1. A bag decoration and lockout device, comprising:

a main body (110) having a ring portion (111) to be connected to a hook portion (12) formed on a cover (11) of a bag (10), and having 1 st and 2 nd extending portions (112, 113) extending from the ring portion (111), respectively;

a hinge coupling part (120) formed at an end of the 1 st extension part (112); and

an opening/closing member (130) which is hinge-coupled to the hinge coupling portion (120), opens the portions of the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions (112, 113) which are spaced apart from each other by a rotation operation, and which is returned to a state of being in contact with the end of the 2 nd extending portion (113) by an elastic force of an elastic member when an external force is released, thereby closing the portions of the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions (112, 113) which are spaced apart from each other, and a hook piece (14) formed on a bag body (13) of the bag (10) is detachably coupled to the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions (112, 113);

the opening/closing member (130) is formed with a coupling portion (131) for coupling to the hinge coupling portion (120), a 3 rd extending portion (134) for coupling to the 1 st extending portion (112) is formed from the coupling portion (131), and a 4 th extending portion (132) intersecting the 3 rd extending portion (134) is formed so as to be coupled to the 2 nd extending portion (113).

2. The bag decorating and latching device of claim 1, wherein:

the main body (110) and the opening/closing member (130) are formed in an & (Amperand) shape.

3. The bag decorating and latching device of claim 1, wherein:

the main body (110) is formed with the 1 st extension part (112) extending from one side of the ring part (111), and the 2 nd extension part (113) extends to intersect with the 1 st extension part (112), and the tip is bent to be close to the 1 st extension part (112).

4. The bag decorating and latching device of claim 1, wherein:

the main body (110) is provided with a 1 st hanging surface (114) at the tail end of the 2 nd extending part (113) so as to enable the 4 th extending part (132) to be hung;

the opening and closing member (130) has a 2 nd engaging surface (133) formed at the end of the 4 th extending portion (132) so as to maintain a surface-contact and engaging state with the 1 st engaging surface (114).

5. The bag decorating and latching device of claim 1, wherein:

the part of the opening and closing member (130) contacting the end of the 2 nd extending part (113) is rotated downward, so that the part of the 1 st and 2 nd extending parts (112, 113) separated from each other is opened.

6. The bag decorating and latching device of claim 1, wherein:

the elastic member is formed of a spring (140), and is inserted into a hinge pin (123) formed in the hinge coupling portion (120), and is attached with one end thereof being hooked to the main body (110) and the opening/closing member (130), respectively.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a decoration and closure device for bags, and more particularly, to a decoration and closure device for bags which is attached to a bag such as a handbag to perform a closure function and also functions as a decorative member.

Background

In general, a carrying bag such as a handbag is used for storing various kinds of portable articles such as cosmetics, a wallet, and a cellular phone inside, but various decorations are formed on an outer surface of the bag in terms of appearance design.

The decoration formed on the bag is formed by a metal plate bonded during the manufacturing process of the bag or a decorative member of various other design in order to be integrated with the bag, but the decoration is not limited to this, and may be formed by an exchangeable decorative member such as a pendant (charm) or a pendant attached to or detached from the bag.

As a technology related to the conventional packing decoration member, korean utility model laid-open publication No. 20-1992-0017530 "a handbag attachment decoration member" is formed by forming open portions at both sides of a body so that shape deformation pieces having concave pieces are detachably coupled, and forming concave grooves at both sides of a back surface of the open portion of the body, forming fixing pieces in the concave grooves of the body so that the shape deformation pieces are detachably or integrally coupled to an outer side of a circumferential edge.

However, the conventional technology as described above is simply attached to a handbag and used only for decoration, and therefore, cannot expand the functions and reduce the utility, and thus, has a problem that various requirements of users cannot be satisfied.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved by the invention

In order to solve the above-described problems of the conventional art, an object of the present invention is to improve usability of a decorative member by providing the decorative member to a bag such as a handbag, while performing a closing function of opening and closing.

