The invention provides an intelligent bathtub which is used for supporting and transferring people into the bathtub, is more intelligent and can effectively reduce the burden of nursing staff.

According to the invention, an intelligent bathtub comprises a bathtub, a screw rod device, a supporting plate device and a first baffle plate.

In the intelligent bathtub provided by the invention, the first baffle plates are arranged on two sides of the short side of the bathtub body and are used for shielding and protecting the screw rod device.

In the intelligent bathtub provided by the invention, the screw rod device is positioned on the inner side of the first baffle and is arranged on two sides of the short side of the cylinder body supporting frame, and the screw rod device is used for driving the supporting plate device to move in the horizontal direction.

In the intelligent bathtub provided by the invention, the supporting plate device is arranged on one side of the long edge of the bathtub body and connected with the screw rod device, and the supporting plate device can be used for supporting a person and lifting the person in the vertical direction.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the present invention provides an intelligent bathtub, which includes a bathtub 1, a first baffle 2, a screw rod device 3 and a supporting plate device 4. Wherein, bathtub 1 includes cylinder body 10 and is used for supporting cylinder body 10's cylinder body support frame 11, and first baffle 2 sets up in the minor face both sides of cylinder body 10, and first baffle 2 is used for sheltering from and protects lead screw device 3.

Specifically, the screw device 3 is located inside the first barrier 2 and is installed on both sides of the short side of the cylinder support frame 11. The screw rod device 3 is used for driving the supporting plate device 4 to move in the horizontal direction.

Specifically, the supporting plate device 4 is arranged on one side of the long side of the cylinder body 10 and is connected with the screw rod device 3; the pallet means 4 includes a pallet 40 and a lifting mechanism 41. In some embodiments, the water circulation device 18 can pump, filter and pressurize the water in the tub 10 according to different bathing modes.

Specifically, one end of the annular water pipe 181 is communicated with a water outlet of the water pump 180, the other end of the annular water pipe 181 is communicated with a water inlet of the water pump 180, and the annular water pipe 181 is communicated with the plurality of nozzles 16. A filter 182 is arranged between the annular water pipe 181 and the water inlet of the water pump 180, and a thermostat is arranged inside the filter 182.

It should be noted that the filter 182 may filter the water flowing from the annular water pipe 181 to the water pump 180; the thermostat may maintain the water flowing into the water pump 180 from the circular water pipe 181 at a preset temperature.

Illustratively, the water pump 180 may be a circulating water pump. The circulating water pump is a mechanical device that conveys or pressurizes a fluid.

For example, when the user takes a bath, the water is discharged from the nozzles 16 around the inside of the tub 10 by the water pump 180. The user can change the water spraying angle by adjusting the angle of the spray head 16, thereby realizing the shower mode of surfing type and vortex type.

Referring to fig. 2, the bottom surface of the cylinder 10 is provided with a plurality of ports 102 and a drain valve 103.

Illustratively, the interface 102 may be connected to an external bubble generator.

In some embodiments, when the bubble generator is started, bubbles can be blown out from the bottom of the cylinder 10 through the interface 102, so that a bubble type bathing mode is realized, and the user experience is improved.

It should be noted that the bubble generator is a device for mixing water and gas.

For example, the drain valve 103 may be opened after the user has bathed to drain the water in the tub 10.

Referring to fig. 4, the cylinder support 11 is located at the bottom of the cylinder 10, and is in contact with the peripheral edge of the cylinder 10 for supporting the cylinder 10; the left and right sides of the cylinder body support frame 11 are provided with grooves for accommodating the screw rod device 3.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the screw device 3 includes a supporting plate 30, a guide rail plate 31, a screw 32, a second slider 33, a pulley 34, a first supporting block 35, a second supporting block 36, a driven gear 37, a main gear 38, a motor 39, and a motor base 391.

Specifically, the support plate 30 is installed in a groove of the cylinder support frame 11, and the rail plates 31 are disposed at opposite top and bottom portions of the support plate 30.

