As shown in fig. 9 to 12, the clamping mechanism 3 includes: the straight-line module comprises a positive and negative thread screw linear module 3.1, a clamping optical axis linear slide rail 3.2, two mounting strips 3.3 with mounting holes 3.3.1 at one end, two rubber press strips 3.4, two hook frames 3.5 with a plurality of hooks 3.6, a left connecting block 3.7, a right connecting block 3.8 and two screw sleeves 3.9, wherein the two screw sleeves 3.9 are respectively and fixedly arranged in the mounting holes 3.3.1 of the two mounting strips 3.3, the two screw sleeves 3.9, through which the positive and negative thread screw linear guide rails 3.1.1 of the screw linear module 3.1 penetrate, are connected with the perforated ends of the mounting strips 3.3, and the other ends of the two mounting strips 3.3 are fixedly arranged on one side of the two right angle plates 3.8; the other sides of the two right-angle plates 3.8 are fixedly connected with two clamping slide blocks 3.2.1 on the clamping optical axis linear slide rail 3.2; one end of the positive and negative screw linear guide rail 3.1.1 is arranged in the bearing flange piece 3.1.5, and the other end passes through the support piece 3.1.4 and is connected with the clamping motor 3.1.3 through the coupler 3.1.2; the lower ends of the left and right connecting blocks 3.7 are fixedly arranged at the end head of the mounting end with the hole of the mounting strip 3.3; the two hook frames 3.5 are respectively arranged above the two mounting bars 3.3, one end of each hook frame is respectively fixedly arranged on the left surface and the right surface of the left connecting block 3.7 and the other end of each hook frame is suspended in the air; two rubber layering 3.4 set up respectively in the inboard of two mounting bars 3.3 through the screw on the mounting bar.

As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, two ends of the synchronous belt linear module 2.1 are respectively and fixedly arranged on two lateral reinforcing ribs 1.23, and one end of the belt motor 2.1.2 is arranged on a support member 1.6 on the lateral reinforcing rib 1.23 of the left side plate 1.25; the other end is arranged on a supporting piece 1.6 on the side reinforcing rib 1.23 of the right side plate 1.26; the mounting seats 2.2.1 at the two ends of the sewing optical axis linear slide rail 2.2 are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the cross beam 1.21; the positive and negative thread screw linear module 3.1 is fixedly arranged on a support column 1.20 of the right side plate 1.26, one end of the belt clamping motor 3.1.3 is fixedly arranged on a support piece 1.6 of the support column 1.20 of the back side plate 1.27, and the other end is fixedly arranged on the support piece 1.6 of the support column 1.20 of the front cabinet door 1.3 through a bearing flange piece 3.1.5; two ends of the clamping optical axis linear slide rail 3.2 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the supporting piece 1.6 of the supporting column 1.20 of the left side plate 1.25.

As shown in fig. 6, the guiding direction of the optical axis linear slide rail 3.2 is the Y axis, and the guiding direction of the sewing optical axis linear slide rail 2.2 is the X axis; the axis of the hook rack 3.5 is vertically opposite to the irregular annular port 2.4.3 of the sewing module 2.4, and the cross section area is not more than 1/2 of the area of the hole of the irregular annular port 2.4.3. So as to ensure that the hook rack can smoothly pass through the middle of the hole of the sewing module.

A use method of a to-be-sold file cabinet with an automatic sealing function is disclosed, wherein the origin of the to-be-sold file cabinet with the automatic sealing function, which is controlled by an automatic sealing system control box 4, is as follows: the sewing module 2.4 stays at one suspended end of the hook rack 3.5 on the clamping mechanism 3; the two hanger brackets 3.5 are in a separated state, the hanger bracket 3.5 at one side of the front cabinet door 1.3 stays at a position close to the front cabinet door 1.3, and the method comprises the following steps:

step two, clamping: when the sealing work is carried out, a control box 4 of the automatic sealing system is started, a clamping motor 3.1.3 of a positive and negative tooth screw linear module 3.1 drives positive and negative tooth screw linear guide rails 3.1.1 connected together through a coupler 3.1.2 to rotate, the positive and negative tooth screw linear guide rails 3.1.1 rotate to drive two screw sleeves 3.9 to move from two sides to the middle, the screw sleeves 3.9 drive a left connecting plate 3.7, a right connecting plate 3.7, a hook frame 3.5 connected to the left connecting plate 3.7, a mounting bar 3.3, a sliding block 3.2.1 on a clamping optical axis linear slide rail 3.2 to move towards the middle, the mounting bar 3.3 and the hook frame 3.5 drive a rubber pressing bar 3.4 and a hook 3.6 to move towards the middle, two sides of a file bag 5 hung on the hook 3.6 move towards the middle, the rubber pressing bar 3.4 arranged on the inner side of the mounting bar 3.3 extrudes the;

step three, sewing and sealing: after the opening of the file bag 5 is closed, a motor 2.1.2 on a synchronous belt linear module 2.1 in a sewing mechanism 2 is started to drive a sewing guide rail slide block 2.1.3 to move along a sewing linear guide rail 2.1.1, a sewing module 2.4 is driven to move along a sewing linear slide rail 2.2 through a connecting seat 2.3, a main body 2.4.2 of a U-shaped structure of the sewing module 2.4 moves above a mounting strip 3.3, a stitch 2.4.1 moves below a hook strip 3.5, the stitch 2.4.1 sews the opening of the file bag 5 while the hook strip 3.5 passes through an irregular annular port 2.4.3 of the sewing module 2.4, and the opening is sealed when the sewing module 2.4 moves from one end to the other end;

fourthly, taking out the file pocket: after the sealing is finished, the sewing module 2.4 automatically breaks and resets, the clamping motor 3.1.3 reversely rotates to drive the positive and negative screw linear guide rail 3.1.1 to reversely rotate, and the motor 3.1.3 stops reversing after the rubber pressing strip 3.4 loosens the file bag 5; two workers open the fingerprint coded lock 1.4 by inputting fingerprints respectively, open the front cabinet door 1.3, take out the wrapped file pocket 5 from the hook 3.6, open the side storage box cabinet door 1.5, take out a new file pocket from the side storage box and hang the file pocket on the hook 3.6, and close the front cabinet door 1.3 after replacing the new file pocket;

step five, resetting to the original point: the clamping motor 3.1.3 rotates reversely to drive the threaded sleeve 3.9, the left connecting block 3.7, the right connecting block 3.7, the mounting strip 3.3 and the hook strip 3.5 to move to two sides, and the original point is restored to complete the whole process.

The file cabinet with the automatic sealing function for the to-be-sold file cabinet integrates the clamping and sealing functions, occupies small space, can be placed in an office, and is simple and convenient to operate; the file cabinet to be sold with the automatic sealing function and the using method seal the confidential file to be sold, so that the confidential file to be sold is sealed before leaving the file cabinet, and the confidentiality of the confidential file is ensured.

The cabinet body is preferably fixedly connected by adopting a welding mode, and other parts are preferably screwed or fixedly connected by adopting other modes.
