Background

The centrifugal pump is a machine for conveying liquid or pressurizing liquid, transfers the mechanical energy of a prime motor or other external energy to the liquid to increase the energy of the liquid, is mainly used for conveying the liquid, such as water, oil, acid-base liquid, emulsion, suspoemulsion, liquid metal and the like, and can also convey the liquid, gas mixture and the liquid containing suspended solids; the technical parameters for measuring the performance of the centrifugal pump include flow, suction lift, shaft power, water power, efficiency and the like.

The common centrifugal pump generally has complicated working conditions, a working place possibly contains more gravels and impurities, if the water pump works continuously for a long time and the accumulation amount of the impurities reaches a certain degree, the parts such as blades of the water pump and the like can not run smoothly, the functions are reduced, the pump body structure of the centrifugal pump can be influenced, and the abrasion and the loss of the machine are increased; in addition, the existing centrifugal pumps are provided with filtering devices at the inlet and the outlet, and need to be cleaned regularly. During cleaning, relevant parts need to be disassembled, and the parts are reinstalled after cleaning. Not only is troublesome, but also delays the production progress and causes certain inconvenience for production.

The object of the invention is to provide a centrifugal pump which allows on-line filter screen replacement without the need for a shutdown.

Furthermore, a left outlet chute is arranged on the left side wall of the water outlet pipeline and the left side surface of the second partition plate along the direction vertical to the left outlet cover plate, and two sides of the left outlet filter screen are respectively inserted into the two left outlet chutes; and a right outlet chute is arranged on the right side wall of the water outlet pipeline and the right side surface of the second partition plate along the direction perpendicular to the right outlet cover plate, and two sides of the right outlet filter screen are respectively inserted into the two right outlet chutes.

Furthermore, a left second connecting plate is arranged between the left ends of the two second reversing plates, and a second handle is arranged on the left second connecting plate; a right two-connecting plate is arranged between the right ends of the two second reversing plates; the left connecting plate and the right connecting plate are arranged to limit the left and right movement of the two first reversing plates; when the two first reversing plates are located at the first positions, the left connecting plate is in contact with the left side of the water inlet pipeline, and when the two first reversing plates are located at the second positions, the left connecting plate is in contact with the right side of the water inlet pipeline.

Advantageous effects

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

(2) according to the invention, the second reversing plate can control the water outlet pipeline to select a left filter screen or a right filter screen to be communicated with the pump cavity, a left cover plate is arranged above the left filter screen, and a right cover plate is arranged above the right filter screen; when the left filter screen needs to be replaced, the two second reversing plates are located at the second position, the two second reversing plates partition the two ends of the left outlet channel, and the left filter screen can be taken out, cleaned and loaded after the left outlet cover plate is removed; when the right-outlet filter screen needs to be replaced, the two second reversing plates are located at the second position, the two ends of the right-outlet channel are separated by the two second reversing plates, the right-outlet cover plate is detached, the right-outlet filter screen can be taken out, cleaned and loaded, and the centrifugal pump does not need to be stopped.