Specifically, the screw 32 is disposed inside the support plate 30 and parallel to the support plate 30. Two ends of the screw rod 32 are respectively connected with the first supporting block 35 and the second supporting block 36, and the first supporting block 35 and the second supporting block 36 are fixed on the supporting plate 30. The slave gear 37 is arranged at the left end of the screw rod 32, the slave gear 37 is meshed with the master gear 38, the master gear 38 is connected with the rotating shaft of the motor 39, and the motor 39 is fixed on the cylinder body supporting frame 11 through the motor base 391.

Wherein the number of teeth, module diameter, tooth height and pressure angle of the slave gear 37 and master gear 38 are identical.

Illustratively, the motor 39 may be a dc motor or an ac motor, a synchronous motor or an asynchronous motor, or a stepper motor or a servo motor.

In some embodiments, after the motor 39 is turned on, the main gear 38 may be driven to rotate, and the main gear 38 may further drive the auxiliary gear 37 to rotate; since the slave gear 37 is connected with the screw rod 32, the slave gear 37 can drive the screw rod 32 to rotate. After the screw 32 is rotated, the second slider 33 can slide along the rail plate 31 by the supporting action of the pulley 34 because the threaded shaft of the screw 32 is engaged with the second slider 33. Since the second slider 33 is connected to the first slider 433 and the slider connecting piece 434, the second slider 33 can drive the pallet means 4 to move in the horizontal direction.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the pallet apparatus 4 includes a pallet 40, a lifting mechanism 41, a rail assembly 42, a supporting frame 43, a second baffle 44, and a position limiting member 45.

Specifically, the supporting plate 40 is connected to a lifting mechanism 41, and the lifting mechanism 41 is used for driving the supporting plate 40 to lift. The lifting mechanism 41 is installed in the supporting frame 43, a bracket plate 415 is arranged on the right side of the lifting mechanism 41, and a through hole is formed in the lower end of the bracket plate 415 and used for installing the limiting component 45. Referring to fig. 9, the pallet 40 includes a calf pallet 400, a hip pallet 401, a lumbar pallet 402, pallet rollers 403, and a head and neck pallet 404; wherein, the calf supporting plate 400, the hip supporting plate 401, the waist and back supporting plate 402 and the head and neck supporting plate 403 are arranged in parallel in sequence, and the supporting plate rollers 403 are arranged at the left side and the right side of the waist and back supporting plate 402.

Specifically, the supporting plate 40 further includes a first rotating base 405, a second rotating base 406, a first rotating shaft 407, and a second rotating shaft 408; wherein, the lower leg supporting plate 400 is arranged in the first rotating seat 405 through a rotating shaft, and the first rotating seat 405 is sleeved with two ends of the rotating shaft of the lower leg supporting plate 400; the hip supporting plate 401 is arranged in a second rotating seat 406 through a rotating shaft, and the second rotating seat 406 is sleeved with two ends of the rotating shaft of the hip supporting plate 401; the lumbar back splint 402 and the head and neck splint 404 are respectively connected with a second rotating shaft 408.

It should be noted that the calf support plate 400 can be received in the first groove surface 441 after being turned over; the hip plate 401 can be received in the second groove surface 442 after being turned over.

In some embodiments, the first rotating shaft 407 passes through both the first rotating seat 405 and the second rotating seat 406, and the first rotating shaft 407 passes through the rotating shafts of the calf support plate 400 and the hip support plate 401, respectively; both ends of the first rotating shaft 407 are connected to the lifting mechanism 41 through shaft plugs.

It should be noted that the calf support plate 400 and the hip support plate 401 can be finely adjusted left and right on the first rotating shaft 407, and the lumbar support plate 402 and the neck support plate 404 can be finely adjusted left and right on the second rotating shaft 408, so as to be suitable for users with different postures.

In some embodiments, when the lift mechanism 41 is lowered into the bathtub 1, the lumbar support plate 402 and the cervical support plate 404 are lowered into contact with the guide wheels 170; the limiting rotating rod 452 can rotate upwards around the limiting rotating shaft 451, the supporting plate rolling shafts 403 on the two sides of the waist and back supporting plate 402 rotate, and the waist and back supporting plate 402 descends smoothly, so that people on the supporting plate 40 can avoid jolting, experience feeling is good, and comfort level is high.

