Working principle and operation explanation:

when the knob 1 is pressed down, the first ratchet 13 of the pawl wheel 2 is meshed with the third ratchet 19 of the driven ratchet 4; the pawl 14 of the pawl wheel 2 is forced to elastically deform from the outside to the center of the circle, and is pressed into the second ratchet 15 of the base upper cover 3 and meshed.

At the moment, the minimum position of the central hole of the ratchet wheel 2 is clamped into the wave trough of the wave-shaped elastic column 28 of the elastic limit bracket 8, and the axial positioning is completed.

A clockwise rotation knob, the driven ratchet wheel 4 is driven by the first ratchet 13 of the pawl wheel 2 to rotate together; the involute empty slot 20 of the driven ratchet wheel 4 drives the star-shaped spoke 6 to expand outwards from the center through the column-shaped boss 27 of the star-shaped spoke 6, and the rope belt is stretched and tightened.

At this time, the pawl 14 of the pawl wheel 2 is meshed with the second ratchet 15 of the base upper cover 3, and the knob is prevented from loosening in the counterclockwise direction.

When the whole assembled by the knob 1 and the pawl wheel 2 is pulled up, the first ratchet 13 of the pawl wheel 2 is separated from the third ratchet 19 of the driven ratchet 4; the pawl 14 of the pawl wheel 2 is separated from the second ratchet 15 of the base upper cover 3, at the moment, the star-shaped spoke 6 and the driven ratchet 4 lose external force and are in a loose state, and at the moment, the rope belt is in a free loose state. When the rope belt loosens in the counterclockwise direction to a proper degree, the knob 1 is pressed down, the knob 1 is rotated clockwise, and the rope belt 07 is locked again.
