Therefore, there is a need for a seat cushion with high comfort to alleviate discomfort associated with sedentary and poor sitting postures.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, front, rear, left, and right" used herein generally refer to the orientation in the mounted and used state.

The invention provides a cushion, which comprises an installation seat 1, a supporting seat 2 connected above the installation seat 1 and an elastic cushion 3 fixedly supported above the supporting seat 2, wherein the supporting seat 2 can rotate relative to the installation seat 1 to ensure that the elastic cushion 3 can support buttocks in a balanced manner, the elastic cushion 3 comprises a first cushion body 31 and a second cushion body 32 which are stacked up and down, and the second cushion body 32 is arranged to be matched with the first cushion body 31 and the supporting seat 2 to adjust the supporting force on the periphery of the buttocks so as to relax a human body.

The invention also provides a system for body building, which can comprise the seat cushion, the position sensor and the intelligent terminal, wherein the position sensor is used for detecting the position information of the supporting seat 2 relative to the mounting seat 1 and transmitting the position information to the intelligent terminal. Therefore, the body-building condition can be monitored through the intelligent terminal (such as a mobile phone).

The intelligent terminal can comprise a game APP, and the game APP can receive the position information to perform game association. This can increase the enjoyment of the exercise.
