is rarely used as a large area decoration in homes. One of the solving approaches is artistic toughened glass: the glass surface is formed with compressive stress by chemical or physical method, and the surface stress is counteracted firstly when the glass bears external force, thereby improving the bearing capacity, and enhancing the wind pressure resistance, the cold and heat resistance, the impact resistance and the like of the glass. The selected pattern is printed on the thermal transfer paper and the pattern is transferred and painted on the toughened glass after treatment by connecting a printer with a computer, or the pattern is directly printed on the toughened glass by adopting a UV printer. However, when the pure art toughened glass is directly used as the decoration of television background walls, floors and wall surfaces, the protection of patterns is lacked, the crack is caused by the stress action of the art toughened glass in the drying process of the bonding material, and the application approach is limited to a certain degree.

In order to overcome the application defect of the toughened art glass, one of the methods for solving the problem is to prepare the toughened art glass ceramic composite brick. The patent application (application number 20161003113.4) entitled "a method for preparing artistic glass ceramic composite brick" discloses a method for preparing artistic glass ceramic composite brick by arranging PVB (polyvinyl butyral resin) film between tempered artistic glass and ceramic biscuit and adopting vacuum high-temperature hot-pressing adhesion technology. The method realizes the artistic decoration, high hardness and high impact resistance of the composite brick, and can solve the technical problems of poor pollution resistance and corrosion resistance, easy cracking of glaze surface, poor strength, frangibility, non-wear resistance and the like of the common decoration ceramic tile. However, the method adopts a high-temperature hot-pressing bonding technology, and partial pigments in the art glass cause the quality problem of partial pattern blurring due to heat sensitivity and heat diffusion.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a PVB adhesive for a toughened artistic glass ceramic composite brick, which realizes the low-temperature adhesive bonding between toughened artistic glass and a ceramic biscuit so as to solve the technical problem of blurred partial patterns caused by the heat sensitivity of partial pigments and the diffusion effect of a hot solvent in a high-temperature bonding process.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is to provide a PVB liquid adhesive for a toughened artistic glass ceramic composite brick, which comprises 20-75 parts by mass of an organic solvent, 2-8 parts by mass of a plasticizer and 10-25 parts by mass of PVB resin, wherein the organic solvent is at least one of ethanol, n-propanol and ethyl acetate, and the plasticizer is octyl phthalate and/or dibutyl phthalate.

Further, the PVB resin is in a powder shape, and the mass fraction of the PVB resin in the PVB liquid adhesive is not more than 25%.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the PVB liquid adhesive for the toughened artistic glass ceramic composite brick, which comprises the following steps:

step a: respectively weighing 20-75 parts by mass of an organic solvent and 2-8 parts by mass of a plasticizer, adding the organic solvent and the plasticizer into a glue making reaction kettle, stirring and mixing, and then weighing 10-25 parts by mass of PVB resin, and adding the PVB resin into the glue making reaction kettle under the stirring condition;

step b: heating the glue making reaction kettle, stirring and dissolving all materials until a glue solution is clear and transparent;

step c: and d, guiding out the glue solution prepared in the step b, and cooling to prepare the PVB liquid adhesive.

Further, the heating temperature in the step b is kept to be 55-65 ℃ in the glue making reaction kettle.

Further, the stirring speed is set to be 30-60 r/min.

The invention also provides a toughened art glass ceramic composite brick which comprises toughened art glass, a ceramic tile biscuit and the PVB liquid adhesive.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the toughened art glass ceramic composite brick, which comprises the following steps:

step a: respectively preparing the tempered art glass and the ceramic tile biscuit;

step b: respectively coating the PVB liquid adhesive on the pattern surface of the toughened artistic glass and the smooth surface of the ceramic tile biscuit;

step c: superposing the glue applying surface of the tempered art glass and the glue applying surface of the ceramic tile biscuit, and applying pressure to carry out glue homogenizing and glue driving to obtain a pre-bonded superposed body of the tempered art glass and the ceramic tile biscuit;

step d: and (3) placing the pre-bonded laminated body of the tempered art glass and the ceramic tile biscuit in a vacuum drying oven, and drying in vacuum at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ to obtain the tempered art glass ceramic composite brick.

The PVB adhesive has the beneficial effects that the low-temperature adhesive liquid bonding between the tempered art glass and the ceramic biscuit can be realized without high-temperature heating when the PVB adhesive is used for preparing the tempered art glass ceramic, and the quality problem of partial pattern blurring caused by the heat sensitivity of partial pigment and the diffusion effect of a hot solvent in the existing high-temperature bonding process is avoided. The toughened artistic glass ceramic composite brick has the artistic decoration effects of UV printed colored glass and thermal transfer printed colored glass, is safer than the UV printed colored glass and the thermal transfer printed colored glass, and has clearer patterns and long-term fidelity of color. Moreover, the preparation method of the PVB adhesive and the method for preparing the toughened artistic glass ceramic composite brick by applying the PVB adhesive are simple and feasible, easy to popularize and apply and low in production cost.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is to provide a PVB liquid adhesive for a toughened artistic glass ceramic composite brick, wherein the PVB liquid adhesive comprises 20-75 parts by mass of an organic solvent, 2-8 parts by mass of a plasticizer and 10-25 parts by mass of PVB resin. The organic solvent is at least one of ethanol, n-propanol and ethyl acetate, and preferably, the mass ratio of the organic solvent to the organic solvent is 1:1 ethyl alcohol and ethyl acetate. The plasticizer is octyl phthalate and/or dibutyl phthalate. The PVB resin is powdery, and the mass fraction of the PVB resin in the PVB liquid adhesive is preferably not more than 25%, so that the PVB resin powder can be completely dissolved in the solvent.

