The invention belongs to the field of geometric structures, and particularly relates to a swing mechanism.

Background

The rocking mechanism is a basic geometric structure which is widely applied to various technical fields, but due to the lack of technical attack and customs on basic subjects, the research on the rocking principle is stagnated. According to the known art, a rocking mechanism generally comprises a fixed member and a movable member, the fixed member being connected to the movable member by a hinge (pivot), the movable member being able to perform a reciprocating oscillation about a certain fulcrum of the fixed member. The swinging mechanism is applied to specific carriers such as chairs, beds, toys and the like, so that a swinging seat, a swinging crib and a swinging toy can be correspondingly formed, the fun is added to the daily life, and the leisure life quality is favorably improved.

The invention aims to provide a swing mechanism with innovativeness and good rigidity.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a rocking mechanism is composed of fixed and movable members and a rocking part hinged to them.

Detailed Description

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

As shown in fig. 1, the rocking mechanism is composed of a fixed member a, a movable member B, and a rocking piece C. The fixing component is composed of two corner edges, and the corner edges mutually form an included angle of 90 degrees. The movable member is also formed by two corner edges which form an angle of 100 degrees with each other. Two swing rods C are hinged between the corner edges of the fixed component A and the corner edges of the movable component B.

As shown in fig. 2, when the fixing member a of the rocking mechanism is applied to the rocking chair, the fixing member a serves as the support assembly 2. The support assembly 2 is formed by a pair of legs 2.1 and four cross bars 2.2. The support leg 2.1 is formed by two right-angle sides which are mutually hinged, and the unfolding included angle of the support leg is 90 degrees. Four cross bars 2.2 are connected between two pairs of support legs 2.1, adjacent cross bars are parallel to each other, and each right-angle side is provided with two cross bars.

As shown in fig. 3, when the movable member B of the rocking mechanism is applied to the rocking chair, the movable member B serves as the suspension assembly 3. The suspension unit 3 is formed by a backrest frame 3.1 and a seat frame 3.2. The back frame 3.1 is composed of two main bars 3.1a and one sub-bar 3.1b, and the seat frame 3.2 is also composed of two main bars 3.2a and one sub-bar 3.2 b. The backrest frame 3.1 is articulated to the main bar of the seat frame 3.2, where the pivot shaft 4 is coaxially connected. The backrest frame is used for supporting the upper half of the human body, and the seat frame is used for supporting the lower half of the human body.

As shown in fig. 4, the legs 2.1 of the support members 2 near the corners are hinged to the booms 5 with the main rods 3.1a of the suspension members 3 near the corners, which are four in number. The connection of the suspension assembly 3 and the support assembly 2 is completed by the connection of the rocking member, i.e., the assembly of the rocking chair body frame is completed. The auxiliary rod of the suspension component 2 is paved with a cloth pad 1, and the head position and the hip position of the cloth pad 1 are pasted with soft films 1.1 so as to enhance the comfort of lying.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and the scope of protection is still within the scope of the invention.
