s2, adding the fermented bean dregs, shells and plant ash in corresponding parts by weight into the base material, uniformly stirring, crushing by a crusher, and filtering by a filter sieve to obtain upper-layer filter dregs and lower-layer filter liquor;

Background

With the development of industrialization and the acceleration of urbanization in China, a large amount of industrial sludge and domestic sludge are generated, the sludge has high water content, contains a large amount of pathogenic bacteria, parasitic ova, chromium, lead and other heavy metal toxic and harmful substances, is a pollutant with complex property, high pollutant content and huge potential environmental risk, and the sludge treatment problem becomes a large environmental protection problem which needs to be solved urgently in the current society.

The invention discloses a sludge treatment method in Chinese patent with publication number CN107285580B, which comprises the following steps: step 1: acidizing; step 2: mechanical dehydration, namely dehydrating the acidified sludge through a squeezer; and step 3: carrying out incineration treatment, namely conveying the dewatered sludge to an incinerator and mixing and incinerating the sludge with a combustion improver; and 4, step 4: and (4) tail gas treatment, wherein tail gas generated after sludge is incinerated is treated and then is discharged.

However, the sludge also contains organic matters, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and various trace elements with potential utilization values, and the sludge is incinerated at first, so that the treatment cost of the sludge is increased, and the waste of resources is caused.

Therefore, a new solution is needed to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for treating sludge in a sewage treatment plant, which has the advantages of reducing the cost for treating the sludge and directly utilizing the treated sludge.

The invention also aims to provide the organic fertilizer which has the advantages of recycling the sludge, reducing the production cost and having the insect expelling effect.

The third purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of an organic fertilizer, which can improve the N, P, K content in the organic fertilizer and ensure the fertilizing effect of the organic fertilizer.

In order to achieve the first purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

s1, pouring 15-25 parts of edible fungus residues into a fermentation container, and fermenting at constant temperature for more than 45 days at normal temperature;

By adopting the technical scheme, the edible fungus residues are poured into the fermentation container for fermentation, organic matters in the edible fungus residues are decomposed after the fermentation of microorganisms to generate effective fertilizer components and form humus, then the fermented edible fungus residues are added into sludge and stirred, and the migration of the element by the humus mainly shows the surface adsorption and ion exchange adsorption effects of organic colloid on metal ions and the integration and complexation effects of humic acid on the element. In an environment rich in humus, elements such as Cu, Pb, Zn, Fe, Mn, T, Ni and the like can be called organic colloid adsorption and can be greatly transferred along with water. The humus forms complexes with heavy metals such as Fe, Al, Ti, U, V and the like, is easily dissolved in neutral, weakly acidic and weakly alkaline media, and migrates in the form of complexes. The water carries the substances which are complexed into the sludge out of the fermentation container, the humus is continuously reduced along with the time, and when the humus is deficient, the substances which are insoluble are formed and precipitate, so that the heavy metal in the sludge is removed, and the sludge has good inhibition effect on the propagation of harmful bacteria; and finally, adding tobacco into the sludge, and killing harmful bacteria and worm eggs in the sludge through the tobacco to finish the sludge treatment work.
