according to the ground condition and the use requirement, the construction is carried out again according to the previous construction steps, so that the curing effect is stronger;

finally, removing all the stains and residual curing agent on the surface by using a rubber broom or a vacuum cleaner, and naturally drying the ground.

The invention also provides a construction method for applying the concrete sealing curing agent to a new terrace, which comprises the following steps:

cleaning the dirt on the ground by using a special floor cleaning machine and adding clean water;

after the ground is dried completely, spraying concrete to penetrate and seal the curing agent on the surface of the concrete so as to fully wet the concrete;

brushing the ground lightly with a brush, a squeegee or a row of slippers, and keeping the penetration for 20-30 minutes;

after the materials are infiltrated for 60 minutes and gradually become viscous, water mist is sprayed to fully dissolve the materials and react again;

according to the ground condition and the use requirement, the construction is carried out again according to the previous construction steps, so that the curing effect is stronger;

finally, removing all the stains and residual curing agent on the surface by using a rubber broom or a vacuum cleaner, and naturally drying the ground.

The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

the concrete sealing curing agent provided by the invention comprises 50-70 wt% of active silicate, 10-20 wt% of a mixture of magnesium fluosilicate and zinc fluosilicate, 1-3 wt% of hydrofluoric acid, 1-3 wt% of poly-guanidine salt, 1-3 wt% of micro-expansion agent, and the balance of water and other additives, wherein after the curing agent is coated on the surface of a concrete structure, the silicate and the micro-expansion agent can rapidly permeate into the concrete and react with free calcium to generate insoluble amorphous hydrated calcium silicate, so that the pores of the concrete structure are blocked, and the hardness of the concrete structure is improved. Meanwhile, the mixture of magnesium fluosilicate and zinc fluosilicate in the curing agent, hydrofluoric acid, poly and guanidine salt can form a hydrophobic antibacterial film layer on the surface of the concrete structure through synergistic action, so that the hydrophobicity and the antibacterial property of the surface of the concrete structure are improved. Experimental results show that after the surface of a concrete structure is coated with the concrete sealing curing agent provided by the invention, the Mohs hardness of the surface is higher than 7, the water absorption is lower than 0.6%, and the contact angle of liquid drops is larger than 95 degrees.

The concrete permeating and sealing curing agent is a novel colorless, tasteless, nontoxic, harmless, flame-retardant, environment-friendly and energy-saving building material, takes active silicate as a polymerization solution of a main component, can be applied to newly-poured concrete ground or old ground for renovation, and can be fully permeated, so that the effective components of the concrete permeating and sealing curing agent can rapidly and chemically react with free calcium in concrete to generate crystalline colloid for filling structural gaps, thereby increasing the compactness of the structure, enabling the concrete surface layer to form a sealing entity which is hard like rock, greatly improving the strength and the wear resistance of the concrete structure surface layer, further obtaining the impervious ground which is permanently dustproof, antiskid, wear-resistant, hard, chemical-resistant, compression-resistant, weathering-resistant, bright, environment-friendly and the like, and greatly prolonging the service life of the ground.

The concrete permeable sealing curing agent has the following advantages:
