As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the storage cabinet 100 according to the embodiment of the invention includes a door 102 and a cabinet 108, wherein a lock member 104 is disposed on an opening side of the door 102, and a lock hole 106 is formed on a lock surface of the lock member 104; a first mounting surface is arranged on the cabinet body 108 corresponding to the opening side, and a bolt 110 which can stretch relative to the first mounting surface is mounted on the first mounting surface; the door body 102 can be switched between a closed state and an open state, so that the lock hole 106 corresponds to or leaves the lock tongue 110; in a closed state, the bolt 110 extends out of the first mounting surface to be matched with the lock hole 106 in a locking manner, or the bolt 110 is contracted to the first mounting surface to be separated from the lock hole 106; the locking surface extends from the door body 102 in a direction away from the door body 102 and is inclined toward the turning side of the door body 102.

According to the storage cabinet 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the matching position of the locking piece 104 and the locking tongue 110 is arranged at the opening side of the door body 102, namely, the stress point of the door body 102 and the cabinet body 108 is adjusted to the side position of the door body 102, so that when the door body 102 is opened from the top or the bottom of the door body 102, the top or the bottom of the door body 102 cannot deform greatly, further, hands can be prevented from extending into the storage cabinet 100 to take goods, and the anti-theft performance of the storage cabinet 100 is improved. In addition, even if the door body 102 deforms to a certain extent, the vertical distance between the locking piece 104 and the bolt 110 on the first installation surface cannot deviate greatly, and therefore the matching effectiveness of the locking piece 104 and the bolt 110 is guaranteed. The locking surface is arranged in a form that the door body 102 extends towards a direction far away from the door body 102 and inclines towards the rotating side of the door body 102, namely, the matching surface of the locking piece 104 and the first mounting surface where the locking bolt 110 is located is in an inclined direction, so that even if the door body 102 deforms by a certain amount, the locking piece 104 cannot interfere with the cabinet body 108 when the door body 102 is opened and closed, and the normal use of the locker 100 is ensured.

Specifically, the door 102 is rotatably mounted on the cabinet 108, for example, the door 102 may be hingedly mounted on the cabinet 108.

Typically, the cabinet 108 further includes a door frame, which is composed of two upright posts and two beams connected to the two upright posts. The door 102 may be hinged to one of the pillars of the door frame, and a first mounting surface is provided on the other pillar of the door frame, and the first mounting surface is used for mounting the latch tongue 110 engaged with the locking member 104.

A lock 104 is attached to the open side of the door 102, and a lock hole 106 is formed in a lock surface of the lock 104, where the lock surface is a surface of the lock 104 that engages with the tongue 110. In the present embodiment of the invention, the locking member 104 may be a locking plate.

As shown in fig. 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, the lock hole 106 is a long hole extending along the height direction of the door body 102. The lock hole 106 is a long hole, so that even if the door body 102 deforms a certain amount, the lock tongue 110 can still be inserted into the lock hole 106 to lock the door body 102. In addition, the aperture of the lock hole 106 may be slightly larger than that of the latch bolt 110, so that even if the door body 102 is deformed by a certain amount in a direction perpendicular to the door body 102, the latch bolt 110 can still be inserted into the lock hole 106 to lock the door body 102.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the opening side of the door 102 specifically refers to a side of the door 102 that can be opened, and the rotating side of the door 102 specifically refers to a side of the door 102 hinged to the cabinet 108.

It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the latch tongue 110 is installed at an edge position of the opening side of the door body 102. Thus, even if the door 102 deforms to a certain extent, for example, due to long-term use, the left and right side edges of the door 102 are dislocated, in this case, because the locking piece 104 and the latch 110 are disposed at the side of the door 102, and most of the door 102 deforms in the vertical plane, and the relative distance between the locking piece 104 and the latch 110 is in the horizontal plane, the relative distance between the locking piece 104 and the latch 110 does not change greatly, when the door 102 moves to the closed state, the latch 110 can still be accurately inserted into the lock hole 106 on the locking piece 104, and it is ensured that the door 102 of the locker 100 can still be normally closed.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the locking surface extends from the door 102 in a direction away from the door 102 and is inclined toward the rotation side of the door 102. In other words, the lock member 104 extends toward the inside of the door body 102 and is inclined toward the rotation side of the door body 102. In order to better match with the locking surface, in the present embodiment, the first mounting surface is also inclined toward the rotation side of the door body 102.

