On the other hand, the assembled light steel structure building has the advantages of light dead weight, uniform material, low labor intensity, convenient and quick installation, high construction efficiency, various shapes and the like, thereby being vigorously developed in China. The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the column base bottom plate is in sliding fit with the track foundation and is fixedly connected with the track foundation through bolts, so that the column base is highly flexible in arrangement, and the requirement of rapid assembly of a light steel structure is met. Detailed Description

The track foundation for prefabricated light steel structure construction according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a track foundation for an assembled lightweight steel structure building is used for fixing a column base plate 7, and a column base 6 is welded and fixed on the column base plate 7. Referring to fig. 3, a plurality of second through holes 9 (three in the front and back direction, as shown in fig. 3) which are through up and down are reserved on the column base bottom plate 7, a plurality of transverse strip-shaped sliding blocks 8 are integrally arranged on the lower end face of the column base bottom plate 7, and the plurality of strip-shaped sliding blocks 8 are uniformly arranged at intervals. The equal and one-to-one matching's of strip slider 8 spout 2 is seted up to track basis 1 up end, and link up around arbitrary spout 2, simultaneously, set up the first through-hole 4 that is used for spliced pole baseboard 7 in a row along its length direction on the track basis 1, arbitrary first through-hole 4 link up from top to bottom, and in the first through-hole 4 of same row, adjacent first through-hole 4 interval is standard interval (as figure 1, first through-hole 4 is three rows). The column base bottom plate 7 is inserted into the track foundation 1 from front to back or from back to front at a set position and then is fixedly connected with the track foundation 1 through bolts. In this embodiment, the number of the strip-shaped sliders 8 is two. The longitudinal section of the strip-shaped sliding block 8 is trapezoidal, and of two bottom edges of the trapezoid, the longer bottom edge is below, see fig. 3. Therefore, the track foundation 1 can limit the freedom degrees of the left and right directions and the vertical direction of the column base bottom plate 7, a mortise and tenon matched structure is formed, the connection strength between the mortise and tenon matched structure can be enhanced, and the lateral acting force resistance performance of the overall structure is improved.

In order to enable the column base bottom plate 7 and the column base 6 to move along the length direction of the track foundation 1 more smoothly, the scheme is further improved, and the improvement measures are as follows:

the track foundation 1 is provided with square grooves which are communicated from front to back at the position below any sliding groove 2, and each square groove is respectively communicated with the corresponding sliding groove 2. Roller ways are arranged in any square groove along the length direction of the square groove, each roller way is composed of a plurality of rollers 3 which are uniformly arranged side by side, and the end parts of the two ends of each roller 3 are welded and fixed with the side wall of the corresponding square groove. A plurality of roll tables can conveniently realize the arrangement of the position of the column base 6 in a rolling mode through the rollers 3, and can meet the requirements of bearing and transmitting the load of the light steel structure.

In addition, the two ends of the rolling shaft of any roller 3 are respectively fixed with a first gear 5, and in the same roller way, the four first gears 5 on any two adjacent rollers 3 are meshed in pairs. The roller ways are synchronously driven by a gear driving mechanism, so that the column base bottom plate 7 moves along the length direction of the track foundation 1. In this embodiment, the gear driving mechanism is a speed-adjustable motor, a plurality of second gears are fixed on an output shaft of the speed-adjustable motor, and the plurality of second gears correspond to and are meshed with the first gears 5 on the outermost rollers 3 of the roller ways at the end of the track foundation 1 one by one, as shown in fig. 2 and 4.

During site construction, firstly, the site is leveled and planned in the initial stage, the track foundation 1 is placed into a foundation, and the column base bottom plate 7 with the strip-shaped sliding blocks 8 and the column bases 6 on the column base bottom plate are pushed into the track foundation 1 to be set. Specifically, the speed regulating motor is started and drives the outermost roller 3 of each roller way to rotate, and further drives other rollers 3 in each roller way to synchronously rotate. The movement of the column base plate 7 on the track foundation 1 is realized by means of the friction force when the column base plate 7 is in contact with the roller 3. After being moved into position, the fixing is carried out by bolts, see fig. 4.