Technical scheme for solving problems

In order to solve the above-described problems, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a decoration and locking device for a bag, including: a main body formed with a ring part to be coupled with a hook part formed on a cover of the bag, and extending from the ring part to form a 1 st and a 2 nd extending parts, respectively; a hinge joint part formed at the end of the 1 st extension part; and an opening/closing member hinge-coupled to the hinge coupling portion, wherein the portions of the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions spaced apart from each other are opened by a rotation operation, and the portions of the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions spaced apart from each other are closed by restoring to a state of being in contact with the distal end of the 2 nd extending portion by an elastic force of an elastic member when an external force is released, and wherein a hook piece formed in a bag main body of the bag is detachably coupled to the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions.

The opening and closing member is formed with a coupling portion for coupling with the hinge coupling portion, a 3 rd extending portion for coupling with the 1 st extending portion is formed from the coupling portion, and a 4 th extending portion crossing the 3 rd extending portion is formed so as to be coupled with the 2 nd extending portion.

The body has a 1 st engaging surface formed at a distal end of the 2 nd extending portion to engage the 4 th extending portion, and the opening/closing member has a 2 nd engaging surface formed at a distal end of the 4 th extending portion to maintain a state of being engaged by surface contact with the 1 st engaging surface.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

According to the decoration and closure device for a bag of the present invention, the decoration and closure device for a bag is attached to a bag such as a handbag to perform a closure function, and also has a function of a decoration member, thereby improving usability of the decoration member.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a decoration and locking device 100 for a bag according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the body 110, the hinge coupling portion 120, and the opening/closing member 130 may be coated or gold-plated on the outer surface of the entire body, or may be made of a metal or a metal alloy without surface treatment for natural texture, or may be made of various materials such as synthetic resin or wood, or may be made of a plurality of different materials.

The body 110 has a ring portion 111 connected to a hook portion 12 formed on a cover 11 of the bag 10, and 1 st and 2 nd extending portions 112 and 113 extend outward from the ring portion 111. In the present embodiment, the body 110 forms an "& (and)" shape together with the opening and closing member 130, but it is just an example and various shapes may be formed in addition thereto. The hook portion 12 of the bag 10 may be formed by sewing a skin or a fabric, but is not limited thereto, and may be formed of a hook-type coupling member such as a metal or a synthetic resin. The bag 10 is exemplified by a handbag, but is not limited thereto, and can be applied to various bags such as a handbag, a shoulder bag, a waist bag, a boston bag, and a backpack.

The body 110 extends from one side of the ring portion 111 to form a 1 st extending portion 112, and a 2 nd extending portion 113 extends to cross the 1 st extending portion 112 such that a tip is bent to be formed to be close to the 1 st extending portion 112. Accordingly, the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions 112 and 113 can easily form a ring structure opened by the opening/closing member 130.

The 1 st engaging surface 114 of the body 110 is formed to be inclined so that a 4 th extending portion 132 described later is engaged with the end of the 2 nd extending portion 113, whereby a stable returning position of the opening and closing member 130 can be determined.

A hinge coupling portion 120 is formed at an end of the 1 st extending portion 112 in order to be coupled to the hinge of the opening and closing part 130. For example, as in the present embodiment, the hinge coupling portion 120 is formed with a pair of hinge coupling projections 122 spaced apart from each other by a hinge groove 121 formed to be exposed outward at the distal end of the 1 st extending portion 112, and the opening/closing member 130 can be rotated by inserting a coupling portion 131 of the opening/closing member 130, which will be described later, between the hinge coupling projections 122 and hinge-coupling the same by the hinge pin 123.

