7. A method of manufacturing a blind blade, comprising the steps of:

(1) Coating a strip-shaped textile fabric with sponge adsorbed with a curing agent, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile fabric are uniformly coated with the curing agent through the sponge;

(2) Coating the textile fabric obtained in the step (1) by using sponge adsorbed with a surface modifier, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile fabric are uniformly coated with the surface modifier by using the sponge;

(3) Drying the textile fabric obtained in the step (2) by an oven at the temperature of 20-99 ℃;

(4) And (3) shaping the dried textile fabric through a leveling roller, and shearing the shaped textile fabric into the shutter blades with required sizes.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein: and (4) controlling the temperature of the oven in the step (3) to be 30-80 ℃.

9. The method of claim 7, wherein: and (4) the operation temperature of the leveling roller in the step (4) is normal temperature.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a system and method for manufacturing blind slats, and more particularly, to a system and method for manufacturing blind slats from a textile fabric.

Background

The materials for making the shutter blades are various, such as aluminum alloy sheets, wood, bamboo sheets and the like, and each has advantages and disadvantages. The aluminum alloy blade has high manufacturing cost, relatively limited application market, large processing difficulty of wood and bamboo chips, poor waterproof effect and low decoration. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a material which is low in cost and has strong decorativeness. The shutter blades made of the textile fabrics are a new problem, the textile fabrics have strong plasticity and low price, and the shutter blades made of the textile fabrics have very wide market application value. The existing production system for producing the shutter blades by using textiles has the disadvantages of very complicated process, low energy utilization rate and low efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to simplify the manufacturing system of the shutter blades, fully utilize resources and improve efficiency, the invention provides a system for manufacturing the shutter blades by using textiles.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme:

A production system of shutter blades comprises a curing agent coating system, a surface modifier coating system, a drying system and a shaping system which are sequentially arranged in a plane,

The curing agent coating system is used for uniformly coating the curing agent on the surface of the textile fabric and comprises two layers of sponges which are arranged oppositely and absorb the curing agent, and a gap for the textile fabric to pass through is reserved between the sponges;

The surface modifier coating system is used for uniformly coating a surface modifier on the surface of the textile, and comprises two layers of sponges which are arranged oppositely and adsorb the surface modifier, wherein a gap for the textile to pass through is reserved between the sponges;

The drying system is an oven with the temperature adjusting range of 20-99 ℃ and is used for drying the textile fabrics passing through the surface modifier coating system;

And the shaping system is used for shaping the textile fabrics after passing through the drying system.

Further, the shaping system is composed of a plurality of leveling rollers which are arranged up and down. The leveling rollers apply pressure to the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile, and the textile can be set into a flat state only by physical flattening without high-temperature setting under the operation of normal temperature (such as the room temperature of 10-30 ℃) through rolling of the leveling rollers, so that the textile can be used as a shutter blade.

Further, the production system of the shutter blade further comprises a winding system for winding the textile fabric shaped by the shaping system, and the winding system is arranged behind the shaping system; the production system of the shutter blades also comprises a conveying system for conveying the textile fabrics wound by the winding system to the next working section, and the conveying system can adopt common conveying equipment such as a forklift, a trolley, a belt conveyor and the like. The winding system and the conveying system facilitate the storage and transportation of the textile fabrics.

Furthermore, the drying system is provided with a channel for enabling the textile to move forwards in a reciprocating manner from bottom to top, and a heating device parallel to the channel is arranged in the drying system. The textile fabric passes through the drying system at a constant speed, and the dried textile fabric can be obtained at the outlet.

Further, the temperature of the drying system is preferably controlled to be 30-80 ℃. The textile fabric adopts a sponge coating mode, excessive redundant curing agent/surface modifier can not be adsorbed on the surface of the textile fabric, the water content is low, and a channel which is designed in the drying oven and moves forwards in a reciprocating mode from bottom to top is arranged, so that the drying system can dry the textile fabric without high temperature, and the energy consumption is saved.