Note that the lock member 104 and the first attachment surface are not parallel to the plane of the door body 102. Therefore, even if the door body 102 deforms to a certain extent, the locking piece 104 is obliquely arranged, and the relative distance between the locking piece 104 and the bolt 110 is correspondingly increased, so that when the door body 102 is opened or the door body 102 is closed, the locking piece 104 cannot interfere with the cabinet body 108, and the normal use of the storage cabinet 100 is ensured.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the locking surface and the first mounting surface may be a plane or a wavy surface, and are not limited specifically herein.

A first mounting surface is arranged on one surface of the cabinet body 108 corresponding to the opening side, a bolt 110 is mounted on the first mounting surface, and the bolt 110 can stretch relative to the first mounting surface.

As described above, the door 102 can be switched between the closed state and the open state. That is, when the door body 102 is in the closed state, the latch tongue 110 extends out of the first mounting surface and can be locked with the lock hole 106, at this time, the door body 102 is locked, or the latch tongue 110 retracts into the first mounting surface, the latch tongue 110 is separated from the lock hole 106, at this time, the door body 102 can be normally opened. When the door 102 is in the open state, the latch tongue 110 is still retracted to the first mounting surface.

In addition, because the locking member 104 and the latch 110 are disposed at the side of the door 102, after the locking member 104 and the latch 110 are locked to each other, because the stress points of the door 102 and the cabinet 108 are located at the side of the door 102, and in addition, the stress relationship between the hinge side of the door 102 and the cabinet 108, no matter the door 102 is pulled away from the top or the bottom of the door 102 by a certain gap, a large external force needs to be overcome, which ensures that the door 102 of the storage cabinet 100 can be tightly attached to the cabinet 108, and further, the anti-theft performance of the storage cabinet 100 can be effectively improved.

Further, the locking member 104 is located in a region of 0.3h to 0.7h away from the bottom of the door body 102, where h means the height of the door body 102. That is, the locking member 104 may be disposed in an interval ranging from 0.3h to 0.7h from the bottom of the door body 102. For example, if the height of the door body is 1 meter, the latch 104 is located in a range of 0.3 to 0.7 meters from the bottom of the door body 102. Preferably, the lock member 104 is disposed at an intermediate position in the height direction of the door body 102. In other words, the locking positions of the locking member 104 and the latch 110 are located in the middle of the opening side of the door 102, so that the force point between the door 102 and the cabinet 108 is located in the middle of the opening side of the door 102, and the distances from the middle of the door 102 to the top and the bottom of the door 102 are equal, so that after the door 102 is closed, under the mutual locking action of the locking member 104 and the latch 110, when the door 102 is attempted to be opened from the top or the bottom of the door 102, the top or the bottom of the door 102 cannot deform greatly, thereby preventing hands from extending into the storage cabinet 100 to take goods, and improving the anti-theft performance of the storage cabinet 100.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a cushion block 112 is further mounted on the inner side wall of the cabinet 100, and the thickness of the cushion block 112 is gradually increased along the direction from the door body 102 to the cabinet body 108; the side of the spacer 112 facing the door body 102 forms a first mounting surface.

The inner side wall of the cabinet 108 is specifically the inner side wall of the cabinet 108 opposite to the side of the door 102 on the opening side. Furthermore, since the lock member 104 extends from the door 102 toward the cabinet 108 and is inclined toward the rotation side of the door 102, the thickness of the pad 112 is gradually increased in the direction from the door 102 toward the cabinet 108 in order to ensure that the tongue 110 can be inclined in conformity with the lock member 104. That is, the side of the pad 112 facing the inside of the cabinet 100 is inclined at the same angle as the locking member 104. The side of the spacer block 112 facing the interior of the cabinet 100, the first mounting surface, is described above. In other words, the latch tongue 110 is mounted on the side of the pad 112.

Referring to fig. 7, a mounting shell 114 is embedded in the storage cabinet 100, a lock body 116 is installed in the mounting shell 114, and the pad block 112 is installed on the mounting shell 114; the locking bolt 110 is mounted to the lock body 116; the cushion block 112 is provided with an avoiding hole, and the bolt 110 passes through the avoiding hole and extends out of the first mounting surface of the cushion block 112.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the mounting shell 114 is used for mounting the lock body 116, the mounting shell 114 is embedded in a foamed layer of the cabinet 108, an opening of the mounting shell 114 faces the inside of the cabinet 108, and the pad 112 is mounted at the opening of the mounting shell 114, so that the mounting shell 114 and the lock body 116 do not protrude from an outer frame of the cabinet 108, and the mounting shell 114 may be made of plastic or other materials to further enhance the aesthetic property of the storage cabinet 100.

