step 1) adding 1.0-3.0 parts of vegetable oil, 8.0-20.0 parts of surfactant and 1.5-4.5 parts of cosolvent into a stirring kettle, adding 61.0-86.9 parts of purified water, heating to 70-80 ℃, stirring for 30-40 min until the vegetable oil is completely dissolved, and clarifying and transparent;

Under normal conditions, all the bacterial groups in the vagina are in a balanced state, and especially the existence of lactobacillus plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the environment in the vagina of a host. The lactobacillus is combined with a specific adhesin receptor on the surface of a host cell through adhesins such as protein, peptidoglycan and the like on the surface of bacteria, is planted on the surface of vaginal mucosal epithelial cells, immediately adjusts the self gene expression, and secretes a large amount of extracellular polysaccharide in the growth and reproduction process to form a biological membrane. Lactobacilli also prevent pathogenic microorganisms from adhering to vaginal epithelial cells by competing exclusion mechanisms. The lactobacillus consumes a large amount of glycogen in the growth and metabolism process, occupies a large amount of nutrient substances in the vagina, and objectively inhibits the growth of other microorganisms. Therefore, vaginal lactobacilli are important bacterial species for maintaining vaginal microecosystem balance.
