Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of safe driving of vehicles, in particular to a new application of estratetraene.

Background

With the continuous development of the transportation industry, traffic accidents are becoming a major factor of casualties and property loss. The statistical result of the traffic accidents in China shows that the accidents caused by the factors of the drivers account for 74% of the traffic accidents, and the misoperation of the drivers becomes the main cause of the traffic accidents.

The vehicle distance control capability of the driver can be judged by a TTC index, and the TTC (time protocol) at a certain time is the absolute value of the distance between two vehicles at the time divided by the speed difference at the time. The TTC is different from simple vehicle speed judgment, is a comprehensive index, and can truly reflect the driving safety of a driver and the vehicle distance control capability of the driver. The larger the value of TTC, the better the driving safety of the driver, and the stronger the vehicle distance control ability.

Many researchers and related personnel desire to reduce human error of drivers by way of intervening on their senses, thereby improving driving safety. For example, in the auditory field, researchers find that the rhythm of music may have an effect on driving performance; in the olfactory field, researchers regulate the arousal degree and emotion of drivers through mint, lemon, grape fruity fragrance and other odors, so as to improve the driving safety of the drivers.

In the using process, the system collects facial expression data and action data, heart rate data and blood pressure data of a driver, monitors operation characteristic information of a vehicle speed, a steering wheel, an accelerator and a brake, and compares the operation characteristic information with preset fatigue characteristic data of corresponding categories in a fatigue characteristic database. After detecting different fatigue types, the system relieves the fatigue of the driver by releasing different types of fragrant gases.

In the aspect of awakening degree, researches show that the odors of the mint, the eucalyptus, the rosemary and the lemon all have certain influence on improving the awakening level of a driver, wherein the intervention effect of the mint is optimal, and the persistence is strongest. Experimental results show that the mint smell can effectively reduce the blinking frequency of a driver during driving and improve the lateral control capability of the driver (Yoshida et al, 2011).

In the aspect of emotion, researches show that the odors of lavender, vanilla and the like can improve the calmness, relaxation and comfort of a driver, so that the driver adopts a lower speed in the driving process, thereby improving the driving safety (musafa, Rustam, Siran, 2015).

The prior arts intervene in the driving performance of the driver through a certain olfactory stimulus, but still have certain limitations.

The main limitation is that the improvement of the driving behavior by several technologies focuses on the basic driving behavior indexes such as vehicle speed and lateral control capability. However, driving is a complex behavior, and the vehicle speed and the lateral control capability cannot reflect the driving safety most effectively.

In addition, these scents regulate and intervene in the driving behavior of the driver in a subliminal manner, and the scent stimulus may cause other troubles to the driver, such as discomfort to the driver, unpleasant scent, and adverse effect of disturbing the driving.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a new application of estratetraene, which improves the safety margin of a driver in the driving behavior in a subthreshold mode and improves the driving safety and/or the vehicle distance control capability of the driver.

The new application provided by the invention is as follows: use of estratetraene for improving the driving safety of a driver.

Preferably, the driving safety is a vehicle distance control capability.

Further, estratetraene is formulated as a solution.

Further, the estratetraene solution uses alcohol as a solvent, and preferably, the solvent is propylene glycol.

Further, the concentration of the estratetraene solution is higher than 100. mu.M, preferably, the concentration is 500. mu.M.

Further, the estratetraene acts as a subthreshold stimulus on the human body.

The tasteless subthreshold stimulation provided by the invention has better flexibility, and the driving behavior of a driver can be adjusted without the driver smelling any smell, so that the driving safety is improved.

The invention provides a new application of estratetraene, which is used for improving the driving safety of a driver. Driving safety includes vehicle distance control capability.

Estratetraenes are steroidal substances with the molecular formula C18H22O, molecular structure shown in FIG. 1, has obvious pheromone characteristics and sex specificity in its origin and effect, and is thus considered as a possible human pheromone. Estratetraene is secreted by adult females and is able to regulate the mood of the test, but the results for mood regulation are not consistent.

Estratetraene can be prepared as a solution. Estratetraene can be dissolved in solvents such as water and alcohols. The estratetraene solution may be placed in a fragrance device as disclosed in application No. 201811118458.1, and during driving, the fragrance device is turned on and the solution volatizes and may be inhaled into the driver's nose.

The influence of estratetraene on the driver is realized in a subthreshold mode, namely the behavior of the driver is not influenced by actual smell, but is received by a collyrium and is transmitted to brain regions such as amygdala and hypothalamus, and the behavior of the driver is influenced in a mode which cannot be sensed by the driver. Such behavioral modification can reduce other effects of suprathreshold olfactory stimuli (e.g., mints, lavender, etc.) such as a driver's dislike and unaccustomed to the scent.

Estratetraene may also be formulated as a nebulizer or the like, and inhaled into the nose of the driver. The mechanism of action is the same as described above.
