Background

The invention overcomes the defects in the prior art and provides the movable spittoon which is convenient and simple to use, can be carried about, has a reasonable and novel structure and is hidden in a cup.

Because the bending section is used for hanging the spitting device at the cup opening, the spitting device is prevented from falling into the cup and is easy to take out during cleaning. The vertical section is used for vertically fixing the spitting device in the cup body, and a certain reasonable gap is formed for the spitting device to be taken out conveniently. The conical section is used for dissolving the spitted sputum by the spitting device, so that the sputum is easier to clean without accumulating liquid and leaving dead angles. The pipe section extending out of the conical tip is used for leaking the cleaned water and sputum into the lower layer cup body through the pipe section. The pipe end section extending 15mm or so is preferably immersed in water in the cup. Therefore, when you open the cup cover to spit again, no sputum can be seen and no smell of nausea of sputum exists.

Detailed Description

A mobile spittoon hidden in a cup is shown in figures 1 and 2. Which comprises a cup cover 1, a cup body 5 and a spitting device 3 fused together. The difference between the cup cover 1 and the common cup cover is the cover-in-cover, that is to say. The vertical section 32 is intended to vertically fix the expectoration device 3 in the cup body 5, and certainly, a certain reasonable gap is provided for easy taking out. The conical section 33 is used for dissolving the spitted sputum by the spitting device 3, so that the sputum is not accumulated and is not left in dead angles, and the sputum is easier to clean. The tube section 34 extending from the conical tip is intended to allow the washed water and sputum to leak through the tube into the underlying cup 5. In addition, the extension tube section 34 preferably extends about 15mm from the end thereof and is preferably immersed in the water in the cup 5. So that there is no smell of nausea when you open the cup and spit again (see figure 3 for details).

When the structure principle is adopted for implementation, the spitting device 3 is firstly placed in the cup 5 and hung at the cup mouth, water (preferably a clean and sterilization mothball is placed in the cup 5) is added into the cup 5, the liquid level is controlled at the position of the pipe section 34 of the spitting device 3, the tail section of the pipe section 34 is about 15mm and is preferably soaked in the water in the cup 5, and therefore the cup can be used after being installed (see figure 3). Firstly, spit into a mouthful phlegm in spitting device 3 and cover lid 1, then whole cup 5 is poured over, that is to say the bottom of the cup is lid 1 down upwards, at this time the water of cup 5 the inside through flowing backward, the phlegm of spitting device 3 the inside has soaked in the water the inside and slowly dissolved in aquatic (see in detail figure 4), we pour the cup back again, cup lid 2 is cup bottom down upwards, at this time the sputum of spitting device 3 the inside is together with water through dissolving, through the pipe section 34 that the department of spitting device 3 circular cone tip stretches out leaks phlegm and water into lower floor cup 5 together (see in detail figure 5), also washd the sputum of spitting device 3 the inside simultaneously. After the water flows back, the tail part of the pipe section 34 is about 15mm and is immersed in the water in the cup 5 (see figure 6 in detail), so that when the cup cover 1 is opened to spit again, no sputum can be seen and no smell of sputum nausea exists (see figure 3).
