1. An apparatus for assisting in an athletic activity exercise, comprising:

characterized in that said support means (2, 3) are mounted on said base (4) and comprise a slide (100) which can be slidably mounted on said base (4) according to an adjustment movement and supports said seat (3) and/or said backrest (2).

A base (4);

support means (2, 3) for a user, comprising a seat (3) and/or a backrest (2);

a training tool (6) mounted on the base (4) and comprising an engagement portion (7) configured to be actuated by a user and guide means (8) associated with the engagement portion (7) for guiding the engagement portion (7) at least according to a lifting movement;

2. the assisted physical activity exercise apparatus of claim 1, wherein the slide (100) supports the seat (3) and the backrest (2) and is configured for allowing relative movement between the seat (3) and the backrest (2).

3. The assisted physical activity exercise apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein the backrest (2) lies predominantly in a first plane (X) and the seat (3) lies predominantly in a second plane (Y).

4. The physical activity assisted exercise apparatus of claim 3 wherein the adjustment means is configured to allow adjustment of the inclination of the first plane (X) and/or the second plane (Y).

5. The assisted physical activity exercise machine of any one of the preceding claims, comprising an upright (5) designed to support the training tool (6), said upright (5) being positioned in a distal position with respect to the backrest (2).

6. The assisted physical activity exercise machine of claim 5, wherein said upright (5) comprises a support element (5a) designed to support said training tool (6) in a non-operative condition.

The assisted physical activity exercise machine of claim 6, wherein said guide means comprise a cross-piece (20) having a first end (20a) hinged to said upright and a second end (20b) connected to said engaging portion (7), said cross-piece (20) being configured to rest on said support element (5a) at least in said inoperative condition.

8. The physical activity assisted exercise machine of claim 7, wherein at least said second end (20b) of said cross-piece (20) has a fork-like shape.

9. The assisted physical activity exercise machine of claim 7 or 8, wherein said cross-piece (20) comprises a housing (21) configured for accommodating a weight in an operative condition.

10. The assisted physical activity exercise machine of any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein said guide means comprise a supporting upright (22) hinged to said second end (20b) of said cross member (20), said supporting upright (22) being designed to support said engaging portion (7).

11. The physical activity assisted exercise machine of claim 10, wherein the supporting upright (22) comprises a slidable slide designed to allow the engaging portion (7) to slide with respect to the supporting upright (22).
