The left and right legs 22 are provided with grooves 221 extending in the longitudinal direction and having upward openings, and the hanging grooves 23 are formed on the outer side walls of the grooves 221. When the ear belt 101 is worn, the ear belt is received in the groove 221 and the hanging groove 23 and is not pressed onto the head by the left and right feet 22, so that the wearing is comfortable, and the tightness can be conveniently adjusted.

Preferably, the opening 231 of the hanging slot 23 is necked down to prevent the ear band from being pulled out.