The preparation method of the PVB liquid adhesive for the toughened artistic glass ceramic composite brick comprises the following steps:

step a: weighing each solvent component and plasticizer component, stirring and mixing in a glue-making reaction kettle, weighing PVB resin, and adding into the glue-making reaction kettle under the stirring condition. The formulation of the PVB liquid adhesive is as described above.

Step b: stirring and heating, and stirring and dissolving at the set heating temperature until the glue solution is clear and transparent.

Step c: and (c) guiding out the glue solution prepared in the step (b) and cooling to prepare the PVB liquid adhesive.

Wherein, the heating temperature in the step b is preferably 55-65 ℃, and the stirring speed is preferably 30-60 r/min.

The preparation method is simple and convenient to operate, and the clear and transparent PVB liquid adhesive can be prepared only by mixing, heating and dissolving. The prepared PVB liquid adhesive can realize the low-temperature adhesive bonding between tempered art glass and a ceramic biscuit, retains the original clear pattern on the tempered art glass, and avoids the problem of pattern blurring caused by the diffusion effect of partial pigment due to heat sensitivity and a hot solvent.

The toughened artistic glass ceramic composite brick comprises toughened artistic glass, a ceramic tile biscuit and the PVB liquid adhesive. As shown in figure 1, the method for preparing the toughened art glass ceramic composite brick by using the PVB liquid adhesive comprises the following steps:

step a: respectively preparing tempered art glass and a ceramic tile biscuit;

step b: respectively coating PVB liquid adhesive on the pattern surface of the toughened artistic glass and the smooth surface of the ceramic tile biscuit;

step c: superposing the glue applying surface of the tempered art glass and the glue applying surface of the ceramic tile biscuit, and applying pressure to carry out glue homogenizing and glue driving to obtain a pre-bonded superposed body of the tempered art glass and the ceramic tile biscuit;

step d: and (3) placing the pre-bonded laminated body of the tempered art glass and the ceramic tile biscuit in a vacuum drying oven, and drying in vacuum at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ to obtain the tempered art glass ceramic composite brick.

Wherein the time of vacuum drying is preferably 4-48 h.

It is understood that the tempered art glass and ceramic tile blanks can be prepared by any prior art, and any commercially available tempered art glass and ceramic tile blanks can be purchased as required. The preparation methods of the tempered art glass and the ceramic tile biscuit adopted by the invention are only briefly listed below.

1. Method for preparing toughened glass

The glass sheet is subjected to preliminary processing according to the customized size, and the glass is subjected to high-temperature toughening treatment through a glass toughening furnace, wherein the preliminary processing mode is cutting and polishing of the glass sheet. The temperature of the glass toughening furnace for toughening the glass is 630-740 ℃. The toughened glass is obtained by cutting common annealed glass into required sizes, heating the glass at a high temperature to a temperature close to a softening point, and then rapidly cooling the glass. The toughened glass has uniform compressive stress on the surface and tensile stress inside, so that the bending strength and the impact strength of the glass are improved, and the adoption of the toughened glass is beneficial to improving the impact resistance and the hardness of the artistic glass ceramic composite brick. The glass toughening furnace in the operation method is a well-known device in the glass processing field, such as an ultra-long flat glass toughening furnace produced by Luoyangsi Automation equipment Limited company and the like, which can meet the preparation requirement of toughened glass.

2. One of the ways of preparing tempered art glass is as follows:

(1) spraying paint on the toughened glass, brushing gloss oil, and drying; (2) the pattern selected by the computer can be famous oil painting, traditional Chinese painting, cartoon, calligraphy, photographic works or any artistic pattern designed according to the individual requirements of users. A user selects any pattern according to own preference, and then the pattern is printed on the thermal transfer paper by connecting a printer with a computer; (3) the specific operation method of the glass transfer printing comprises the steps of placing the thermal transfer paper printed with the patterns in a glass baking finish machine, raising the temperature of the glass baking finish machine to 180 ℃, keeping the temperature for at least 8min, then raising the temperature to 250 ℃, keeping the temperature for 5-10 min, transferring the patterns to toughened glass through temperature and pressure to finish glass transfer printing, and obtaining the toughened artistic glass.

3. The second way of preparing the tempered art glass is as follows:

(1) wiping a layer of glass coating on the surface of the toughened glass, and volatilizing and drying to improve the adhesive force of the pattern; (2) editing and drawing a picture in computer photoprint software; (3) adding the functions of white ink and color ink jet printing in printing control software, and setting the feathering value and precision; (4) placing the glass raw material on a uv printer platform; (5) and (5) clicking equipment to start printing to obtain the tempered art glass. The UV printer is a known device in the field of art glass and art ceramic processing.

4. Preparation of ceramic tile biscuit

Cutting the ceramic tile into pieces with the same specification as the tempered art glass, polishing and cleaning to obtain the product.
