The device can be formed at one time, the whole waterproof roll 9 can be continuously paved and pasted after one-time ignition, a worker only needs to hold the arc-shaped cart 5 to move back at a constant speed, the size of the flame is concerned, the air pressure regulating valve 18 is regulated when needed, and the whole waterproof roll can be replaced after the coiled material or the fuel gas is used.