Further, in order to ensure that the mounting case 114 can be stably embedded in the foamed layer of the door body 102, a bracket-like structure may be further provided at the bottom of the mounting case 114 to support the mounting case 114.

The latch bolt 110 is mounted to the lock body 116, i.e., the latch bolt 110 is switchable between a closed state and an unlocked position with respect to the lock body 116. in the embodiment of the present invention, the lock body 116 may be an electrically controlled lock. In order to place the electric control lock in the mounting shell 114, an avoiding hole is formed in the spacer block 112, and the shape of the avoiding hole is matched with that of the electric control lock, so that the electric control lock can pass through the avoiding hole to be mounted in the mounting shell 114.

With continued reference to FIG. 8, the cabinet 100 further includes a mounting bracket 118, the mounting bracket 118 extending toward the cabinet 108; the mounting bracket 118 has a connection section 120 fixedly connected to the door body 102, and an inclined section 122 connected to an end of the connection section 120 and inclined toward a rotation side of the door body 102; the angled section 122 has a second mounting surface for mounting the locking member 104, the locking surface and the second mounting surface being opposed and parallel to each other and the first mounting surface and the locking surface being parallel to each other in the closed position.

Specifically, the mounting bracket 118 is used for mounting the locking member 104, the mounting bracket 118 in this embodiment is formed in a plate-shaped structure with an approximate shape of L, and the mounting bracket 118 extends from the door 102 to the cabinet 108. it can be understood that the locking member 104 is mounted on the inner side surface of the door 102, therefore, when the cabinet 100 is viewed from the front, there is no redundant structure outside the cabinet 100, and the overall visual effect is simple and beautiful.

The mounting frame 118 of the embodiment of the present invention is mainly divided into a connecting section 120 and an inclined section 122, wherein the connecting section 120 is connected to the door body 102. As shown in fig. 5, a C-shaped cuff structure is formed at an edge position of the door body 102, a first end of the connecting section 120 abuts against a vertex angle position of the C-shaped cuff structure, and a second end of the connecting section 120 extends in a direction of the cabinet 108 and abuts against an edge position of a cuff of the C-shaped cuff structure.

The inclined section 122 is connected to the second end of the connecting section 120 and extends toward the cabinet 108, and the inclined section 122 is inclined from the opening side of the door body 102 to the rotating side of the door body 102. A second mounting surface for mounting the locking element 104 is provided on the angled section 122. The second mounting surface is specifically a side surface of the inclined section 122 facing the first mounting surface, and when the latch bolt 110 is in a closed state, that is, the latch bolt 110 is in a position locked with the locking member 104, the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are exactly opposite and parallel to each other. Thus, the latch tongue 110 can be accurately inserted into the lock hole 106 of the lock member 104 after being extended, thereby completing the locking of the door body 102.

More importantly, because the locking surface, the first installation face of installation spring bolt 110 and the second installation face that is used for installing locking piece 104 all are the slope and mutual parallel arrangement, consequently, the relative interval grow between locking piece 104 and the spring bolt 110, even if a certain amount of deformation takes place for door body 102, at the in-process of opening and shutting the door, can not take place to interfere between locking piece 104 and the cabinet body 108 yet, this has just guaranteed that door body 102 still can normally be closed, the locking, and then has guaranteed this locker 100's normal use.

As mentioned above, the lock body 116 in the embodiment of the present invention may be an electrically controlled lock, and therefore, in order to achieve precise control of the electrically controlled lock, the storage cabinet 100 provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes a sensing member 124 for controlling the latch 110 to switch between the extended state and the retracted state.