As shown in fig. 9, the lifting mechanism 41 includes a first electric push rod 411, a second electric push rod 412, a push rod mounting seat 413, and a square tube for accommodating the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412.

Wherein, the pipe center of the square pipe is hollow.

Specifically, the opposite bottom ends of the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412 are fixed at the bottom of the hollow square tube; the opposite top ends of the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412 are provided with push rod installation seats 413, and the push rod installation seats 413 are fixedly connected with the upper cross beam of the supporting frame 43. The push rod mounting seat 413 is used for fixing the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412.

Specifically, the right side of the lifting mechanism 41 is further provided with a support plate 414, and the lower end of the support plate 414 is provided with a through hole for installing the limiting component 45.

Referring to fig. 10, the limiting member 45 includes a limiting fixing plate 450, a limiting rotation shaft 451, and a limiting rotation shaft 452.

Specifically, the limit fixing plate 450 is located at one side of the through hole in the bracket plate 415, and the limit fixing plate 450 is fixed on the bracket plate 414; the limit rotating lever 452 is located at the other side of the through hole in the support plate 415, and the limit rotating lever 452 can rotate about the limit rotating shaft 451.

Specifically, the limiting rotation rod 452 is provided with two empty slots, the empty slots are used for installing the second rotation shaft 408, and the second rotation shaft 408 is connected with the rotation shafts of the waist and back supporting plate 402 and the head and neck supporting plate 404 through the empty slots.

Referring to fig. 11, the rail assembly 42 includes a rail column 421, a sliding block 422, a connecting block 423, and a fixing block 424.

Specifically, the sliding block 422 is sleeved in the guide rail column 421, and the sliding block 422 can slide on the guide rail column 421; the sliding block 422 is fixedly connected with the connecting block 423, and the connecting block 423 can be fixedly installed at two ends of the bracket of the lifting mechanism 41.

Specifically, the two ends of the rail column 421 are connected to the fixing blocks 424, and the fixing blocks 424 are mounted on the two sides of the supporting frame 43. It should be noted that the fixing block 424 is used for fixing the rail column 421 in the supporting frame 43.

In an embodiment, after being powered on, the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412 can generate a pushing force and drive the sliding block 422 to move downward, the sliding block 422 is sleeved on the guide rail column 421, and two ends of the guide rail column 421 are fixed on the supporting frame 43, so that the guide rail assembly 42 can enable the lifting mechanism 41 to keep descending in a vertical direction.

Referring to fig. 12, the supporting frame 43 includes a first beam 431, a second beam 432, a first slider 433 and a slider connecting plate 434.

Specifically, the first beam 431 is fixedly connected to the push rod mounting seat 413, and two ends of the second beam 432 are respectively connected to the two first sliders 433. The first sliding block 433 is connected with the second sliding block 33 in the screw rod device 3 through a sliding block connecting piece 434, and the sliding block connecting piece 434 is fixedly connected with the first sliding block 433 and the second sliding block 33 respectively. The brackets at two sides of the supporting frame 43 are connected with the guide rail column 421 through the fixing block 424.

Referring to fig. 13, the second baffle 44 has a first groove surface 441 and a second groove surface 442.

Specifically, the shape and size of the first groove surface 441 conforms to the shape and size of the calf support plate 400; the shape and size of the second groove surface 442 conforms to the shape and size of the hip plate 401.

Note that the first groove surface 441 is used for accommodating the lower leg support plate 400; the second groove surface 442 is for receiving the hip plate 401.

Specifically, the opposite upper end of the second shutter 44 is further provided with two recesses for receiving the spindles of the first and second electric push rods 411 and 412.

Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the pallet means 4 is located on the opposite right side of the cylinder 10 as shown in fig. 14. The lifting mechanism 41 can adjust the supporting plate 40 to a preset height and angle through the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412; the lower leg support plate 400, the hip support plate 404, the waist support plate 402 and the head and neck support plate 404 of the support plate 40 slowly support the person on the wheelchair, and the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412 are simultaneously contracted to integrally lift the lifting mechanism 41, so that the support plate 40 is kept in a parallel state. Under the driving of the motor 39, the screw rod 32 rotates to drive the second sliding block 33 to horizontally slide to the left in the screw rod device 3; the second sliding block 33 drives the first sliding block 433 to horizontally slide to the left, the first sliding block 433 drives the supporting frame 43 to move to the left, and the supporting frame 43 is fixedly connected with the guide rail column 421; the guide rail column 421 moves the entire pallet means 4 from the opposite right side of the cylinder 10 to the opposite left side of the cylinder 10 by means of the slider 422 as shown in fig. 15.

Referring to fig. 16, after the pallet means 4 moves from the right side to the left side of the cylinder 10, the lifting mechanism 41 is lowered to the bottom surface of the cylinder 10 by the thrust of the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412, and the limit rotating rod 452 of the limit member 45 is rotated by a certain angle by the guide of the guide wheel 170 of the guide means 17, so that the lumbar support plate 402 and the neck support plate 404 are attached to the inclined table 101, and the lumbar support plate 402 and the neck support plate 404 form a sitting posture, so that a person can lean against the inclined table 101, as shown in fig. 16.

The working principle of the intelligent bathtub is as follows:

a caregiver opens the faucet 12 to put water into the tub 10, and adjusts the angle at which the faucet 12 is biased toward the hot water pipe 121 or the cold water pipe 122 to make the temperature of water in the tub 10 reach a preset temperature;

the caregiver adjusts the height and angle of the platform 40 and the lift mechanism 41 to align the platform 40 with the person on the wheelchair bed or dedicated air mattress;

the nursing staff approach the wheelchair bed or the special air cushion to the supporting plate 40, so that the supporting plate 40 is slowly inserted into the gap below the back of the human body, the lifting mechanism is controlled to lift the supporting plate 40, and the person in the supporting plate 40 is lifted;

the nursing staff controls the screw rod device 3 to drive the support frame 43 to move, and the support frame 43 drives the whole supporting plate device 4 to horizontally move to the inner side of the cylinder body 10;

the nursing staff controls the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412 to generate thrust, so that the lifting mechanism 41 descends to the bottom surface of the cylinder body 10; under the guiding action of the guiding device 17, the waist and back supporting plate 402 and the head and neck supporting plate 404 form a sitting posture mode, so that a person can lean against the inclined table 101;

the nursing staff controls the water circulation device 18 to start, and the circulating water pump 180, the spray head 16 and the interface 102 provide different bathing modes according to the set bathing mode;

after bathing, the nursing staff controls the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412 to simultaneously contract, so that the lifting mechanism 41 is lifted, and the person in the supporting plate 40 is lifted and returned to the wheelchair bed or the special air cushion.

According to the intelligent bathtub provided by the embodiment, by arranging the screw rod device 3, the whole supporting plate device 4 can be driven to move in the horizontal direction through the screw rod 32, the motor 39, the pulley 34 and the second sliding block 33; the whole body of a person can be supported by arranging the lower leg supporting plate 400, the hip supporting plate 401, the waist and back supporting plate 402 and the head and neck supporting plate 403; the support plate 40 is connected with the lifting mechanism 41 through the support plate 40, and the first electric push rod 411 and the second electric push rod 412 in the lifting mechanism 41 can lift the support plate 40, so that people in the support plate 40 can be transferred into the cylinder body 10 for bathing; by arranging the guide device 17, the posture of a person in the supporting plate 40 can be adjusted, the supporting plate is more humanized, and the experience degree of a user can be improved; by providing the water circulation device 18, a plurality of bathing modes can be realized by the water pump 180 and the circular water pipe 181. Compared with the prior art, the intelligent bathtub provided by the invention has the advantages that people are transferred into the bathtub for bathing, the intelligent bathtub is more intelligent and humanized, the operation is convenient, and the burden of nursing personnel can be effectively reduced.

While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
