According to the principle that the cold air moves downwards, the cold air cooled by the biological ice box on the upper part of the partition plate can rapidly move into the placing cavity, so that the cooling efficiency is improved; moreover, when the medical supplies are taken out, the biological ice boxes on the upper parts of the partition plates are taken out firstly, then the partition plates are taken out, then the medical supplies are taken out, and the biological ice boxes in the longitudinal partition layers and the transverse partition layers can ensure that the temperature of the medical supplies in the placing cavities is relatively constant, so that the medical supplies are not damaged.

3. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the medical refrigerator of the present embodiment includes a box body 1, a box cover 2, a biological ice box 3, a partition 4 for accommodating the biological ice box 3, and a temperature recording device 8 for recording the internal temperature of the box body 1, wherein the box body 1 is composed of a hard polyurethane layer 16, a vacuum insulation board layer 17, and a PE shell layer 18 in sequence from inside to outside; the medical box is characterized in that an accommodating cavity with an upward opening is formed in the box body 1, the rear side of the box cover 2 is hinged to the box body 1, a lock catch assembly 5 used for locking the box cover 2 on the box body 1 and further sealing the accommodating cavity is arranged between the box cover 2 and the box body 1, the partition layer 4 comprises a longitudinal partition layer 41 and a transverse partition layer 42, the longitudinal partition layer 41 and the transverse partition layer 42 are horizontally and longitudinally arranged, the transverse partition layer 42 and the longitudinal partition layer 41 are arranged in a crossed mode, and the accommodating cavity is divided into four placing cavities 101 used for placing medical supplies by the transverse partition layer 42 and the longitudinal partition layer 41; a cavity 401 for placing the biological ice box 3 is arranged in the longitudinal interlayer 41 and the transverse interlayer 42; the top of the interlayer 4 is detachably connected with a clapboard 43, and the biological ice box 3 is placed on the upper part of the clapboard 43. According to the invention, the partition layer is arranged in the medical refrigerating box, the partition layer comprises the longitudinal partition layer and the transverse partition layer, and the cavities for placing the biological ice boxes are arranged in the longitudinal partition layer and the transverse partition layer, so that the biological ice boxes can be placed in the cavities, and the placing cavities can be rapidly maintained at the required temperature by adopting the design; according to the principle that the cold air moves downwards, the cold air cooled by the biological ice box on the upper part of the partition plate can rapidly move into the placing cavity, so that the cooling efficiency is improved; moreover, when the medical supplies are taken out, the biological ice boxes on the upper parts of the partition plates are taken out firstly, then the partition plates are taken out, then the medical supplies are taken out, and the biological ice boxes in the longitudinal partition layers and the transverse partition layers can ensure that the temperature of the medical supplies in the placing cavities is relatively constant, so that the medical supplies are not damaged.

In order to facilitate the exchange of cold air and increase the cooling speed, through holes A402 penetrating through the longitudinal partition layer 41 and the transverse partition layer 42 are respectively arranged on the longitudinal partition layer 41 and the transverse partition layer 42; the partition 43 is provided with a through hole B403 penetrating through the partition 43.

In this embodiment, in order to improve the efficiency of conduction, the partition plates 43, the longitudinal partition plates 41, and the transverse partition plates 42 are made of aluminum alloy.

The lock catch assembly 5 comprises a hinge portion 51 and a locking portion 52, wherein one end of the hinge portion 51 is hinged to the front side of the box cover 2, the locking portion 52 comprises a locking rod 521, one end of the locking rod 521 is provided with a locking sphere 522, the other end of the locking rod 521 is in threaded connection with the hinge portion 51, the front side of the box body 1 is provided with a locking notch 101 for the locking sphere 522 to be clamped into, and one end of the locking sphere 522 is provided with a trigger block 523 for driving the locking sphere 522 to be clamped into the locking notch 101. The locking ball body is clamped into the locking notch through the pull block, so that the box cover can be locked on the box body, the locking rod is in threaded connection with the hinge part, and by adopting the design, if the locking force of the locking buckle assembly is insufficient, the locking ball body can be close to the hinge point of the hinge part and the box cover through rotating the locking rod, so that the sealing performance of the medical refrigerating box can be improved.

A screw hole 511 is provided at the other end of the hinge portion 51, and a screw thread engaged with the screw hole 5211 is provided on the locking lever 521. The tightness between the locking ball and the locking notch is adjusted by rotating the locking rod, so that the sealing performance is improved.

In order to prevent the locking ball from being released from the locking recess, positioning concave surfaces 1011 into which the locking ball 522 is caught are respectively provided at both sides of the lower end of the locking recess 101; the positioning concave surface 1011 is in a V shape or an arc shape.

In the embodiment, in order to ensure reliable sealing between the box cover 2 and the box body 1, two sets of lock catch assemblies 5 are arranged between the box cover 2 and the box body 1.

In the embodiment, a through hole A201 is arranged on the case cover 2, a through hole B202 corresponding to the through hole A201 is arranged on the case body 1, and the through hole A201 and the through hole B202 are connected with a padlock 6; the refrigerating box is convenient to lock.

In order to further improve the sealing performance of the box body and the box cover, an annular convex strip 11 which protrudes upwards is arranged on the upper end face of the box body 1, an annular groove 21 for the annular convex strip 11 to be embedded into is arranged at the bottom of the box cover 2, and an annular sealing strip 23 is arranged in the annular groove 21. The cross section of the annular sealing strip 23 is C-shaped and made of silica gel.

In order to reduce vibration, the bottom of the box body 1 is provided with a foot pad 7 made of elastic material.

The temperature recording device 8 comprises a temperature detection module for detecting the internal stability of the box body 1, a storage module for storing temperature data, a communication module and a control module. The temperature recording device is mainly used for recording the temperature in the refrigerating box and uploading the temperature to the server end through the communication module.
