Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of application of heavy hinges, in particular to a dynamic sealing structure for a heavy hinge and a dynamic sealing ring thereof.

Background

Hinges, also known as hinges, are mechanical devices used to connect two solids and allow relative rotation between them.

Hinges for heavy doors are generally required to have low drag and to resist corrosion because of the need to carry heavy loads.

The existing heavy hinges on the market are generally divided into two types of structures. One type is a mode of directly adopting the sleeve connection of an upper hinge shaft and a lower hinge shaft, the structure is open, the friction force is large when the hinge shaft and the lower hinge shaft rotate relatively, and the hinge shaft is easy to corrode and rust when meeting rainwater, so that the hinge shaft cannot be opened effectively in a rotating way, and is not suitable for outdoor occasions; the other type is an improved hinge with a bearing chamber, a shaft of an upper hinge is connected with a bearing in a bearing chamber of a lower hinge, and an interface between the bearing chamber and the shaft is sealed by an elastic rubber ring. Although the rotation retardation force of the hinge is improved, the sealing ring of the hinge is not fault-tolerant in design, and sealing cannot be realized as long as the hinge shaft and the bearing bin are slightly matched; in actual use, the installation error of the hinge is usually about 1mm, so that the bearing bin of the hinge is easy to enter water and dust, lubricating grease needs to be frequently replaced to keep the performance of the bearing bin, and the hinge is complex to maintain and high in cost; and for little excessive cooperation between this rubber circle and the hinge pin, when rainwater weather, the rainwater presses on the gasket in rubber circle outside, gets off to very easily lead to the bearing storehouse to intake for a long time, does not reach rain-proof effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The applicant aims at the defects in the prior art and provides a dynamic sealing structure for a heavy hinge and a dynamic sealing ring thereof, wherein the dynamic sealing structure is reasonable in structure, so that the hinge is prevented from being corroded and corroded by rainwater and dust in the using process, can be used for a long time without maintenance, and keeps the performance as new.

the structure of the dynamic seal ring is as follows: the sealing ring comprises a sealing ring body with a circular ring structure, wherein the inner wall surface of the sealing ring body forms a first sealing lip of a movable sealing ring, and the outer edge of the sealing ring body extends downwards to form a second sealing lip.

The outer edge of the sealing ring body extends downwards and bends inwards to form a second sealing lip of a necking structure.

The outer edge of the sealing ring body and the second sealing lip are in transition through a convex structure, and the convex structure is a convex arc structure or a convex folded angle structure.

And the second sealing lip is in line sealing contact or ring surface contact with the first boss of the gasket.

An annular bulge extends on the circumferential surface of the through shaft along the circumferential direction, and a sealing lip of the dynamic sealing ring is sleeved below the annular bulge.

A bearing bin with a circular hole structure is arranged at the center of the top of the second hinged part, the through shaft penetrates through the gasket downwards, and a bearing is arranged between the end head at the lower end of the through shaft below the gasket and the inner wall surface of the bearing bin; the lower part of the gasket extends into the bearing bin, and a gap is formed between the bottom end face of the gasket and the top face of the bearing.

The structure of the gasket is as follows: the hinge comprises a sheet body with an annular structure, wherein the top and the bottom of the sheet body respectively extend outwards to form a first boss and a second boss, the second boss extends into a hinge part II, and a groove with an annular structure is formed at the joint of the bottom of the sheet body and the second boss; an inner hole is formed in the center of the upper and lower penetrating sheet body, and the inner hole is in clearance fit with the through shaft;

the gasket is made of metal and is locked on the second hinge part through a bolt, and an O-shaped ring is embedded in a groove of the gasket.

A dynamic seal ring comprises a seal ring body with a circular ring structure, wherein the inner wall surface of the seal ring body forms a first seal lip of the dynamic seal ring; the sealing ring body extends outwards to form a second sealing lip of the dynamic sealing ring.

As a further improvement of the above technical solution:

the outer edge of the sealing ring body extends downwards and bends inwards to form a second sealing lip of a necking structure.

And the outer edge of the sealing ring body and the second sealing lip are in transition through a convex structure.

The thickness of the dynamic sealing ring decreases progressively towards the direction of the second sealing lip.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the hinge is compact and reasonable in structure and convenient to operate, the movable sealing ring and the gasket are sleeved on the through shaft at the interval between the first hinge part and the second hinge part, the movable sealing ring is sleeved below the annular bulge of the through shaft, the sealing lip II of the necking of the movable sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer side surface of the boss I of the gasket, the lower part of the gasket is embedded into the bearing bin of the second hinge part, and the O-shaped ring for increasing the sealing property is arranged at the joint, so that when the first hinge body and the second hinge body are effectively connected, rainwater and dust are effectively prevented from entering the rotating part of the hinge, the service performance of the hinge is greatly improved, and the service life of the hinge;

and the sealing lip is sleeved on the circumferential surface of the through shaft, the sealing lip is sleeved on the outer side surface of the boss I of the gasket, the sealing lip II is in linear sealing contact or ring surface contact with the boss I, when the hinge part I and the axis of the hinge part II deviate to a certain extent, the movable sealing ring can still be in effective contact fit with the through shaft and the gasket through elastic deformation of the movable sealing ring, the integral waterproof and dustproof performance of the hinge is ensured, and the existence of the movable sealing ring enables the hinge to have fault tolerance during assembly.