The installation method of the sensing element 124 may be as follows:

the installation method is as follows:

the sensing member 124 is disposed on one of the door 102 and the cabinet 108. In this installation, the sensing member 124 may be a magnetic sensing member 124, and the magnetic sensing member 124 is installed on the door 102 or the cabinet 108. For example, the magnetic sensor 124 may be installed on the door body 102, when the door body 102 is closed and the lock piece 104 is located at a position where the lock bolt 110 is locked with each other, the magnetic sensor 124 installed on the door body 102 can sense the cabinet body 108, at this time, the magnetic sensor 124 triggers the control circuit electrically connected with the magnetic sensor to send a control signal to the lock body 116, the lock body 116 controls the lock bolt 110 to extend out, and the lock bolt 110 and the lock piece 104 are locked with each other to realize the effect of locking the door body 102. When the door 102 is opened, the latch bolt 110 and the lock member 104 are separated from each other, that is, the latch bolt 110 is in a retracted state, and at this time, the door 102 can be normally opened. In addition, when the sensing member 124 is installed in this way, the occurrence of lock cheating can be effectively prevented.

The second installation mode:

a sensing member 124 is disposed on one of the locking member 104 and the locking bolt 110. In this arrangement, the sensor 124 may also be a magnetic sensor 124, and the magnetic sensor 124 is mounted on the latch member 104 or the latch tongue 110. For example, the magnetic sensor 124 may be installed on the lock bar 104, when the door body 102 is closed and the lock bar 104 is located at a position where the lock bar 110 is locked with each other, the magnetic sensor 124 installed on the lock bar 104 can sense the lock bar 110, at this time, the magnetic sensor 124 triggers a control circuit electrically connected to the magnetic sensor to send a control signal to the lock body 116, the lock body 116 controls the lock bar 110 to extend out, and the lock bar 110 and the lock bar 104 are locked with each other to realize the effect of locking the door body 102. When the door 102 is opened, the latch bolt 110 and the lock member 104 are separated from each other, that is, the latch bolt 110 is in a retracted state, and at this time, the door 102 can be normally opened.

In both of the above-mentioned installation methods, the sensing element 124 may be a magnetic sensing element, which refers to an object that can react to a magnetic field in some way, and does not require itself to generate a magnetic field. The magnetic induction piece can be prepared from any magnetic material, such as a magnet, low-carbon steel and the like; of course, the magnetic inductor may be an energized coil.

For example, the magnetic sensing element may be a hall sensor, the hall sensor may include a spring plate matched with the magnet and a control circuit, and when the magnet is far away from or close to the spring plate, the spring plate springs up, so that the current of the control circuit changes. Of course, the specific type of hall sensor is not limited by the examples herein.

The manner in which the electric control lock controls the locking tongue 110 based on the sensing member 124 may be a control principle in the prior art, and is not described herein in detail.

Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the control of the extending/retracting state of the latch 110 may be implemented by a control method such as a settlement signal when the door 102 is closed or a control signal transmitted from the mobile terminal.

In addition, as shown in fig. 3, in order to ensure that the mounting rack 118 can further avoid the cabinet 108 when the door 102 is closed, a gear may be installed on a hinge shaft between the door 102 and the cabinet 108, a rack engaged with the gear is provided in a foamed layer of the door 102, the first end of the mounting rack 118 is fixedly connected to the rack, when the door 102 is closed, the gear on the rotating side of the door 102 may rotate clockwise, meanwhile, due to the engagement between the gear and the rack, the rack may move leftwards synchronously, because the rack is fixedly connected to the mounting rack 118, the rack may simultaneously drive the mounting rack 118 to move leftwards, when the door 102 is in a closed state, the locking member 104 on the mounting rack 118 faces the locking tongue 110, and when the sensing member 124 senses the cabinet 108 or the locking member 116, the locking tongue 110 is controlled by the locking body 116 to be locked with the locking member 104. After the lock tongue 110 is separated from the lock piece 104, the door body 102 can be opened and rotated, the gear connected to the hinge shaft rotates counterclockwise along with the rotation of the door body 102, the rack moves rightwards synchronously, and meanwhile, the mounting frame 118 is driven to move towards the direction close to the rotation side of the door body 102, so that the purpose that the mounting frame 118 avoids the cabinet body 108 can be further achieved. Here, the left side of the door body 102 in fig. 3 is an open side, and the right side of the door body 102 in fig. 3 is a rotation side.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the storage cabinet 100 may be, but is not limited to, a retail cabinet, a courier cabinet, or a display cabinet.

The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various combinations, modifications or equivalents may be made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention, and the technical solution of the present invention is covered by the claims of the present invention.