The opening and closing member 130 is hinge-coupled to the hinge coupling portion 120, and can open the portions of the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions 112 and 113 spaced apart from each other by a rotational operation (see fig. 3), and when an external force is released, returns to a state of contacting the end of the 2 nd extending portion 113 by an elastic force of the spring 140 (see fig. 2), and closes the portions of the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions 112 and 113 spaced apart from each other to form a loop together with the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions 112 and 113, thereby detachably coupling the hook piece 14 formed in the pack main body 13 of the pack 10 to the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions 112 and 113. For example, in a state where the 2 nd extending part 113 is inserted into the hook piece 14 formed in the pack main body 13, the 2 nd extending part 113 is not separated by the closing of the return of the opening and closing member 130, or the 2 nd extending part 113 is separated by the opening by the rotation of the opening and closing member 130. Here, the hook piece 14 of the bag 10 may be formed into a metal ring as in the present embodiment, but is not limited thereto, and may be formed into a ring by a needle such as a skin or a fabric member as another example.

The opening/closing member 130 is formed with a coupling portion 131 for coupling to the hinge coupling portion 120, a 3 rd extending portion 134 for coupling the coupling portion 131 to the 1 st extending portion 112, and a 4 th extending portion 132 for coupling to the 2 nd extending portion 113 so as to cross the 3 rd extending portion 134, thereby enabling the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions 112 and 113 to be stably opened and closed.

The opening and closing member 130 has a 2 nd engaging surface 133 formed at the end of the 4 th extending portion 132 so as to be in surface contact with the 1 st engaging surface 114 to maintain the engaged state, thereby maintaining a stable returning position of the 1 st extending portion 112. Since the thickness of the coupling portion 131 of the opening and closing member 130 needs to be reduced in order to form the same surface as the body 110, thickness reduction grooves 135 may be formed on both side surfaces of the coupling portion 131 in order to reduce the thickness of the coupling portion 131.

The opening/closing member 130 is configured such that the portion contacting the end of the 2 nd extending part 113, for example, the end of the 4 th extending part 132 is rotated downward to open the portion where the 1 st and 2 nd extending parts 112 and 113 are spaced apart from each other, thereby smoothly attaching/detaching the 2 nd extending part 113 to/from the hook piece 14 of the bag 10.

Referring to fig. 5, the opening and closing member 130 is elastically supported by a spring 140 so as to return to a state of contacting the distal end of the 2 nd extending portion 113 when the external force is released. As in the present embodiment, the spring 140 is inserted into the hinge pin 123 formed at the hinge coupling portion 120, and the respective one ends 141 and 142 are attached to be hooked to the main body 110 and the opening and closing member 130, respectively. For this purpose, for example, the coil portion of the spring 140 is received in the hinge groove 121 in a state of being inserted into the hinge pin 123, and one end 141 of the spring 140 is hooked inside the hinge groove 121 formed at the end of the 1 st extending portion 112 of the body 110, and the other end 142 of the spring 140 is hooked in the hooking groove 135 formed at the coupling portion 131 of the opening and closing member 130, so that the gap between the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions 112 and 113 can be closed when the opening and closing member 130 is returned. Here, the hooking groove 135 is formed in the hinge groove 121 and is configured to receive the spring 140.

The spring 140 is inserted into the hinge pin 123, and has one end 141 fixed to the 1 st extending portion 112 of the body 110 and the other end 142 fixed to the opening and closing member 130, thereby receiving an elastic force required to return the opening and closing member 130 to the original position at the 1 st extending portion 112. As another example, the spring 140 may be formed without interposing the hinge pin 123, and one end 141 may be directly fixed to the body 110 and the other end 142 may be directly fixed to the opening and closing member 130, thereby receiving an elastic force required to restore the opening and closing member 130 at the 1 st extending portion 112, and in addition, an elastic force required to restore the opening and closing member 130 at the 1 st extending portion 112 may be provided in various manners. At this time, the connection portion between the opening and closing member 130 and the spring 140 is the coupling portion 131, but may be the 3 rd extending portion 134, the 4 th extending portion 132, or the like. The spring 140 may be embedded in the opening/closing member 130 and the 1 st extending portion 112 to prevent the opening/closing member from being exposed to the outside as much as possible.

According to the decoration and closure device for a bag of the present invention, the decoration and closure device is attached to a bag such as a handbag to perform a closure function for opening and closing, and also functions as a decoration member, thereby improving usability of the decoration member.