In addition, when the coating is performed for a certain time, the amount of the curing agent/surface modifier adsorbed in the sponge is insufficient and needs to be replaced in time, otherwise the quality of the final louver blades is affected. The commonly used sponge with insufficient amount of absorbent can be replaced manually/mechanically by a new sponge full of absorbent hardener/surface modifier, but the whole production process must be suspended by this method.

Therefore, the curing agent coating system also comprises a curing agent supplementing system, which comprises a curing agent storage tank, a delivery pump connected with the curing agent storage tank, a plurality of spraying devices connected with the delivery pump and curing agent recovery tanks, wherein the plurality of spraying devices are arranged above the upper layer of sponge and below the lower layer of sponge relatively, and the curing agent recovery tanks are positioned right below the sponges; the surface modifier coating system also comprises a surface modifier supplementing system, which comprises a surface modifier storage tank, a delivery pump connected with the surface modifier storage tank, a plurality of spraying devices connected with the delivery pump and a surface modifier recovery tank, wherein the spraying devices are arranged above the upper layer of sponge and below the lower layer of sponge relatively, and the surface modifier recovery tank is positioned right below the sponge. The curing agent/surface modifier is sprayed on the sponge up and down to supplement the dosage in time, and continuous production is not influenced.

In addition, the invention also provides a production method of the blind blades based on the production system of the blind blades, which comprises the following steps:

(1) Coating a strip-shaped textile fabric with sponge adsorbed with a curing agent, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile fabric are uniformly coated with the curing agent through the sponge;

(2) Coating the textile fabric obtained in the step (1) by using sponge adsorbed with a surface modifier, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile fabric are uniformly coated with the surface modifier by using the sponge;

(3) Drying the textile fabric obtained in the step (2) by an oven at the temperature of 20-99 ℃;

(4) And (3) shaping the dried textile fabric through a leveling roller, and shearing the shaped textile fabric into the shutter blades with required sizes.

Preferably, the temperature of the oven in the step (3) is 30-80 ℃.

Preferably, the operation temperature of the leveling roller in the step (4) is normal temperature.

Typically, the curing agent is a polycyanum amide resin, a urea-formaldehyde resin, a polylactone ester, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, or starch; the surface modifier comprises one or more of fluorine-containing compounds, flame retardants, antistatic agents and ultraviolet absorbers.

Preferably, the textile fabrics in the steps (1) to (4) run at the same speed at the same time to form a continuous production line, and the running speed is 8-18 m/s.

Compared with the prior art, the textile fabric adopts a sponge coating mode to add the curing agent/surface modifier, and compared with a soaking type adding method, the squeezing link can be omitted, the utilization rate of the curing agent/surface modifier is improved, and the production cost is reduced. The textile fabric coated by the sponge has low water content, low temperature required by drying, energy saving and environmental protection, and can be used as a raw material of the shutter blade by applying physical pressure to the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile fabric through normal temperature setting. The textile material processed by the method can be processed into the shutter blade with the required size by simple shearing, can be used for customization, and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high production efficiency and high resource utilization rate of the whole system.

Detailed Description

In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

The invention provides a production method for manufacturing shutter blades by using textiles, and as shown in figure 1, a production system for shutter blades comprises a curing agent coating system 2, a surface modifier coating system 3, a drying system 4, a shaping system 5, a winding system 6 and a conveying system 7 which are sequentially arranged in a plane.

The curing agent coating system 2 comprises two layers of upper and lower sponges 21 and 22 which are oppositely arranged up and down and adsorb the curing agent, and a fine gap which just enables the textile fabrics 1 to pass through is reserved between the upper and lower sponges; the width of the sponges 21, 22 is larger than that of the textile, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile can be coated with the curing agent when the textile passes through the sponges 21, 22 at a constant speed. The curing agent permeates into the textile fabric, and then the fibers in the yarn are bonded through full crosslinking, and a hardened film is formed on the surface of the fibers, so that the soft textile fabric has stiff, thick and plump hand feeling.