The invention also comprises the following advantages:

the dynamic sealing ring extends downwards and inwards to form a second sealing lip through the transition of the convex structure, when the dynamic sealing ring is impacted by external pressure or rainwater, the outer edge of the dynamic sealing ring is contracted inwards through the convex structure, the sealing performance is stronger, and the integral connection tightness is better;

the gasket is locked on the second hinge part through the bolt, so that the sealing performance between the gasket and the second hinge part is more reliable;

the movable sealing ring is sleeved below the annular bulge, and the annular bulge axially supports and limits the movable sealing ring, so that a second sealing lip at the edge of the lower part of the movable sealing ring is always attached to the outer wall surface of the first boss at the upper end of the gasket;

a gap is formed between the lower part of the gasket and the top of the bearing, an inner hole in the middle of the gasket is sleeved with the gap of the through shaft, an inner ring and an outer ring of the bearing are fixedly connected with the through shaft and the hinged part II respectively, and the existence of the bearing ensures the smoothness of rotation.

Detailed Description

The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the dynamic seal structure for a heavy hinge in the first embodiment includes a hinge body 1, a hinge body 2 disposed in cooperation with the hinge body 1, a hinge portion 11 and a hinge portion 21 respectively extending from the end of the hinge body 1, the hinge portion 11 and the hinge portion 21 being disposed at an interval from top to bottom and jointly provided with a through shaft 3 to realize the rotation of the hinge; a gasket 4 is sleeved on the through shaft 3 at the interval between the first hinge part 11 and the second hinge part 21, a boss 41 extends upwards from the top of the gasket 4, and a movable sealing ring 6 is sleeved on the through shaft 3 above the gasket 4; as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the dynamic seal ring 6 comprises a first seal lip 64 and a second seal lip 61, the first seal lip 64 is sleeved on the circumferential surface of the through shaft 3, the second seal lip 61 is sleeved on the outer side surface of a first boss 41 on the upper part of the gasket 4, the two seal lips of the dynamic seal ring 6 are respectively attached to the through shaft 3 and the gasket 4, and certain elasticity is provided to accommodate the deviation of the axis between the two while the sealing performance of the joint of the through shaft 3 and the gasket 4 is met and ensured; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the spacer 4 is inserted downward into the inside of the hinge portion 21.

The structure of the dynamic seal ring 6 is as follows: the dynamic sealing ring comprises a sealing ring body 62 with a circular ring structure, wherein the inner wall surface of the sealing ring body 62 forms a first sealing lip 64 of the dynamic sealing ring 6, and the outer edge of the sealing ring body 62 extends downwards to form a second sealing lip 61.

The outer edge of the sealing ring body 62 extends downwards and bends inwards to form a second sealing lip 61 with a necking structure.

The outer edge of the sealing ring body 62 and the second sealing lip 61 are transited through a convex structure 63, and the convex structure 63 is a convex arc structure or a convex folded angle structure.

Two sealing lips of the movable sealing ring 6 are respectively attached to the circumferential surface of the through shaft 3 and the circumferential surface of the first boss 41 on the gasket 4, so that the hinge body I1 and the hinge body II 2 are effectively connected, rainwater and dust are effectively prevented from entering the rotating part of the hinge, and the service performance and the service life of the hinge are greatly improved; and the existence of evagination structure 63 for dynamic seal 6 is because of the atress of evagination structure 63 department and the inside shrink of sealing lip two 61 when receiving external pressure or rainwater impact, has strengthened the leakproofness more, thereby makes the compactness of integral connection better.

The second sealing lip 61 and the first boss 41 of the gasket 4 are in elastic line sealing contact or annular surface contact; when the axes of the first hinge part 11 and the second hinge part 21 deviate to a certain extent, the movable sealing ring 6 can still be in effective contact fit with the through shaft 3 and the gasket 4 through elastic deformation of the movable sealing ring, so that the overall waterproof and dustproof performance of the hinge is ensured, and the elastic contact between the second sealing lip 61 and the gasket 4 further ensures the fault tolerance of the hinge during assembly.

An annular bulge 31 extends on the circumferential surface of the through shaft 3 along the circumferential direction, a first sealing lip 64 of the movable sealing ring 6 is sleeved below the annular bulge 31, and the annular bulge 31 axially supports and limits the movable sealing ring 6, so that a second sealing lip 61 at the lower part of the movable sealing ring 6 is always attached to a first boss 41 at the upper end part of the gasket 4.

A bearing bin with a circular hole structure is arranged at the center of the top of the second hinge part 21, the through shaft 3 downwards penetrates through the gasket 4, and a bearing is arranged between the end head of the lower end of the through shaft 3 below the gasket 4 and the inner wall surface of the bearing bin; the lower part of the gasket 4 extends into the bearing bin, and a gap is arranged between the bottom end surface of the gasket 4 and the top surface of the bearing.

The structure of the gasket 4 is: the bearing box comprises a sheet body 40 with an annular structure, wherein the top and the bottom of the sheet body 40 are respectively provided with a first boss 41 and a second boss 43 which extend outwards, the second boss 43 extends into the bearing box of the hinge part two 21, and the joint of the bottom of the sheet body 40 and the second boss 43 is provided with a groove 42 with an annular structure; an inner hole 44 is formed in the center of the upper and lower penetrating sheet body 40, and the inner hole 44 is in clearance fit with the through shaft 3;

the gasket 4 is made of metal, and the gasket 4 is locked on the second hinge part 21 through the bolt 5, so that the sealing performance between the gasket 4 and the second hinge part 21 is more reliable; an O-shaped ring 7 is embedded in the groove 42 of the gasket 4, and the O-shaped ring 7 ensures the connection tightness between the gasket 4 and the second hinge part 21.
