Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cosmetic skin care, in particular to a wet self-heating facial mask and a preparation method thereof.

Background

With the improvement of living standard, the facial mask becomes a necessary beauty and skin care product for a plurality of women. The facial mask can achieve various effects of whitening, moisturizing, improving pigmentation, cleaning pores, regulating grease balance and the like. The heating mask can slowly expand pores, promote secretion of sweat glands, accelerate blood circulation of deep skin, increase activity of epidermal skin cells, and facilitate full absorption of nutrient components in mask essence by facial skin, so that the mask is deep-cleaned and has bright skin color.

In order to increase the temperature of the mask, the simplest method is to soak the mask in warm water or steam the mask with steam, so that when the mask is applied to the face, facial pores are better opened, pollution discharge is promoted, and the beauty effect is enhanced. However, such methods of use are cumbersome and time consuming and have limited effectiveness.

For this reason, various technical solutions of heat-generating facial masks are proposed in the prior art, such as:

the Chinese utility model 201821969929.5 discloses an ultrathin flexible heating facial mask, which comprises a facial mask body, wherein the facial mask body is sequentially provided with an insulating layer, a bonding layer, a conductive heating layer, a bonding layer and an insulating layer from top to bottom; wherein a USB power interface is arranged below the mask body. The self-heating type beauty mask mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass: (a) 1-5 wt% of sodium alginate; (b) 0.5-20 wt% coagulant; (c) 1-10 wt% of zeolite; (d) the balance of filler. The dry heating mask utilizes the principle that zeolite heats when meeting water, but has the problems that zeolite quickly heats when meeting water and the controllability is poor.

Thus, although the heating facial mask in the prior art has various characteristics, the heating facial mask also has the defects. Therefore, there is a need for a self-heating facial mask which is convenient to use, does not need to be connected with an external power supply, is safe and reliable, does not stimulate nerve endings, generates heat mildly, has long heating time, and can adjust the heating intensity according to the requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a heating mask and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the defects of the prior art, the heating mask adopts synthetic zeolite powder and/or natural zeolite powder which can generate heat when meeting water as a heat sensing agent, and selects a polyol system as a carrier of zeolite, so that the heating intensity can be adjusted according to the requirement.

In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the present invention provides a wet heat-generating mask comprising an emulsion to cream-like substance formed from:

(1)40-90 wt% C based on the total weight of the emulsion to cream2-C10Preferably C2-C10The dihydric and/or trihydric alcohols of (a);

(2)0.05-2 wt% of a polymeric substance acting as a thickening suspending agent, based on the total weight of the emulsion to cream; and

(3)8-58 wt% of synthetic zeolite powder and/or natural zeolite powder, based on the total weight of the emulsion to cream;

wherein the polyol is a carrier for the synthetic zeolite powder and/or the natural zeolite powder, and the polymer material is dispersed in the polyol.

In the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the synthetic zeolite powder and/or the natural zeolite powder is first dispersed in the polyol. Since the hydroxyl group in the organic alcohol is connected with the carbon chain and is inactive, the organic alcohol can be bonded with the zeolite, but the bonding force is not strong. When zeolite dispersed in organic alcohol encounters water, the organic alcohol molecules in the cavities of the zeolite are displaced by the water molecules to release heat due to the high activity of the hydroxyl groups in the water molecules and the high affinity to the zeolite. In this way, in the present invention, the length of heat generation and the intensity of heat generation can be adjusted by controlling the type and content of the alcohol used as the zeolite carrier, controlling the amount of water remaining after the washing of the part, and controlling the zeolite content in the wet heating mask.