Typically, the curing agent is a melamine resin, a urea resin, a polylactone ester, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, or starch, modified products thereof, or the like.

The surface modifier coating system 3 and the curing agent coating system 2 comprise upper and lower layers of sponge 31 and 32 which are arranged oppositely and are adsorbed with surface modifiers, and a fine gap which just allows the textile 1 to pass through is reserved between the upper and lower layers of sponge; the width of the sponges 31, 32 is larger than the width of the textile, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the textile can be coated with the surface modifier when the textile passes through the sponges 31, 32 at a constant speed.

Typically, the surface modifying agent comprises one or more of a fluorochemical, flame retardant, antistatic agent, ultraviolet absorber, sunscreen agent, and the like. The surface modifier is used for modifying the surface of the textile, so that the water and oil repellent effect, the flame retardant property, the antistatic property, the ultraviolet resistance, the shading property and the like of the textile are improved.

The drying system 4 is specifically a drying oven, as shown in fig. 2, a channel 8 for enabling the textile louver blades to move forward in a reciprocating manner from bottom to top is arranged in the drying oven, a parallel heating device 9 is arranged inside the channel 8, the heating device 9 can be an infrared resistance heating wire, the textile 1 passing through the surface modifier coating system 3 passes through the drying oven at a constant speed at a low temperature of 30-80 ℃, and is dried when going out from the drying system 4 through up-down multiple folding drying, so that the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.

And the shaping system 5 is used for shaping the textile fabric after passing through the drying system and consists of a plurality of leveling rollers which are vertically arranged. The flat roller can be operated at normal temperature to shape the textile fabric into a flat state, so that the flat roller can be used as a shutter blade.

In addition, a winding system 6 and a conveying system 7 are arranged behind the shaping system 5, and the textile fabric passing through the winding system 6 is wound and can be conveyed to the next working section through the conveying system such as a belt conveyor and the like for processes such as shearing and the like.

When the coating is carried out for a certain time, the dosage of the curing agent/surface modifier adsorbed in the sponge is insufficient and needs to be replaced in time, otherwise, the quality of the final shutter blade can be influenced. Therefore, the invention also designs a system comprising a curing agent supplement system and a surface modifier supplement system. The two structures are the same, the curing agent supplementing system is an example, as shown in fig. 3, the curing agent supplementing system comprises a curing agent storage tank 10, a delivery pump 11 connected with the curing agent storage tank, a plurality of spraying devices 12 connected with the delivery pump, and a recovery tank, wherein at least one spraying device is arranged above the upper layer sponge and below the lower layer sponge, the direction of a nozzle is opposite to the sponges 21 and 22, and the recovery tank is positioned right below the sponges and used for recovering and utilizing scattered curing agents. The curing agent/surface modifier is sprayed on the sponge up and down to supplement the dosage in time, and continuous production is not influenced. The spraying time, the flow rate and the like can be adjusted according to the actual application requirements.

According to the above production system, the present invention provides a method for producing blind blades, comprising the steps of:

(1) The textile is changed into a strip shape, the textile passes through a curing agent coating system at a constant speed, the sponge adsorbed with the curing agent coats the textile up and down, and the two surfaces are uniformly coated with the curing agent;

(2) Enabling the textile fabric obtained in the step (1) to pass through a surface modifier coating system at a constant speed, and carrying out upper and lower coating on the textile fabric by using sponge adsorbed with the surface modifier, wherein the two surfaces are uniformly coated with the surface modifier;

(3) Drying the textile fabric obtained in the step (2) by an oven at the temperature of 20-99 ℃;

(4) And (3) shaping the dried textile fabric through a leveling roller, and shearing the shaped textile fabric into the shutter blades with required sizes.

Preferably, the temperature of the oven in the step (3) is 30-80 ℃.

Preferably, the operation temperature of the leveling roller in the step (4) is only normal temperature.

Preferably, the textile fabrics in the steps (1) to (4) run at the same speed at the same time to form a continuous production line, and the running speed is 8-18 m/s.
